I have never been as shocked as I am by Rick/Rich Edwards the owner of this business. When his own employees admitted they made a mistake and ruined thousands of dollars of our clothes, we offered to meet him halfway thinking it was a local business. He cussed. he screamed, and treated my elderly mother horribly. He than promised to pay the half, than ghosted my elderly mother on a fixed income after ruining most her clothes shes had for decades. THIS MAN IS NOT SOMEONE YOU EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. HE IS CRUEL. I am so sad to even have to write this. Avoid avoid avoid. Shrank and ruined my woolen jacket submitted for slight alteration of the lining. Appeared it had been washed instead od dry cleaned as all texture was gone. Totally unwearable. A coat submitted for cleaning showed no signs of cleaning at all and smelled worse than it went in. No aroma of fresh cleaning here that's fir sure..The place is a liability and they even had the cheek to blame the previous owner who I had never ever had any issues with in the past. Great service and extremely honest. I've heard friend tell me of returning cash left in clothing. I bring slacks there that really only need cleaning and pressing. They tell me I only need a wash and press rather than the more expensive dry cleaning. It's Al little out of the way for me but I make the trip. read more

They can even read my mind and remind me when I forget to ask for the pleats on the seams and not the patches. I would NEVER recommend this place even to my worst enemy!!! I went to pick up my dry cleaning and one of the sports jackets looked like they never even cleaned it. When I dropped it off I pointed out a spot on the front of the jacket and specifically asked if they couldn't remove the spot don't bother cleaning it. They made it worse then it was before . The clerk was so rude and I asked them to take off the charge for that one item and they could keep the jacket and then he refused to give me my other items until I paid for the entire order. When I got home it took me a minute with a spot remover and it came out! read more

This company it's the worst. I have dropped several pieces of clothing to be dry cleaned at the Verandah Cleaners which usually those clothes are not cleaned on site, they are sent to the main call Stadium Dry Cleaners. They lie about treating spots on the clothing and what is worst, the clothes were not even pressed. I am very upset and when I took the clothing to the main store, the general manage did nothing. Still charged the full amount for a job that it was not done. . I would never bring any other clothing there! read more

I have been going to Stadium Cleaners for twelve years and never have I had a single issue- they are prompt (usually a two day turnaround) courteous (Larry the owner even did my daughters business dress for free because it was a special occasion) they are moderately priced and I always walk away with exactly what I walked in with two days earlier ( never lost a shirt!). I have gone there, on and off, for 8 years. They do an average job. the main reason I went there was they are close to my house. A few times I have had to re-press shirt collars because they were ironed wrong. Recently they destroyed a shirt of mine. For over two months, I have been asking what are they going to do about the shirt and get no response. I asked to speak to the owner and they said he does not talk to customers and will not call me to discuss this. Their customer service is terrible. Another time, they mixed in with my order someone else's shirts, As soon as I noticed I had the wrong shirts, I drove them back, the manager barely acknowledged the inconvenience I went through and didn't even offer to reimburse me for the gas or even clean one shirt . read more

Matt and his staff were so gracious to me. I have bounced from one dry cleaner to another for the last 10 years, for the reason that whenever I am disappointed or let down I just move on. My last adventure before Stadium Dry Cleaners was when I dropped off two separate suits for a funeral. I go to pick them up the day before, and there were oil stains, or something of that nature all over them. On my way home extremely disappointed, I see Stadium Dry Cleaners. I stopped in, and explained my urgency of needing these suits back within a 12-hour time frame. And I told them that I understood if it could not be done. Matt smiled and assured me that they would be ready that evening. Since that time, I have been using them for the last year! I never do reviews unless I'm pissed off, and that's just me being honest. But in the same token, it is hard to come across a consistently reliable company like Stadium Dry Cleaners. The owner, which has owned this dry cleaner for over 30 years is in that building 95% of the time. So as we all know with certain businesses, when the owner is absent, employees tend to create a culture less-than-desirable. This owner runs a very tight ship from what I can see. But I would prefer to do business with someone who demands perfection, than someone who cuts corners! read more

I just went there to have a suit cleaned and a dress altered. The price of cleaning the suit was very expensive, and as for the dress...well, I just ended up signing it over to them because the seamstress did not do the alterations correctly, and I refused to pay $18 for it. The owner did not talk to me and did not offer any credit or even a discount. Customer service in this establishment is awful. There was absolutely no attempt to keep me as a customer...which is fine, just not a business I want to deal with. read more

Worst cleaner and business model EVER! They do NOT take ANY accountability for their own mistakes. In addition, their Customer Service with regards to how they handle an "admitted" mistake of their own is a perfect Business model on what NOT to do or how NOT to run a business. I recently took in a pair of shorts to be altered, when I got them back, it appeared that they had not been altered at all. When I took them back in to rectify the situation, the front desk clerk told me that she spoke to the manager and that he said that they had been altered....... however, he said that HIS person did not properly take an inseam measurement and that was the reason why the shorts were not properly altered. When I asked for them to be properly redone......the girl at the front desk told me that the manager would not come out to see me and that I would have to pay again ...for THEIR admitted mistake! However, on the way out the door as I told her that I would no longer be doing any further business with them.........she told me that the manager was going to "reprimand" the person that originally took the measurements..........What a total JERK......if feel sorry for anyone who works for this idiot FINAL WARNING: They will not account for ANY MISTAKES that they make. If I could rate this a negative star I would. I have been using stadium dry cleaners do a few years now and never had an issue. I recently brought my 1 year old suit to be dry cleaned before heading to Canada for my cousins wedding. The day of the wedding I put the suit on and could not zipper the pants they were so small. The jacket felt like it could rip at the seams. I missed the ceremony because I had to purchase/hem new pants. Upon returning I spoke to Victoria who told me she would speak to the owner. The next day she called and wanted me to bring the suit in. I brought the suit, pictures showing the suit didn't fit and a picture from a previous wedding (1 month ago) that shows the suit fitting perfectly. The owner refused to reimburse me the cost of the suit ($200) or the cost to dry clean the suit ($20). He offered me a $100 credit and said that's all he can do for me. I will never bring my clothes to this dry cleaners and neither will my family! Horrible way to do business sir! read more
