First off it was not ready when they said it would be.. which is fine... but then the pants came back With a NEW stain. I brought them back and they offered to re clean them for free. They came back with the same stain.... I told the lady working there and she offered to wash them again with a stain sticker??? Why didn't they put the "stain sticker" on the first time??? I didn't want them to get ruined again so I didn't re send them. These are 200 pants now ruined . I just opened the comforter from the packaging and it doesnt look like it was cleaned at all and it's all lumpy like it was thrown in a dryer. Seriously the worst place... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I do not see the reason of spending $12 dollars cleaning a piece of clothing I do not care that much about. I would rather save money and buy something new for me. but this is me. I took a new jacket to Adams Cleaner, never washed and worn 3 times max. I do have the same jacket in other colors. but the one I took was the newest one. I was soooo specific to say, in how to clean that jacket, because I know how it is. When I picked up the jacket, it took couple days until I opened the bag to wear the jacket. When I opened, The jacket that had a very HOT guaba (PINK) color turned to be blueish, and it had bubbles all over in the front. I went back and asked to speak with a manager, spoke with Silvia and left the jacket to be looked at. went back today (2 days after. as they requested) and the lady up front gives my jacket back and says " Well it was dry cleaned, nothing we can do and bla bla bla). I asked to call the manager again, and I spoke with a guy called John or Joe (Can't remember) and he was very sarcastic and laughing on the phone (THIS IS RIDICULOUS, WE ARE YOUR CLIENT'S, YOU ARE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE STUPID PEOPLE LIKE ME BELIEVE IN YOUR WORK AND TAKE THEIR CLOTHES TO BE CLEANED). He offered me store credit which I do not want it. because i just got a ruined jacket back from them, how I would want a store credit. Long story short, the jacket is from Zara, you can look it up. most of their blazers are from $100- $150. I paid $100 for mine. It is not only for the money, but is about the jacket and the frustrating feeling of contracting a service to clean something you have, and they return completely ruined and not caring about. I know my rights. and I could definitely sue the drycleaner for negligence in Small Claims Court. even a child can see the damage on the jacket. How you clean a pink jacket, gives back to your client a blueish jacket, with marks of bubbles all over the FRONT. and do not even mind to apologize, value the client's business. If you screwed up is okay, but have the dignity of fixing you dirty work. Well I wish I can advise someone out there, to at least be cautious. and do not get frustrated like I am. Ludimila Rodrigues

I emailed Tide Cleaners twice with photos and details and received no response. I escalated the issue to Procter & Gamble corporate and even sent a final follow‑up to their executive consumer relations team. I still received no reply from anyone. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items. Very disappointed in the service and the complete lack of response from both Tide Cleaners and P&G.

Even my boyfriend and best friend both questioned whether much had actually been altered because there honestly wasn't much difference. The only thing that was different was the top neck clip that was looser which was good but the part i had issues with the waist and length seemed to be unchanged I will say she was kind and got it done quickly, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. She's probably very talented at what she does, but I think communication and making sure expectations are fully understood is really important here. Also, they don't take cards, which made payment difficult at the time. Looking back, I probably should've just expedited ordering a new dress instead.

I only asked for a simple refund of the $38 over payment. Instead, the owner became irate, raised her voice, shoved my receipts back at me refusing to look at them and then told me to leave the store. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but I was genuinely shocked by her lack of professionalism and simple courtesy when I tried to resolve the issue politely. I'm not upset about the $38, or even the poor quality job she performed-- that can happen too. It's the way I was treated that made the experience so unpleasant. I wonder if this store, which appears to have a loyal local clientele is even a properly licensed business. I hope this shop learns to handle customer concerns with a bit more patience and respect in the future.

The dress was taken in at the waist at least 2 inches more than how it was pinned. I could barely get it zipped and it was unwearable. I had to take it to another alterations shop to have it fixed (the new place was able to undo what Classic Alterations had done). The dress has lace and the bottom of the lace where it was hemmed is terrible. Uneven and in places it looks like someone just ripped it. To top it all off, this shop was very expensive. And then I had to pay even more to have the incorrect work done here, fixed. I ended up paying more for the 2 sets of alterations than I paid for the dress. Would not recommend this shop at all.

I told him what type of items I needed services on. He told me the prices and why it was better to ask for wet press. Wet pressing requires the clothes to be washed and iron and it's 3.95 versus the 11 plus dollars an item to hand iron each item. When I finally get to bring my clothes to this dry cleaner, I instruct the girl exactly as the gentleman told me and an older woman with blonde hair comes up behind her. This blonde woman, under her breath, instructs the girl taking my clothes to charge the items as hand press which means hand iron all my clothes. This is not what I requested. So, then I asked the girl what did she just tell you to do under her breath? Hand press right? She said yes, and I said ok, give me all my items back. It felt like the blonde woman was trying to take me for an ignorant customer and not someone who previously inquired about the services. Not cool. Do not recommend.
