Stopped in driving through to the eastern sierras... We had no idea this was an entirely gluten free kitchen. The food is fresh and so good! The smash burger and chx pesto sandwiches are filled with so many flavors! Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu items and super pleasant. Then saved room for the lavender Madeline's ...WOW!! We had a super cute table out front as it was a perfect sunny cool day ..., We will make a point to stop here on our way back to the bay area.. The bad: Salty salty salty. Why??? So many wonderful offerings, but sadly saturated with salt. I don't get it. Why take fabulous Brussels sprouts and hearty eggplant and slather with salt, obliterating the actual tastes of the vegetables? I love a good sauce, but this was awful. I hadn't eaten all day and barely choked it down due to hunger and not wanting to waste my money. Still left a fair amount. Had to drink all the water at the table and then some to counter the sodium. It's such a shame because they could be wonderful dishes. Will not be coming back based on all the appetizers and the mains being overly salty. If it was just one, I'd understand, but all were bad The good: Service was friendly, and the beer was cold and delicious. read more

Solid wine selection, delicious light food. We went for brunch and everyone was happy with their orders. The omelette was light and fluffy, the chorizo skillet was packed with flavor. The O.G. Benedict was good but probably my least favorite of the three. When I initially ordered I did not realize the bread would be gluten free. For gluten-free bread it was quite good but didn't crisp up quite as well as a traditional English muffin. The eggs, sauce and sides were all wonderful. The interior of the restaurant is cozy and well decorated with tasteful art. beautiful vining Pothos and other well kept house plants. We recently bought out the restaurant for an event that was a celebration of life for a family member. Food was a "10"--Appetizers and an open bar. Service was beyond a "10"--creative, flexible, accommodating, and personal. In particular, the chef and manager showed alot of creativity and shared our excitement and vision for the day. Their detailed-oriented approach made the event special, even down to the music that we played. The bartender was amazing and created many wonderful drinks and did it with a fun attitude! Such a cute Bistro and the customer service was phenomenal! We ordered a lot off the menu (more than necessary) because we wanted to try everything. The best was the patata bravas, artichoke, and baked brie. The mushrooms was also like by the rest of the table but I'm picky with mushrooms. The crust on the Duck Confit was very good. The Cubano had a lot of mustard so if you aren't a fan then be cautious of that (the person who ordered it likes mustard so they enjoyed it). Me and my friend stopped by for a quick lunch and absolutely loved everything! The atmosphere is super clean friendly inviting and just invites you in! Everything we tried was also absolutely phenomenal!!! I will say we both absolutely loved the Maple pulled pork okonomiyaki but everything we tried was amazing! We were excited to try out the Almighty Food Company. Unfortunately, our first visit fell short on expectations. The service is good, they have a competent, caring staff. Tonight, we went for the tapas size selections to share. The chilled Pacific octopus is a bed of wakami salad topped with a very small portion of octopus slices and topped with cucumber slices. I wish there were more octopus. The Eggplant dish was undercooked and the seared shiitakes locked flavor. The Blue Fin Tuna Poke style salad was way too salty! This was drowning in soy sauce which overpowered the fish. The polenta was the best dish we had. The polenta was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. It's new and clearly getting things worked out. I'm really excited for the potential here and will try it again in a few weeks. Pros: excellent service. Very friendly. Atmosphere was inviting, comfortable and clean. Love the small touches I.e eclectic planters/plants, basket lights, water vessels. FRESH ingredients and SUPER STAR points for vegan friendly, veg forward, locally sourced, sustainable. May you live long and prosper (after addressing the cons ;) ) Cons: I'm WFPB and it pains me when restaurants serve flavorless veggie plates. I eat fish when I go out and there is no avoiding oil so I also indulge there. No excuse for flavorless food. Expediter is not paying attention or the chef needs to really think through tasting. My mother had the "shareable" salmon entree. 1. She's a small woman and you can see in the pic how small the portion was. No way shareable unless you have toddlers. 2. There was so little sauce you almost can't see it. 3. Without sauce or dressing the dish was dry. Ingredients were nice and fresh. The salmon was good. Potatoes had salt. Heirloom tomatoes had nice flavor. NOTE: must have just been the expeditor. When we left I saw someone with the same plate and he had a very generous amount of sauce. Completely different than ours :( I had the artichoke: Yum. Sorta bland but squeeze the charred lemon on top and you are good to go. I would order again. Poke bowl: seriously incredibly disappointing. Do not order this. 1. Tiny portion for $15. 2. Was not seasoned at all. No salt. No soy sauce. Zero. Dry rice. Just really poor job on this. I asked for salt or soy sauce and the server said she would bring more of the sauce that was on it... um, there wasn't anything on it. Again, expediter? I poured all the sauce she brought on it. Still so underwhelming. I'm going back to try some very interesting and exciting items on the menu. However, I'm waiting a few weeks. Veg can be SO GOOD. Please don't waste your beautiful concept, space and staff on seriously lackluster flavor. read more

It started with tears of joy because my Celiac daughter could order anything on the menu! Whether your gluten free, prefer organic or just like damn good food, you will be so happy here! We loved the salmon crudo, GF panzanella salad. Salmon entree with crème fresh (sweet dreams are made of this) almighty shortbread and the lemon posset. We also loved the burger and edamame. About the service... it was day one today. Glitches were bound to happen... but they didn't happen to us! The food came out promptly and good temperature. The staff was helpful and genuinely happy. We ordered off the brunch menu: EVERYTHING BAGEL & TEQUILA LOX - not actually a bagel, but focaccia bread which was better than a bagel, in my opinion. A couple bites of my lox were more fishy than my liking, but overall the dish was great and the ingredients fresh and yummy. AVOCADO TOAST - Again, excellent ingredients and very tasty. The Avocado toast was listed at $18 but when the bill came was $27. I thought the bill was wrong, but it turns out the added optional bacon was another $9. I would have appreciated the pricing being more transparent as it was awkward to call it out and then be told it was correct! I would definitely come back, but the costs might be prohibitive if you're looking for an inexpensive brunch. read more

Tried this place for the first time for my sister in law's birthday on Wednesday! Upon entering the restaurant... omg the vibes were immaculate! Loved the plants, design, and colors of the entire place. Was able to meet, Nick, the owner and he was absolutely amazing. He was so welcoming and friendly! Loved that he took the time to have a conversation with us and let us know about the new menu he released that day. The food was beyond amazing and everything was gluten free! Such a PLUS! My favorite item on the menu were the raw and baked oysters - soooo good! I could've probably ate ten more on my own! I definitely recommend this spot. Sunday they have a small breakfast menu for all day. They don't offer their full menu, saw many people leaving due to this. I decided to give it a try, it was ok. I love this place. Unfortunately there are not a lot of great restaurants and quality of food in EDH compared to the SF Bay Area but Almighty is a gem if you want healthy and tasty food. Price of the food is also very reasonable given the high quality and seems to be comparable to other popular restaurants. read more
