The face plant I did on the kitchen tile a while ago, cracking my two front teeth was a whole lot more than I thought it would be and is taking a whole lot longer than I anticipated. Long story short...Eureka Roseville doesn't do invisalign anymore so, they sent me to Eureka Sacramento. Ugh, the drive. Well, let me tell you this......the drive is well worth it. This group of professionals are just that and more. Everybody is so, just really nice. They take their job seriously and treat their patients just as they should be treated. They are stellar in all that they do. I recommend them over anybody I have ever seen. I live in West Roseville and always happy to make that drive for my appointments. This review is on behalf of my daughter. She was a patient at Eureka Dental for about one year…read more Everything was okay until her last visit. This visit was due to tooth pain. Dr. Ismat told her the pain was due to an overfilled or "high" dental filling that because of grinding, was pressing on a nerve. Her treatment plan was to redo the filling which would include drilling away excess filling. My daughter asked for pain medication. Ibuprofen 600 mg was offered. My daughter told her she had already taken 800 mg ibuprofen and 500 mg Naproxen and that neither one had relieved the pain. Dr. Ismat said she was unable to prescribe anything other than that. My daughter then made an appointment with another dentist. She told him what had transpired at Eureka Dental. This dentist recommended antibiotics to rule out an infection with the gums. He also gave her a prescription for pain medication. This dentist practiced prudency and was correct in his diagnosis. My daughter is no longer experiencing any pain. I might add that if Dr. Ismat refused to prescribe pain medication because she believed the pain was due to nerve pain alone, shouldn't she have done specialized tests along with imaging and symptom patterns to rule out other causes? Dr. Ismat's diagnosis seemed to be solely based on financial gain for Eureka Dental.

Behind one of my front teeth. Then some lady with her face and head completely covered with a doily came in, said nothing to me, stuck her finger in my mouth and sloppily filled the hole. Everyone who worked there kept insisting that the sharp edges she left from her sloppy job would smooth out but months and months went by and that never happened - just like I knew it wouldn't and just like they knew wouldn't. Finally I complained to the blonde haired white woman, who happens to be nice and normal like the rest of us (who were born here and have respect for the lands and each other and not just 'their own kind) who cleans teeth took a look and could see and feel what the imports "couldn't." She told the "Dr" about it. Next time I went in to get my teeth cleaned - I was switched to a new cleaner - who just so happened to also be an import. She poked and scraped the s*** out of my gums, creating new problems including gum reduction. That oughtta shut me up, ha? 'Be quiet and passive you s**** A*****.' At the time all this was happening - I was still recovering from years of mourning from years of continued losses including my father in law, grandfather, sister in law, pets, etc. Getting other back teeth chipped off by this guy who claimed those things never happened or that they just so happened to happen while he was back there doing work next to other teeth near those. All this happening while I was in one of the most vulnerable states of my life was really f***** up. Going to the Dentist was actually me trying to take care of myself and be optimistic in a post-pland****-co*** world where many people prior to, during after after I knew had passed away, among other things. But - I'm better now. So I'm writing this because - when I complained about the f***** up filling the sloppy, rude a** towel h*** left - he finally took it out. He kept trying to get me get braces and teeth whitening and implants but all I wanted was my f***** tooth he f***** up filled correctly. So I went in, got it filled and two days later while I was at home minding my own f****** business - that s*** suddenly came out. So I called them, went back in and this guy tells me and my partner - he's not going to fix it because it would just happened again. I had no issue with this tooth until I went to this place, to this guy and that team. Now he was saying - I won't fix it - you need to now get all of your teeth crowned - but get braces first - so that after your teeth - one of which I won't fix - get straightened out - we can then cover them up. Guess he thought I was some Mexican silly f****t rolling in money, pulling the purse strings or something. It's been about a year and a half and there's still a hole in my tooth that I got when I was in an extremely vulnerable place that they took advantage of - but I'm better now. Today I had to go through the parking lot of that place to avoid the traffic from that restaurant next door that s*****ly replaced the lawn with rocks so they can be an upscale fish bowl, and came across the secretaries and assistants that work there. They all started saying hi like they didn't know what happened. I said nothing but that seems to have led them to believe they should say it with bigger, more "confident" smiles and louder - so I said - I still have a hole in my tooth. The girl from the front desk who tells everyone what to do just started laughing. So. I decided to write these truthful events. This is for you, girl.

I came in as an emergency after falling and cracking four teeth. Three of them were badly chipped and had significant decay. Despite how overwhelming it felt, they treated me with so much gentleness, patience, and compassion. They took the time to explain everything, worked carefully, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were even able to shave the teeth down and place caps the same day, and I left with temporary teeth something I am incredibly grateful for. Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and warm, which made all the difference. This experience honestly restored my trust in dental care. Because of the love, care, and professionalism I received, I will absolutely be a returning patient. I can't thank this team enough for treating me not just as a patient, but as a person.

Predatory Behavior -- Please Read Before Going Here…read more I went to Western Dental the day before visiting this office. They confirmed I needed a root canal and crown, quoted me around $700 total, but said they couldn't see me for two weeks. I took that appointment but was desperate to find somewhere sooner since I'd already been in excruciating pain for a week. When I called Emergency Dental of Sacramento, I felt relieved. They told me they could see me the same day and that the root canal would cost around $1,800 (not including the crown). Pricey, but understandable given it was an emergency. Upon arrival, I was charged $165 just to be seen, which they said would go toward the total -- fair enough. They took X-rays, and the dentist came in acting very empathetic, assuring me they could help. I repeatedly asked about cost and clarified what I was quoted on the phone. He confirmed the $1,800 likely didn't include the crown but gave no hint whatsoever that the final price would be dramatically higher. After about 30 minutes, the assistant came back with the "estimate": over $5,500 -- just for the root canal. I immediately broke down crying. I'm a stay-at-home mom with three little kids, homeschooling full-time. I couldn't afford that kind of money, nor could I afford to lose $165 just to be misled. I told them I couldn't go through with it and would just take antibiotics until my Western Dental appointment. The assistant handed me the prescription and said they don't prescribe pain medication -- suggesting Tylenol and Motrin with little empathy. It was clear this is routine for them -- lure people in with promises of help, then drop outrageous prices once you're already in the chair and vulnerable. I left with antibiotics, my tooth still throbbing, and $165 gone. Please be warned: this place is not here to help people -- they prey on pain and desperation. Dentists are supposed to bring relief, not take advantage of those suffering. I truly pray God has mercy on them, because this kind of business practice is heartless. ‍
