We called to setup an appointment and they were able to come about 3 days later. During the call, we asked some questions about their normal services, confirming what they do, and everything sounded right. Some of the super cheap places out there (often on coupon sites) make everything an upsell once they get in your door, while some big names charge really high prices, so it was nice to find B&V was an honest company with fair prices. We got most of the simple furniture out of the way, and off they went. They even went over a couple high traffic areas twice, focusing on providing results and good service. They had a few dozen squares for furniture to sit on while the carpet dried, and the carpet was about as dry as any other service we have tried before...not too damp, but out carpet just seems to suck up and hold water regardless. Overall excellent service, a fair price, arrived just a little earlier than our appointment time, and did a great job.
