Great service and extremely reasonable. We had a slide issue and was worried about the cost of the service. It turned out to be a rubber seal caught in the gear. I have a 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express Trailer. It developed a leak from the front glass on the fiberglass shell. Atlantic requested pictures, called the manufacture, and determined it needed to be fixed by a glass shop. All done in less than 30 minutes from the initial call. They referred me to a great glass shop in Orange who is taking care of the glass reset. The Atlantic team is outstanding and it will be the only stop for me when I need future repairs! read more

I was referred to Atlantic RV by our local neighborhood chat board in Warrenton, Virginia as a place that was very good but very busy. I had a propane leak in our new Class A motorcoach that we had just taken on our maiden voyage, and this is obviously a major issue for any RV. I called and asked to make an appointment and spoke to Stephanie, a very nice young lady who offered appointments in mid-September (it was the end of July when I called). When she asked what the problem was and I told her, she told me to hold on while she checked. Coming back on line, she told me to bring it in THAT DAY. Brought it in, and two days and about $150 later, my defective regulator was replaced and the entire propane system checked. When I went to pick it up, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners. Faith and her husband Brad started Atlantic RV in 2013 as they were tired of the questionable ethics, sharp-elbowed tactics, and overreach of large RV sales and service centers (that was their background before starting their company). Their shop was clean, grounds immaculate, and it was clear that they are customer/service oriented. Once word gets out about them, the sky is the limit for this young couple. A great shop! read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I went to Atlantic RV based on the higher than average positive reviews. These people are absolutely classless and are downright sleazy. I spent 10 years in law enforcement dealing with liars and these folks are world class. They don't even hide it well. The electrical issues that my RV has are staggering and I was confident they would fix it. For some reason they seem annoyed when communicating via email or in person. I explained that I am not that experienced with the RVs electrical systems, and I have a learning disability in hopes they would communicate better with me. They charged me a diagnostic fee to tell me that the electrical steps where working properly, but the reason they were not working properly was because the wiring on the coach itself was bad and they wanted $2000 to diagnose it. I already knew that the electrical steps were okay but I got charged a few hundred dollars for them to tell me what I already knew. The steps worked with a manual switch but after picking it up from them, the steps no longer worked even with the manual switch. I called them immediately and discussed the issue with them and they told me if I could bring it by in the next 30 minutes or so, before closing they would put the wires back the way they were so the steps would work. They were kind enough to wait until after closing, since it took me about 40 minutes to get to their location. They fixed the issue right away but talking to them seems like it frustrates them, so after getting the RV back, I thanked them and began my journey home. As I was driving home a large tree feel right in front of me causing substantial damage to my RV. Upon arriving home I wrote Atlantic RV an email describing what just happened and told them that if they would have just left the steps for the wire working as they originally worked, I would not have had to return to their shop this evening during the snow storm, and I would have had more damage caused to my RV. I did not ask them to pay for it, and told them I opened an insurance claim with my company and requested an appointment with them to take my RV back for repairs. This morning I received an email from them saying the following: "atlanticrvrepair@gmail.com 8:12 AM (17 minutes ago) to me Mr. ____________________ We respectfully decline any work on your RVs. Can't attest to the quality of RVs, but they have the most amazing customer service! (Even when you aren't a customer.) Randomly pulled over with some car problems, and three employees jumped to the rescue no questions asked. Fixed up the car, super quick and professional and all out of the goodness of their hearts. We purchased an RV a few years ago and unfortunately it was not in the shape that we had hoped it was. In June of this year, we decided to take it to Atlantic RV to see what they could do to fix it. They had the RV for three months, only to send us an email that there was nothing they could do to help us. I don't know if the work was too extensive, or what the situation is because I really haven't gotten a good explanation about any of it. The only thing they said was that due to the condition of it, they would not guarantee the work. I'm not sure why it took them three months to tell us that. They've given us no guidance as to what they would recommend. I have found them to be abrupt and not courteous at all. Very, very disappointed that they dragged us on for three months leaving us to believe that everything was getting fixed during that time. In addition, they had a bill for close to $700 that we had to pay. Most of that was for their Spring inspection service. It is now fall and feel that they have left us high and dry. read more

Had to write to express appreciation for and kudos to Atlantic RV for their stellar customer service! We drove out from Washington state to pick up our new 30 foot travel trailer. My husband installed the EAZ lift hitch himself, but needed to have the new sway bar installed by a shop. We called, they were busy but told us to come right in. Brad checked over how we had installed the hitch, gave us some great tips on how to take it on and off in a safer, more efficient way, and then made short work of the sway bar install. I brought our Class C in for overhang water damage and was very impressed with the level of expertise these folks have. This type of repair is not cheap and they were able to do it fairly quickly during peak season and it looked like new. I had don't much of the tear out myself so I was aware of how bad the problem was. I will not bring it anywhere else for major structural repairs, they are definitely experts. read more
