Disappointed in service and communication. Requested to get cabinets assembled. The workers were to…read morearrive between 3 and 5pm and arrived after 6. . Maria did not let me know any updates of when service workers were coming, whether they were late or not. But she can read my messages that were sent to ask for their whereabouts. The workers stayed at my house until 11pm. Workers spoke Spanish with each other at the front door entrance when they met my husband (and mind you, my husband also speaks Spanish). One of the workers said to the other workers that they didn't want to do cabinets. My husband heard them and told them he speaks Spanish. Very awkward. They also made comments about the cabinets we bought, such as , "did you get them from Amazon?". Why does that matter? Them staying late and not feeling motivated to do our cabinets made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the drawers was messed up. They didn't pay attention to details and misplaced part of the frame of the cabinet. A magnet for a cabinet door was in the way of the drawer section, so drawer wasn't functional and won't close. We didn't notice this until after the workers left. I spoke with Maria via Yelp the day after and she wasn't willing to send a person out to fix it. She instead wanted to send me a magnet to make up for it. Did the cabinets get done? Yes. Did we like the service and communication, and finished product of the work done? No Lastly, Maria wanted to give us a late fee for the service. My husband called her because we felt we weren't given quality service on their end and wanted to see if a tech could be sent out. On top of that, we never received any invoice (her workers said it would be provided next day). Maria didn't disclose where this invoice was, but she did let us know we would get a late fee if the service wasn't covered. She mentioned this after my husband left a voice mail and text message exchange stating we were not satisfied with the service. See pictures attached. I'm not quite sure how this business can get 5 star reviews , and be inconsistent with their customer service. In the end of the text message exchange, Maria then stated that she would provide the service for free but seemed irritated in doing so. So I'm waiting for an invoice that states just that. My wife spent two days cleaning everything they missed. When she brought it up to Margarita, it was excuses. To late for her to come back and fix things, as we already had stagers coming in. That was our fault. My wife posted a review, and all Margarita could do was to suggest that when it came time to pay, we complained. Not true. We paid the bill, and would have paid twice the price if it was cleaned as requested. Having people come in and swish a mop around, missing baseboards, window sills, toilets, and a shower or two is not move out cleaning. Very dis-satisfied. I have a property management company and rentals in the area, and will try my luck with another company that does not offer excuses for poor work. Beware! Very sad, expected more.

My complaints to you were before having seen your invoice. You're cleaning crew did not accomplish that task they were hired to do. Must I restate that the base boards were not touched, nor was the downstairs shower. The switch plates not cleaned. And the toilets not cleaned either. And let's not again discuss the method your cleaning crew used to clean my floors. It is never okay to mop a floor without first sweeping or vacuuming it. Pushing mud over a hard surface is now way to clean the floors. Based on many of the reviews you have, this is not an uncommon practice. And based on my experience with you when we spoke on the phone and your ill attempt at diverting the issues tells me you are not in touch with your customers. I wonder if you felt there was no loss of repeat business since this was a move out clean. People out there looking for a good house cleaner....keep looking. This is NOT the place to call.
