Horrible experience with what should have been a simple recall repair on my Ford Escape. Called and…read morescheduled the appointment many weeks in advance and was told it was a one day repair and could be picked up at the end of the day it was dropped off on. I drop off the car for the repair on the scheduled day and get a call at the end of the day that the car would not be ready because they had to order the part. WHY would you not order the part in advance when you know exactly what the repair is (it is a recall, so a known issue and repair) and you knew this when you scheduled with me many weeks prior?? Well - because "if I no-showed to the appointment, then they would be out the 1000$ that is cost to order the part, so they couldn't order it til I came in anyway." So I was directly lied to about the repair taking only one day, as this was always their plan! I am then told it will take another 3-5 days for the needed part to deliver. I opted to leave the car there rather than make the 40 minute drive there and back once again the following week. I call again about a week later to see what was going on because no one had contacted me with an update, and am told it will be done by the end of the day tomorrow. Great. I call the next day - no, it will not be done, as they need to order an ADDITIONAL PART for it that won't be in for another two weeks at the earliest. Are you JOKING? At this point I demanded my car be returned to me. Now here we are, another week and a half later, and the dealership has yet to contact me about the part, finishing the repair, or any sort of estimated date for the service. I will not be going here again after having wasted essentially a month of my time on this. If you value your time and want a dealership that actually does what they are supposed to and can communicate with you - go somewhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I…read morepicked up my new to me 2015 Jeep Wrangler on a Friday night, pulled out and pulled right back in as it had a noise it did not have during the test drive. Was told by Dan that is just how Wranglers sound. Saturday morning I didnt feel safe and stopped driving it as the noise kept getting louder and felt like the car was going to just fall apart. They told me to bring it back to them for the sticker which I knew would fail as the noise and shaking it was doing I knew something was not right. Shocking they took it to Sullivan Tire in Bridgewater and it passed. I then asked about the noise again and Mike said " you own it now you can bring it wherever you want". Drove it straight to a Jeep dealer and they said I am lucky I didnt drive it much as there was 5k in work that needed to be done and it was all safety issues !! THE CAR SHOULD NOT HAVE PASSED INSPECTION! They must pay off Sullivan tire to pass cars. It was towed from Jeep back to my house so I could talk to them face to face about these safety issues. Once I spoke to them they came to my house to pick the jeep up. They agreed to fix all the issues but wanted to do the work themselves which was fine I just wanted a car that was safe to drive with my family. They then called a week later and said it was ready but when I asked Mike for a copy of what was fixed he said he couldnt give me anything but started listing off everything they fixed. I just wanted the car back so didnt want to argue. I was also told it was personally driven on the highway and there were no issues. I also asked Mike why there was no coolant in the car when I checked Saturday morning and he advised me HIS MECHANIC didnt bleed the lines correctly. He also stated after he picked up the Jeep from my house he called Dan and said there is something really wrong with this Jeep. Well what do you know I pull out and the car doesnt even drive straight!!! I am all over the road. I am defiantly not bringing it back there as now I have owned a car for 15 days and havent been able to drive it. Get it looked at again and was told they didnt replace some bearings and the steering column was barely on which is why the car was all over the road. Also, once i got it back i had a lot of new scratches on the paint as well. No way was I bringing this back to AUTO CITY to have them fix this issue just to have them F up something else so I am paying out of pocket to fix the other safety issues that were not fixed. I regret ever giving this company my business. STAY AWAY!! I would list everything that was wrong with it but I do not have the invoice from Jeep on hand showing everything that needed to be fixed.

He spent time answering our questions, priced his vehicles fairly, and it is very obvious that he puts a lot of care and effort into finding quality used cars for his customers. We ended up purchasing a RAV from Landes Family Auto Sales and have been really happy with the car. He then went on to say that he could've told me that it was $900 and could've pocketed the extra $300. WHO SAYS THAT?!? Brent also said that he was having a mechanic come in to look at a specific concern that I had. When I asked him to send me the documentation of the diagnostic report, he sent me a dead link. On top of all the excuses, Brent is a very rude car salesman who does NOT allow you to speak and will constantly talk over you because he thinks he knows better than you. Kelley Blue Book estimated the trade-in value at around $9,500-$10,000. This dealership told me that Carfax showed the vehicle had been in an accident prior to my purchasing it in 2015, and because of that, they were only willing to offer me $6,000 versus the $9,000 they originally told me. Then they were extremely pushy wanting to make the deal ASAP. Fortunately, I still had the original Carfax report from when I purchased the car, and there was no accident listed on it. I felt the $6,000 offer was an extreme lowball, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Their loss! I purchased my new vehicle elsewhere as well. I'm very glad I did. Another dealership gave me $10,000 for my trade, and they sold the Avalon within days. I believe it was listed/sold for somewhere around $18,000. My advice: Do your own research and get more than one trade-in offer before accepting what a dealership tells you your vehicle is worth. In my case, getting a second opinion made a $4,000 difference. I would not trust this dealership with a trade-in.

Chamo is lower on the list by google, but the phone call was friendly, and the charge was very reasonable (as compared with all others I have contacted), and they came exactly on time (30min). Lastly, the driver was careful with my car, delivered it to the dealership I asked for. Now it's fixed and I am happy. Hope you don't ever have to use a towing truck, but if you do, I recommend this one!

I called A to Z transmission and spoke with Tony. He actually took the time to see if it could be machined, rather than replaced.... which thankfully, it could! They repaired blown head gasket and a lot of other work my truck needed, still waay under the price to replace with a used engine. I have now waited over 3 months to write this review and I can't begin to say how pleased I am with this company! Tony was honest, upfront and very pleasant to talk to the entire time.
