Curry Mussels. One of our favorites.

From start to finish, just a great experience. Friendly, professional service, beautiful room, great food, reasonable prices, awesome drinks. Same owners as Sienna and Land Ocean. They always manage to hire and train and retain good people. I'm a long time fan.

I had such a positive experience the last time I visited, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. It seemed like our server, Morgan, was either very new or simply inattentive. Not only were parts of our order forgotten, but for most of our dining experience she was difficult to find. Our food took an unusually long time to arrive, our water was never refilled, and when the food finally came out, items were still missing. We also asked for additional condiments that never arrived. To make matters worse, the fries were old, hard, and cold. The most frustrating part was when the bill came out and several items were incorrect. When I brought it to her attention, her response was, "My bad, I was doing things so fast I forgot to ring it up correctly." Honestly, the extra charges could have easily gone toward a generous tip, but the overall experience fell short, and the sarcasm in her response was not appreciated.

Decided to go try this place out for breakfast. Sat at the bar where they had lots of seating. This restaurant also has outdoor seating as well. As we sat at the bar we were greeted right away by a nice young man. We decided to have the eggs Benedict and the chicken fried steak and eggs. Both were really delicious. The eggs Benedict were cooked to perfection and the chicken fried steak had a yummy sauce. The portion size was great for the value. If you are in the area go check this place out.

Came here to celebrate my birthday, party of 6 with a reservation. Parking was horrendous, definitely plan to arrive early. After checking in, we were seated immediately. Our waiter was really nice, however I felt like service could use some improvement (and I'm saying this with consideration of how busy it was, esp on a Friday night). I just felt like it took forever for things to come out. We made it in time for happy hour and every appetizer we ordered-- we all enjoyed! I had the surf and turf entree & the steak and shrimp were delicious! However, the scallop was gamey and rubbery, not to my liking. I'd like to come back again, maybe during lunch or something. I think I just chose a bad timeframe to visit, but I did enjoy the experience! I wish they offered a complimentary dessert or something, but it's not a deal breaker.

Sunday Brunch. They also offer full their menu. Sat on patio with our dog. Started with Hospital Bloody Maryfor partner and the Chili Cesspool Bloody for me. Made with house made bloody mix. Vey tasty. Enjoyes the faxt that the mix was not heavy and did not make you feel full half way through the cocktail. Being in healthcare I found it funny most of the brunch cocktails where medical/hospital themed. Bobby was our server and allowed us to enjouy the bloodys and outside ambience. No rush to order and get moving. I had avocado toast and partner had breakfast sandwich. Impressive take on the toast with pickled onions on rye bread. My only complaint was egg was slight more cooked than I would like. Over all good. Sandwich stuffed with egg, bacon, cheese, guacamole and has brown also on rye bread. The options on the brunch menu were very tempting. Certianly will revisit.

Headed for the high mountains and low on calories so Yelp recommended this joint. Seated promptly in a booth and orders from The Local draft list. My bride had the tomato bisque and we split the Rueben sandwich... the former was creamy and loaded with toasted tomato flavor, and the latter had a nice toasted bread and briny meat. Lacked the punch of kraut, but the dressing was good... waffle fries were also tasty. Ambiance is moody southwest, service was great, and prices seemed in line with the area.

We haven't been for a while and stopped in last night for dinner. There were no tables so we sat at the bar. We had great service from all the bartenders but especially Torrance. My husband said the Philly Cheesesteak, his go to, was the best he's had. My fitness special, the Paella, was amazing- I find it hard to believe it was only 450 calories with all that flavor! We had a really nice evening.

January 7th lunch service the female waitress (long hair and very nice) was great. Attentive but not overbearing. Vs January 15 lunch service we had to wave down someone to take our order after sitting for 5-10 while staff vacuumed and cleared tables. Bartender took our order, other people delivered, one dude brought us water. Had no idea who our "server was" (maybe bartender?). Didn't feel stoked about that experience. Food: I had a chicken avocado Caesar on the 7th. Husband did chicken sando. He said the sando was ok. A little too big on the breast (maybe butterfly it and give just half?). My salad was good. Hard to judge lettuce with dressing. Dressing could have been a little less watery. Sushi roll was good/standard roll. Tried Reuben yesterday (forgot a photo). Meat isn't fatty which I appreciated. Maybe needs a tad more thousand island and sauerkraut? Just a smidge. But it got a thumbs up.

This restaurant has it ALL - Amazing food, service and ambience. We booked reservations for a Saturday night and they put us in a cozy booth. Tyler was our server and he was awesome! We had Blackened Salmon, Crispy Airline Chicken, Hawaiian Spiced Ahi Tuna and also some crostini to soak up the delicious sauces.

Our #1 spot in EDH! Staff is THA BOMB! Through a through, I know them because they all kick ass!

Halibut special. Was a bit bland, did not enjoy the sauce sadly.

Really wanted to like the food but neither I nor my guests enjoyed the food very much. We were a large party and they were very accommodating to us when several in our party were almost an hour late. The service was spectacular but we just did not enjoy the food so much.

I visited this place two days in a row on a recent visit to EDH. The first time I sat at the bar where the service was super friendly and attentive. I was trying to watch the baseball game and they had a TV just above the bar to be able to do so. I wasn't starving so I got the cheesesteak sandwich which was super good. The bread was perfectly able to hold all the ingredients in and there was just the right amount of cheese. The next night I met some friends here and got the jambalaya pasta. It was well seasoned and a hit with everyone at the table. Other hits from that group included the blackberry margarita, the lazy river IPA, and the Barking Dog Cooler. Although I'd like to try more places while I'm here there is a high likelihood i'll be visiting again!

Once we all looked over the menu for a bit we ordered the following: Drinks: Spicy Mango Margarita Appetizers: Bread Kung Pao Calamari Filet Mignon (x2) 16 oz Ribeye Dessert: Hazelnut Cheesecake Drinks were first and then came the appetizers. Both were really good and I really enjoyed the spicy Margarita. My partner paired wine with her Filet Mignon dish. I had the 16 oz Ribeye, I ordered it medium but it was more medium-well/well overall. But the thickest portions were for sure medium, so it was still enjoyable, but a little more cooked than I'd prefer. The desserts were good too, my father got the Hazelnut Cheesecake and my partner got the Blueberry Cheesecake. Overall: Glad to have finally dined here, and enjoyed our food, the seating out on the patio, and our service from our waitress. All made for a really nice Father's Day dinner with family!

I first made a reservation online, one week in advance for 5pm on a Tuesday. In the reservation notes, I specifically requested a table on the patio (I have a toddler that is in the throwing food on the ground phase), requesting a high chair and stating this dinner is for a 69th birthday dinner. When we arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled reservation, we had to wait almost 15 minutes past our reservation because our table outside was not ready. We had to wait for them to get cushions for the patio chairs, wait time 15 minutes. When they brought us back to the table stating it was "ready" - it wasn't; the table was not wiped down, there was not a high chair, no napkins/utinsils - needless to say, the table was still not ready. After almost 30 minutes past our reservation time, we finally sat down. Our server Nick was cool, personable and provided good recommendations. The best thing we ordered was the lobster roll. One of the best I have ever tried. They have a good selection of starters, seems to be their bread and butter at Eldo, just the starters. The oysters 1/2 doz for $24 was pretty good, nice and fresh oysters. The following entrees were pretty salty which included the Eldo Burger and Bolognese. My shrimp skewers were okay, it came with 2 skewers and the rest of the plate was a cucumber salad, a lot of roasted potatoes and 2 large homemade pita flatbread, nothing to write home about with the entrees. Pretty disappointing all together with the main dishes. With a bill of $325, sad to say Eldo is overrated in my honest opinion, sadly not rushing back for a second visit anytime soon.

Fast, dialed in, and having just as much fun as the crowd. You don't always see that combo--usually it's either efficient or friendly. These guys brought both. You could feel the teamwork behind the bar... drinks moving, laughs happening, zero stress vibes. The crowd was all in too--green everywhere, patios buzzing, inside shoulder-to-shoulder in the best way. No weird tension, no ego... just good people having a good time. That's rare these days. And honestly, this is exactly why local pubs matter. You're not just grabbing a drink--you're stepping into a community moment. Something real. Something you can't replicate with a six-pack at home. Bottom line: If this is how they show up on a big day, you already know it's solid year-round. Support your local spot. This one's doing it right.

I ordered take out yesterday. I have eaten in the restaurant many times before and ordered the…read moresame thing: just the cheeseburger and fries and a gluten-free bun. When I got there I got the food, went to my car and opened it to find semi-toasted bread, not a bun. Went back in to make sure it was gluten-free, they said they ran out of gluten-free buns. Disappointing, but I went with it. When I got home and cut the burger, I discovered that the inside was completely raw...not rare....RAW. So I had to cook my own burger at home, by which time the bread was even more raw. I felt ill later in the evening and I am still not feeling great today. Really disgusted and disappointed since I have gone in to dine so many times without issue. I will not be going back to 36 Handles ever. The lack of care and basic cooking is utterly sad. $26 for no bun and a raw burger. Waste of money.

There was plenty of seating on the shady patio, but it was really hot outside, so we opted to wait for a table inside. We had a drink and watched the NBA finals on the TVs (there was no sound so it wasn't noisy). I tried the Mustang Sally cocktail and it was well balanced and delicious! We were seated for dinner pretty quickly. The only problem I had was deciding what to order. The luau shrimp salad? Meatball sub? I finally decided on the lobster mac and cheese. While the portion wasn't large, it was delicious! Creamy and mild with fresh lobster (not fishy) and garlicy breadcrumbs. My husband got the ribeye and was thin but large with great seasoning and veggies. I'm not a big steak fan but I really liked it. We ended up grabbing some beignets to go for the kids, which were really tasty and came with 3 dipping sauces (our favorite was the Berry, although we ended up eating most of them without sauce). The atmosphere was upscale, but very casual, quiet and fun. We saw families with young children, couples on dates, and friends enjoying a meal together. It was the perfect vibe that we were looking for, comfortable, but classy. And the food was high-quality and tasty. We will definitely be back!

Upon entering, the hostess with the brown curly hair was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which isn't the first impression you'd hope for when celebrating a special occasion. The food, however, was outstanding and was definitely the highlight of the evening. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared and delicious. Service was a mixed experience. While our server was polite, the service was quite slow throughout the meal, despite the restaurant being fairly empty at the time. Overall, the excellent food helped make up for some of the service issues, but the rude greeting and slow service took away from what should have been a memorable anniversary dinner. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the kitchen is clearly doing a great job.

Steak was made well done though when we asked medium well .. the potatoes were soft and yummy. The fish & rice was great! A fried ball of flavored rice topped with a thick cut of seared tuna with some I believe unagi and spicy mayo sauce.. it went well together! I loved it! My main dish was the braised short ribs .. it was so tender you did not need to cut it with a knife! 2 thumbs up! My friend's main dish was the seasonal pasta add shrimp... I didn't try it but it looked delicious Our server was great! He was attentive and made sure to come by to refill and ask if we needed anything ever so often. Perfect place for a nice sit down and chat and enjoy some delicious food

The hostess greeted us with a question. "You ladies came to drink or to eat?" She asked. We came for both! We sat outside near the entrance way. It was a nice shaded corner and it gave some privacy from the plants that were decorated along the entry way. The menu was small and interesting. First hour is happy hour $2 off drinks and $10 off food. I'd say this place is perfect for drinks and apps. There isn't a big variety for entree's. But those appetizers were the show! Our Order: grilled riblets, garnish shrimp pieces, watermelon tomato salad beef sliders French fries and the blackened salmon. The ribs-10/10 fall off the bone seasoned well with some kind of green sauce at the bottom. The garlic shrimp- 10/10 in chili garlic oil with focaccia bread. Watermelon tomato salad- 10/10 feta cheese always takes the show! Beef sliders- 10/10 us just being greedy but so good. French fries- 9/10 decent portion! Blackened salmon- 8/10 compared to how flavorful the appetizer's were it made the salmon lack in taste. Something was missing but it was still good loved the coconut milk flavor in the jasmine rice! All in all 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

A Second Chance That Fell Short - we gave this restaurant a…read moresecond chance tonight after an unfortunate experience here about a year ago that left me with food poisoning. I genuinely wanted to believe that was an isolated incident and was willing to give the restaurant another opportunity. Unfortunately, the food was again a major disappointment. We ordered a burger medium, but it arrived essentially raw. After the previous experience, that was particularly concerning, and I simply pushed the food aside. I also received fries that I never ordered and was charged for them. They appeared to be the remnants of the evening--mostly small, overcooked, and crusty--which only added to the frustration. The service compounded the experience. We sat at the bar, as we had previously, and it took roughly 5-7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. When the food arrived, we had to ask for napkins and silverware. Then, when we were ready to leave, it took another 10 minutes or so to get anyone's attention. I ultimately had to holler to people standing about five feet away just to get someone to close us out. Everyone was pleasant enough on the surface, but hospitality is about more than being friendly. It's about awareness, attention to detail, and making guests feel genuinely looked after. Maybe the mistake is sitting at the bar. I'm willing to consider that. But after giving this place a second opportunity following a very bad first experience, I expected the details to matter a little more. A restaurant earns loyalty through consistency--not just when everything goes perfectly, but especially when it doesn't. Unfortunately, this second visit left me with the same feeling as the first: disappointed, and still without a compelling reason to come back for a third try.
