Avoid! I asked several times if they took my insurance (Cigna) and they said yes. They then charged me out of network, maxing out my insurance coverage for the year. When I called to have this corrected they said that I should have asked if it the services were covered in network. They spent much of the appointment pressuring me to get cosmetic dental procedures and to take out a high interest credit card to pay for it. read more

Had a check up and tooth extraction with Dr. Natalie Gor. Dr. Natalie made me feel so relaxed and I very much trusted her medical advice. She listened to my dental history and my concerns regarding wisdom tooth removal, which is what initially brought me there. Five days ago, I went to an oral surgeon who was recommending a very painful and unnecessary procedure. Dr. Natalie's second opinion saved me a lot of pain and money. When I walked in, the waiting room was bright and clean. My X-rays were taken quickly and I was talked through all of my options. I didn't feel like I was put under pressure for any unnecessary procedures and, thus had a pleasant extraction. I didn't feel a thing. The room itself was bright and clean and I will definitely be taking the trip up from Bushwick for all of my other dental concerns. It's hard to find a good doc in NYC, but I'm glad I did. I tried out a lot of dentists before I finally saw Dr. Gor and I am SO glad that I found her. I had other dentists with their fancy, high-tech digital tools and slick salesman demeanor tell me that I had a ton of cavities (that they wanted to charge me $200 bucks a pop to drill, of course), even though I have very good tooth-brushing/flossing habits. When Dr. Gor did traditional xrays on me, I expressed my concern about the fact that these other 2 sketchy dentists said that I had cavities. And she said she didn't seem anything in the core of my teeth and that mostly likely any decay that they found was superficial and it would actually cause more harm to drill the teeth than to just let it be. She even got out a diagram of a tooth and spent some time to explain it to me. From my repeated visits with Dr. Gor, I've come to realize that she is a very conservative dentist and doesn't like to do any work, unless she feels like it's absolutely necessary. What's also great about her is that she works only on an appointment basis, so you can schedule your appointments later, after work. (Most of the time I am the only person in the office besides Dr. Gor and her very nice dental assistant.) Her office is also very cute and I appreciate the details she's put into it, like the ceiling above the dental chair that has a faux stain glass painting (so you have something to look at while they're cleaning your teeth!) read more

I've been seeing dr. Natalie for 5+ years. She is solely responsible for my beautiful cavity free white teeth. I get a lot of compliments and a few of my coworkers have left their dentist to see dr. Natalie Gor which makes me a little jealous because I have to share her...but it's ok...lol! She is very patient and thourough when it comes to teeth cleaning and oral care in general. She always have lunch time appointments, respects her clients schedules and her location is central and perfect! And she always gives each client a parting gift which consist of a new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss after each appointment! My experience with Dr. Gore started when one of my coworkers recommended me to her since her location is very convenient. This decision was probably one of the best decision I've ever made. Dr. Gore is very professional and values her patiences time. At my prior dentist I would have to wait almost 15-20 minutes just to be seated. With Dr Gore the longest I've ever waited was about 2-3 minutes I don't even get a chance to sit in their lobby seats. Her location is super convenient as well. She is located on 7th avenue in between 34-35th street (right across from Macy's). Almost every train goes through 34th street whether your from Brooklyn, queens, manhatten, and Bronx. If I had to rate Dr Gore with stars she would definitely get more then 5 stars. I recommend all to visit her you won't regret the visit. read more

I really enjoy Dr. Gor's service and company. As one of her first invisalign patients, I had the chance to spent a lot of time there and while that would make most cringe, I truly loved having the opportunity to get to know Dr. Gor. She always answered my questions clearly and tried her best to keep this uncomfortable process of moving the bones in my mouth around as comfortable as possible. Even resculpting a tray that was pinching my gums. Dr. Gor's staff is friendly and very accommodating, which is a huge plus as with all our busy schedules sometimes things come up. I've been patient of Dr. Gor for a number of years. She is the very attentive and professional, and also is a prefectionist. She is very straight to the point, and if you don't need to get any work done, she won't drill your teeth for the sake of billing your insurance. Her assistant is also worth mentioning, as she make you feel very comfortable and does a great cleaning. They both make a dentist visit seamless, stress-free as ling as pain-free. I saw this woman to have a crown placed on a tooth. In the process of placing one crown she managed to break one of my permanent crowns. I have taken her to small claims court where she admits that she broke the tooth but claims that she shouldn't have to pay for it. She tells blatant lies about the mistakes she's made and the damage she has caused all while refusing to take responsibility for it. She not only broke my crown but she broke my tooth also! Because of her I had to have a root canal. I wouldn't be so upset if she'd just pay for her mistake but she refuses! Her office is tiny and dirty. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. I went to Gor to have a couple crowns replaced. My permanent crowns had just come in so I was ready to have the temporaries pulled off and the permanents put in. While pulling off the temporaries she grabbed onto one of my permanent crowns, which just so happened to be one of front teeth, and pulled it, breaking it and my tooth. She then refused to put a temporary in replace of the permanents crown she had just broken and I had to cry and beg to get her to finally do it. She promised me that she would pay for the costs of the temporary and whatever the cost was to fix the damage she caused. Understandably, I went to a new dentist because I had lost all trust with this woman. The new dentist told me that I needed a root canal on the front tooth that she had broken the crown off of, apparently she broke part of the tooth as well. So a root canal and a permanent crown later, when I try to send her the bill she refuses saying she won't pay me anything. She caused over $4,000 worth of damage to my mouth and now she refuses to pay for it. I'm being forced to take her to court to recoup the costs. This lady can not be trusted and won't take responsibility for her mistakes. STAY AWAY!!! read more

There are many dentists in the city, and it isnt that hard to find one if necessary. What is hard to find is a professional, caring, and reasonable dentist. The many dentists that are around the city specialize usually in making money off of you by clouding your mind with treatments that you might not even need. Dr. Gor specializes in fixing your teeth and working with you. That is what's amazing about this office. You are given all the options you have, you are given the best prices for the best work there is out there. I never thought I would find a doctor out there that really cares a lot about her patients and who takes pride and love in her work. You can already feel it just by getting something as simple as whitening. I greatly recommend Dr. Gor to anyone who wants to find a dentist who actually wants to help you and get the job done to the best possible extent, and not just to get as much money out of you as possible. 5 stars! read more
