I eat here, no exaggeration, 3-4 times a week. The staff knows me by name and order, and they are always so kind to me. Come to think of it, it's probably the place I eat at the most. I LOVE their all white meat, hand battered, made fresh to order chicken bites, and their skinny fries are so addicting. The kids combo comes with the perfect amount of food for my little appetite. I get every sauce they have, double gravy, buffalo, ranch, jalapeño cheese, then get lettuce, jalapeños and pickles from the toppings bar. Sometimes I'll add a bun for .30 cents and make little mini chicken sliders. It can get crazy busy on the weekends so being able to call my order ahead is always nice. The dining room has a nice selection of open seating or more private booths. The staff is amazing and always so accommodating. The fact that they always put all 5 of the sauces I like in my box, is just above and beyond to me. I wish I knew more of the staff by name so I could give accolades to them specifically. Made it to Fuddruckers for the first time.. can't say I was blown away... The food was fine, I got the veggie burger it wasn't bad, portions and fries were fine too. Everything feel a little sticky.. like it needed a good scrubbing down.. Service was good, quick, friendly and helpful. But the thing that was the most annoying is they yelled out the orders over a load speaker that was super disruptive.. I've been other places that do similar but for whatever reason maybe it was just the night we were there or I'm getting old and sensitive to louder noises lol but it was jarring... Their card reader broke (I'm so sad I didn't get the man's name) but the man who was at the register did everything he can to fix the card reader and since we had to wait back in line it took awhile for us to actually pay but since he felt bad he brought us our food and kept checking if we needed anything, very nice man! He works really well under pressure and the food was amazing I got the avocado burger and my friends she got the chicken strips. Fuddruckers is known for exotic burgers like Buffalo and Elk, and even more surprising is that they don't freeze their burgers either. We ordered 2 burgers, kid's chicken tenders and onion rings. Everything tasted fresh and the fry sauce was yummy. The kid's chicken tenders come with white gravy. My onion rings were very thin, crispy, but the batter kept falling off. Overall, good experience except that we weren't aware there was a bar of additions to add to our burgers. That could be our fault for not asking or looking, but it would be nice to be told. Girls trip!! Us Texas ladies stopped for lunch and decided to eat at Fudruckers and I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing, try the thin fries, trust me! and the experience was even better. We met Jackie at the desert counter. And may I say, she's the kindest, most energetic lady. My family and I were so happy to have met a local that made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be back for the the food but if we're lucky will meet her again. I hadn't been to Fuddruckers in years and was looking forward to a nostalgic visit. I should have kept my memories. The cashier tried adding things I didn't order to my bill twice - first trying to charge me $3 for the "unlimited" toppings when I only ordered two that were $1 apiece, then trying to add on a drink I had not ordered. When I objected, she tried to talk me into adding another topping rather than correcting my order and seemed put out when I declined. When I got my burger, it was more medium rare than the medium I ordered. The food might be close to what I remembered but if practices like this are standard now it's no wonder Fuddruckers across the country are disappearing. read more

Fuddruckers that is located in the Coronado mall has been a to go destination since my college years. It seems like some items are being taken off the menu like the bison burger which was my favorite. According to the cashier the menu that they have portrayed does not reflect the changes that they made. I got a traditional burger and my husband got an elk burger. The elk burger was a bit over cooked and dry. The shakes are still delicious and the lemon shake is delicious and one you must try if you go. You can choose a side with your burger if you make it a combo. They have 3 different varieties of fries or side salad if you want to accompany your burger. They also have this counter in which you can add toppings to your burger. The staff is very friendly and willing to help and you can also sign up for the rewards program to earn points for future purchases. do not eat here if you have celiac. they sell gluten free buns but if you have an allergy to gluten, do not eat here. I told 3 people working there I wanted a gluten free bun. 1st Breakfast w/Santa was the BEST IDEA!! Super cute set up, reasonable price ($7 adult, $5 child), and prize giveaway (hubby won $100 mall GC & people next to us won $25) was a fantastic deal! Fuddruckers is my go-to fast food burger place when I'm in the mood for good hamburger. Normally I go the Yale location when in town but I was on this side of town and decided to give it a try. What an absolute disappointment! Upon walking in I kind of knew this probably wasn't going to be the greatest experience I've had at a Fuddruckers. Walking in I noticed the condiments bar was very sparse. No, shredded lettuce, very little sliced tomatoes remaining and not exactly the cleanest I've seen. Despite that I figured I'd give it a try. The cashier was friendly and took my order promptly. The estimated time until my food was ready was about 10 minutes (there was no one in front of behind me in line). Once my order was called ready, I proceeded to the condiments bar. Aside from the already mentioned issues, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. When asked about it I was told there are to go packets of ketchup. Not the end of the world, but there was also no BBQ sauce, bo clean silverware and no melted cheese. There were no clean looking tables available and the restaurant was pretty much empty. Despite all of those issues, the burger was fresh and tasty and the staff was very friendly. Albuquerque is a burger town. Folks here are serious about their chile cheeseburgers and red chile cheeseburgers. There are tons of places to go for delicious burgers and fries. This is not one of them. Food here is average; prices are high. While there are a variety of meats, they are generally over-seasoned and dry. We go to Fuddruckers from time to time and he food here is always usually good, and they are now open for inside dining. We went there on the 3rd of June in the afternoon and of course there were some changes, not all for the better - UNTRAINED new people. The cashier that took the order must have been a descendant of Methuselah as she took forever to enter orders and kept asking for help over and over. She was nice but didn't even know where the buttons were on the register. After almost ten minutes we got our order entered, paid, and got a number. Sat down. Needed to go to Men's restroom. Went in and immediately my shoes stuck to the floor - everywhere. Like the whole floor had been sprayed with glue. Urinal and surrounding floor was sticky, wet and disgusting. Restroom overall was very nasty. Bad experience here as there was obviously no maintenance in evidence. This is supposed to be an eating establishment. Milkshake arrived. Very thick and no spoon. Asked person at counter for a milkshake spoon and he pointed to forks. I said those are forks. He obviously didn't believe me, he walked around and inspected the forks (there were no knives, no spoons) and then he vanished never to be seen again. Waitress walks by, I asked her for a milkshake spoon, and she reached over the counter beside the milkshake machine and handed me one. She shook her head and said only "new people." New personnel are one thing, but you have to actually TRAIN them, not just let them loose to run mindlessly about like mice. Food arrived, it was good but the bill was over $30 for two small hamburgers, french fries, an iced tea and a chocolate shake. Have to get used to these prices I but with that I should be able to expect a clean dining venue. The overall experience was below average in my opinion. - here's hoping it will bet better. read more

This restaurant is conveniently located right at the NorthEast entrance of the Coronado Mall off Louisiana. Plenty of seating and space, it's good for groups and offers good food. But it's not a cheap place to eat in retrospect, I would say it's a good occasional diner. So, yes I would recommend trying it if you're new to the Fuddruckers chain. read more

Fuddruckers is consistently a great place to eat! I always get the half pound burger well done on a white bread bun! I then top it with nacho cheese which I highly recommend doing! Usually I get the wedge fries and dip those in cheese as well! This time I got onion rings and also dipped them in cheese. Although the onion rings didn't look very good, they were incredible! The burger was a bit charred this time, but I guess that's on me for choosing to get it well done. Their shakes are always a staple and I love getting the strawberry one! Well, I just got finish here at Fudruckers and I ain't gonna lie, I was looking for something special when I came in. First off, my wife and I ordered our burgers medium well. Mine came in well and my wife's was just a little more medium then she likes. The burgers had this weird smell like they had been cook right next to fish or something and the juices from the burger and fish fused together or something. While the burger was good, it just didn't hit the spot like I had hoped. I mean a burger is a burger and it's hard to find a burger that really sets itself apart. If you eaten a burger at Red Robbins then you've had a Fudruckers burger and vise versa. It is what it is and a burger is a burger. If you feel the need for a good burger, my suggestion is to break out the grill, light the charcoal, invite some friends over and grill! It's summer time people, let's grill!! read more

An interesting little place here...After seeing all the billboards claiming to have the best Green Chile Cheeseburger in New Mexico (that's BOLD) we figured we would see what is going on here at Fuddruckers. We were heading to the mall anyways, so this location is very nicely placed. When you walk in, you get the feeling you're in a 1950's Diner mixed with a Chuck-E-Cheese. I wasn't sure exactly what they were going for and my confusion continued later on. Nevertheless, we ordered and I was pleased to see that they had All-Natural Kobe beef. I went ahead and ordered a Kobe burger with a bunch of toppings ($2 gets you unlimited toppings) including green chile, of course. It took a little while to cook these, they were a little busy but I'm not upset with the wait. The burger was actually pretty darn good. The one thing that they do perhaps the best is their buns, they are soft and tasty and you can pick between white or wheat. I don't think I'll say that they are the best Green Chile Cheeseburger in New Mexico (go to Hatch for that!) but it was a surprisingly good piece of Kobe. Fuddruckers needs to figure out what it wants to be. It's making some good burgers and looks like it has a solid menu overall but their atmosphere is strange...They may want to consider the route of 5 Guys where they are exclusively a burger place that focuses on that and does it well. Wow. I am beyond disappointed with Fuddrucker's. I haven't been here in awhile and I will not be back. They only had one cashier with a really long line. It took 15 minutes just to place our order. They have raised their prices while the quality has gone way down. Our milkshakes were mostly whipped cream. The mushrooms on my burger were rubbery and the cooked onions were cold. My onion rings were floppy and greasy. My daughter ordered thin fries with her burger and they were still cooking when she picked up the burgers. We had to ask for them because they never called her name. They brought out wedges instead of the thin fries she ordered. The girl was going to take them back to the kitchen and I asked how long it would take to get the correct fries and she said 10 minutes. Seriously? We took the wedges. And they weren't even hot and fresh. So yeah. Don't waste your time or your money. And it's a lot of money to put out for subpar food and service. My favorite part about Fuddruckers is their consistency; they taste great every time. The have a large enough selection of burger types and flavors, but not too overwhelming to where it's difficult to decide. I'm a big fan of restaurants where you purchase your meal up front and don't have servers. Fuddruckers is the best of both worlds, because they have an attendant going around to pick up your plate when your done and see if they can help get anything else for you. The atmosphere is pretty good, with cool old truck/motorcycles decorations, with a pretty simple layout and furniture. Food comes out fast, and it is definitely juicy and delicious.
