Apparently, my order was entered incorrectly into their system and my order was canceled. I called the store and on the fourth attempt, I finally was able to speak to a team member. I asked for the general manager who needed to call me back as he was busy with a customer. Once the general manager called me back, he offered to enter my order back into the system and I would only need to come back into the store and pay for it again. Not a big deal, the issue was that the refrigerator would not be delivered on the promised date. I travel extensively for my job and curtailed my schedule for this delivery. The general manager did not offer any further discount or any type of recovery for my inconvenience. I understand that things happen, but how you deal with issues is what separates you from the competition. Unfortunately, the competition has won me over. It's a shame as this was the closest store where I could make such a purchase.

This is a nice store but if you need help with something special, forget it. I needed to order…read moresome custom blinds. I knew what I wanted, but needed a store representative to write up the order. I did not want to go to the store only to find that there was no one on duty in that department, so I tried calling to see when someone would be there who could place the order. I called repeatedly for 3 days and was never able to reach someone who could help - my call would be transferred, no one would answer, it would be transferred again . . . etc. So I finally went to the store and asked them to page someone to come to that section. The person I asked checked the schedule and said that yes, the custom blinds person was there. I waited for about 10 minutes and never heard the page, so I went up front again. This time I did hear the page, but again I waited about 10 minutes and no one came. They paged a second time and still no one came. I went back up front to see what was going on, but this time couldn't get anyone's attention, so I left. I'm ordering from Home Depot instead. It cost 5% more, but at least I was able to get help! The lack of service here is really really bad!

I wished I used them more often. I would have figured out how poorly these were made sooner, within Samsung's meager 1 year warranty.

Some Terrain shops (the smaller ones inside Anthropologie stores) are limited to dried flowers, indoor plants, and accessories and garden tools, but they have larger stores, including this location in Glen Mills - their flagship location. It opened in 2008; it has a nursery, a huge home store (decor, candles, llighting, food, gifts, garden gear, indoor plants), a fafe, a greenhouse... Whether you're a gardener or not, Terrain is fun to explore. We visited two weeks ago, and I have to say that it's particularly beautiful in winter - all those Christmas trees in snow and a fire pit and seasonal decor... Worth stopping by if you're in the area!

Be sure to wear proper clothing for this indoor and outdoor shop. This is an Urban Outfitters family brand shop. Urban Outfitters was founded in Wayne, PA. Accordingly this first Terrain location was an all out endeavor. And it delivers. It's a hygge spa meets gardening paradise. Plan to spend 30-45 minutes shopping and walking the grounds. Halloween and the holidays are the best here. And a stop at the cafe to your next visit. See website for more information. Free parking but come early on weekends and event days.
