The food truck is outside, and all done by one chef. That's to say, the food is made fresh and patience is needed. Thankfully, inside that had a great selection of local and international beer so I bought a 6-pack for us to enjoy while we waited. There were also colorful characters enjoying food and drinks outside who talked with us at length. It was really pleasant to be able to wait comfortably. Obviously I wouldn't have known the nuts would give me a reaction if I hadn't opened the bag. I asked to exchange the bag for another (much less expensive) bag of almonds, but that was also a no-go. Kylie argued that they "can't be expected to cater to everyone's food preferences", although it strikes me as a fairly universal preference to not have one's airways close in response to a food.
