If I could give them zero stars I would. I used to come to this location weekly for lunch, sometimes more. This location was clean, and the staff cared. I came in March of 2018 and had the worst experience. The area manager gave me a credit, I came in this month and mentioned it, of course they had no clue what I was talking about. Never mind the credit (which they did give when I proved it to them via an email). We walked in and it was empty. We were there prime time. They went to seat me and my wife, first table, dirty, second dirty, third dirty, forth looked clean so she sat us. The seats of the bench came off, the table spun around and the table was so sticky it was amazing I could get my hand off. The waitress put the menus out, and laughed and walked away. We asked to switch booths, they said yes, 2 more were dirty, started to look around and there wasn't a clean table in there. They wiped down one and we sat. The booth bench wobbled the entire time but at least we didn't have a spinning table. Food was sub-par. My wife had hair in her sandwich, the chicken strippers where murdered so over done they were not editable. Drinks were never refilled, over all again a nightmare experience. The manager I see on here states they are going to fix things, but it's been months and people are still seeing the same thing. This is exactly what happened at Alama School and Queen Creek and that location is now closed. It saddens me, but I won't be back, this location is beyond help and I doubt it will be around much longer. read more

We came here for a late dinner the other night. When you first check in you get a free basket of their "potato chips". We got it flavored with the buffalo ranch dry rub. It's pretty good but the seasoning is definitely strong! I ordered their rain drop martini, which is not on their menu but it was quite tasty. For wings, we ordered the honey bbq, medium and Asiago Parmesan. The honey bbq and medium wings were really over seasoned I think. Like they were drenched in sauce so it was a bit overwhelming for me. The Asiago Parmesan was really good. The good thing is they have different specials every day of the week as well as happy hour and reverse happy hour which starts at 9:30. I have just one complaint here... The 'Native Puffs' appetizer was the 2nd worst app I ever had. A trail of sludge on the serving platter was very noticeable, as I slid the puff over to my dish. But I didn't find any BP slush fund here to compensate my queasy stomach. And the filling was comprised of nasty canned processed cheese. The manager said he would give these to us at happy hour pricing, but that promise didn't make it to the check. Now on to the good stuff. Their pizza rocked! The crust was perfectly crisp, the sauce was seasoned to my taste, and the toppings were spot on. Their wings were deep fried perfectly. I just love the honey-hot flavor. Our server was very attentive (and his station was slammed), and the manager (and some other friendly employee) came over to check on us, telling us about an upcoming free wing special. Even when one of the other server's bumped my arm as he walked by, he made a point to get my attention to apologize. (Results not typical) They have $3.00 22oz domestic tap for happy hour. Went with my family for dinner and it was a total disappointment. It took almost 20 minutes to get two milkshakes, then appetizers and salads all came out at different times. But the worst part was our strippers were incorrect. Both my wife and I ordered them. When they came they were not what we had thought we ordered. Instead of boneless, skinless strips, they were basically chicken fingers. I was told that that is what they are. However that is not what the picture in the menu looked like. In fact they were the same things that my son had ordered off of the kids menu. We asked the server and she said yes that is what the strippers are. She said that we should have said naked and grilled. When we told her that is what we wanted, she tried to talk us out of it as it would take 20 minutes. We said yes we will wait as we were not going to eat what was brought to us. While we were waiting, the manager came over and spoke to us. She even said that she would take the items off of our bill. SO after about 20 minutes, the new strippers came and they were basically chopped up pieces of a chicken breast. Then the bill came and the two orders of strippers were on the bill. When I asked the waitress about it, she asked the manager about it. She told us, that they did not charge us for the 1st order of strips that we did not eat. WOW! I was too in shock to say anything else. I paid my bill and left. $85 for a horrible dining experience. I will not be back to this location. read more

A new co-worker picked this one for lunch. I wasn't impressed. The drink I ordered tasted totally off. It was not at all what I ordered but due to the time frame opted for water- which tasted like dishwater. Makes sense, because the dishes thrown on the table were still dripping wet. Which also soaked the napkins (which was kind of a blessing because they didn't give us any wet wipes that usually accompany wings) so it solved a problem, sorta, but totally assured the dishes were clean! Ordered the "10 pack" of wings, split between 2 flavors. It was more than underwhelming. Wish I would have taken a photo- but didn't want to offend the new guy. So, I had 10 pretty shriveled up pieces of chicken that had a slight drizzle of sauce. Literally not even enough sauce to cover half of the over-cooked pieces. Healthy cup of bleu cheese... but the shriveled up ends of celery. Adding a carrot stick or two would have hurt?? It was gross. Would I come back? No. If a slower hour such as lunch is what I experienced, I certainly would not want to attempt visiting during a busy & popular hour. read more

Just left this place after one beer. My boyfriend and I went for happy hour and a bite of dinner on the patio tonight, but within minutes of our food arriving a group of off the clock employees on the patio were rolling joints and smoking weed right next to us. Whatever you do on your time is your business, but on a restaurant patio?? We moved inside to try to finish our dinner and told the waitress. She came back to tell us that she told the manager and that he had "talked" to them. Didn't ask them to leave and never came out to speak with us. And at the same time, there was a lady inside the bar with her DOG at the table! I don't know what kind of place operates like this, but we won't be back. Cisco- it was most certainly NOT a regular cigarette, it was bright green what they were rolling. And the scent is hard to miss- especially when you're trying to eat dinner. I used to think this was a place safe to bring my kids, but I know better now. Also interesting that they were laughing about how someone might "call the cops" but that they didn't care. I guess it's just the attitude that has become acceptable to them at this Native. As for the "service" animal, I have never seen a service animal that sat up at a high top table with the owner. Fries were again lukewarm at best and way over seasoned. Lastly tried to redeem with Pepperoni Pizza. Nope just a dry slab of dough with hardly any cheese and if there was any sauce I guess we missed it. Beer was cold so that is why they got 2 stars and not 1 Star.
