I'm sorry Native Poppy, you have some great reviews but my kids spent their hard earned money on these flowers and after two days this is how they look! They were delivered without water on a hot day! Several were almost dead when I got them and the rest are dead after two days! I'm one of those who cuts the stems daily, fresh water daily, keep them out of direct sunlight and still this happens! It must have been more than they could afford to buy a vase but you could at least put them in those tubes or some kind of wet cloth or something! I just feel so bad for my kids who now think they have given their mom a bad gift! read more

I had a picture of a floral arrangement that I wanted Native Poppy to use as inspiration for creating my arrangement. I also had a flower in mind for a second simple arrangement that I came to learn was not in season. Natalie (owner) was surprisingly able to find the flower (anemones) for me. When I arrived to pick up my arrangements I was overwhelmed with how beautiful they were. The staff was exceptionally nice and courteous and the store is darling with attractive hand towels to soap and lotion sets. This place had a limited selection of flowers but all of them were beautiful and could easily been made into a nice arrangement. The lady working was very helpful and patient with us and educated us about some of the flowers. We got two blue tulips that I had never seen before which we learned were naturally grown. This was my 3rd time coming in, I had previously purchased a vase from them that I bring in to get filled. After picking out 4 different flowers for a total of $ the lady just plowed them in the vase! I asked if she could arrange them nicely ( every other flower shop I have been to usually adds greens to make it look nice) this lady cuts them shorter and puts them back in the vase!!! It looked horrible. The past two times they have made the arrangements look perfect! I couldn't believe that I was being treated like this as a repeat customer. The customer service was horrible and I will never be back!! There are so many other places that will create stunning arrangements in the area, if you are going to be boutique and last as a business I would hope they hire more professional florists...!?? Native Poppy brings a little "joie de vivre" to my boutique each week! I have a weekly subscription for a floral arrangement. Every week the arrangements are unique, fresh and modern. I prefer to let the florists choose the color scheme and flowers each week. I'm always surprised and impressed by the artful blending of less-commonly used flowers and foliage in my arrangements. Some of my most favorite have been: small pineapple stalks and leaves with cymbidium orchids, and, kumquats still on the branches with ranunculus. Their arrangements are so special that they are often featured in my IG photos for my business. The customer service is what keeps bringing me back. I'm always greeted by name and asked how the arrangement was the previous week and if I have any special colors in mind for this week. They've responded swiftly and appropriately to concerns that have come up. What I also love is how Native Poppy supports other small businesses through their flower workshops. They hold workshops at lesser known venues like Hardihood and invite local makers to teach a class with them (pressed flowers, pom Pom earrings). I love stopping in the store to get inspiration and, of course, beautiful plants! To help get us through COVID quarantine, my husband and I threw ourselves a prom. We ordered a corsage and a boutonnière and they turned out perfect! They make beautiful arrangements! I love coming in here to see the fresh flowers and all the cute little things they have for sale in the store. They are 100 times better than grocery store flowers, all the guys or girls out there buying flowers, cards or small gifts for loved ones should definitely go here.
