My family and I have been eating Natale's Fresh Mozzarella and Basil Pizza for years as it has been a family favorite. I went to pick up the usual pizza tonight and before I left, I thought I would check the pizza before leaving. To my surprise, my pizza had just the fresh mozzarella with NO basil or tomato slices (normally should have all three.) I brought it up to the worker and he seemed to already know, telling me that they were out of basil for the night... What upset me was not the pizza itself, but the mentality/training of the workers that felt it was okay to give me a pizza for pick-up that was not what I had ordered and continue to not tell me about the change. There was no offer or effort to compromise for the order on the worker's end and I paid the normal price for a pizza that was not what I had ordered. I love Natale's Pizzeria and want customers to experience great customer service in the future so I hope this will be taken into account. read more

Seriously love this place. It's my go to for any night I don't feel like cooking. In my opinion, this is exactly how NY pizza should taste. All of their entrees are great. We get lots of pasta dishes with chicken on top. One entree easily feeds 2 people for dinner. We usually get some of their garlic parm bread too, which is unique because it's a thinner bread, but a couple minutes in the oven and it's crisps up really nice. Natale's is also very reasonably priced. I think they do some weeknight specials, charge a minimal charge for delivery and don't tack on charges if you ask for extra. I had a place charge me $2 because I asked for extra sauce on my pasta - not here! Finally, there delivery is super fast and all of their delivery guys are very nice! Tip them well! read more

I remember going here at least twice a week during high school. The workers are friendly and the prices are great. I'd definitely recommend the wraps, mostly the BBQ and buffalo chicken, both are amazing. If you're going to order one, get it with chicken tenders, you'll thank me later. read more

The last two times I ordered from there it was downright horrible. The only thing that was good was the wings. Last night I ordered a white pie with bacon, it tasted old and there was no ricotta cheese on it at all. I had one slice after adding my own ricotta and moved on to the wings. THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! The food is average at best, but the employees that work there dont listen at all. ordered from there a few times during football with the guys (average of 5 people) they messed up at least 3 peoples order everytime!! and average delivery time is 90 minutes!. How do you mess up this much!! BTW all the good reviews that are on here are from people that work there, Just look at their pictures they all work there!!! Favorite pizza place in town!!! Great food, great prices and friendly staff!!! It has seating for about 10-12 purple in total during winter but when it gets hot there is seating available outside. Also the owner is a Military Veteran and provides great discounts to any veterans, police, firefighters... I myself am not one but I still think that's great! read more

I love natales. I really do. When I want a cheat meal, it's my go to for wings. BUT I Have to air my grievances here. Someplace that I order from so much NEEDS to be consistent. I order buffalo wings and BBQ wings; the only two that they have. I've always been told the buffalo wings come with blue cheese, BBQ comes with ranch. Me? I'm a blue cheese girl, love it and need it with wings! And after many times of requesting it when ordering, I've come to the conclusion that, for some reason, it confuses them and I have many times gotten two ranches and NO blue cheeses. I've let it slide. Who would make such a big deal? Well, it happened again tonight! And I'm so upset because I really was thinking of tonight as an indulgence and was so excited for these wings. And so I did nothing but order the two types of wings, trusting that they would each come with their respective sauces. No special request for blue cheese, no fuss. Just trust. Then my husband comes from picking it up. Tells me he even asked them if the blue cheese was there (for me), bc he's seen me so angry so many times before. They said it was there. Was it there? NO! Again, two ranches. It's laughable at this point. Will I order again? Probably. Will this happen again? Probably. I'm just posting to hopefully get someone to listen. PAY ATTN TO YOUR ORDERS! I phoned in an order for two pizzas; a plain and an anchovy. They said it would take 15 minutes to be ready. I waited 15 minutes then drove down (5 minute drive) to give them a few extra minutes to have the pie ready. After I paid for the order they said it would be a few more minutes. This was a bit disappointing because my family has gone to Natale's for years and they have always had the pizza's ready within 15-20 minutes. So I waited being the only customer in the building. After a few minutes a plain pizza was taken out and put in their display case. I wondered why they did not just package it and give it to me as there was no one in the restaurant. But I figured that they had a plain and anchovy in the oven and were going to to take them both out when they were ready so they both would stay hot. Well after waiting for almost 15 minutes in the restaurant they take out a plain pizza from the oven and take an anchovy from on top of the oven. Well that pissed me off. They had a plain pizza ready over 10 minutes ago and the anchovy pizza was ready before I got there; so I was waiting for nothing because they are idiots. When I got home the anchovy pizza was cold. I don't know if they have new owners or new management but their service lately has really slipped. Two weeks ago I phoned an order for a pepper and egg sub and an Italian wrap. When I got down there to pick up the order I saw on the receipt they charged me for a pepper, egg and sausage sub; which is 35 cents more. I talked to this kid that was standing in the kitchen wearing a black shirt and had short blond spiky hair and he was giving me a hard time about the over charge. It makes me wonder who else they have over charged because most people have trust in their service provider and don't look at the receipt when they pick up an order. But from now on I am going to look at the receipt right away IF I ever order from Natale's ever again. read more
