This location of Cost Plus Nutrition has very friendly staff (talk to Hank or Jacob) and they're always happy to help you find the product for your needs. They have a great selection of products and carry a good range of local specialty products to your usual bars like the Quest/ One Brands. My favorite thing about this store though is your ability to find a new/ tasty protein snack here- they're always finding things that are new to the market and that taste great (Alpha Prime Brownies, Legendary Tasty Cakes, Etc) before they become mainstream. Only issues with this store is that the company is smaller so they don't have a ton of inventory and are often sold out of the product you go in looking for and they have to order it. Also, they are sometimes a bit higher in price than other stores because they're small but they're always happy to understand where they can do better (I've never left dissatisfied). I suppose the self scan as you walk in is good. Self checkout usually runs quick and smoothly. I don't know why they don't have a self scan to check your groceries against your receipt on the way out. That's where the lines back up. The food court would be my main complaint. It makes no sense. You have to order at the kiosk; there's no convenient place to wait; if you order in advance by phone you have to ask someone about your order and it always feels like your interrupting. One time I ordered pizza for a party by phone and even I got to the kiosk to pay, the pizza was out of stock. It was confusing and added an additional challenge, but I got my order. Obviously, that's not a deterrent and I'll probably come back for other party needs.
