A young gal with blonde hair was working and greeted me. She was really nice and personable. She gave me a minute to look over the menu as it was my first time in and made some great suggestions based on what I told her I was craving. I ended up going with the watermelon cucumber loaded tea. I appreciated that I was in and out in only a few minutes, but again, only customer here. Service was friendly and the establishment was super clean and inviting. I appreciate their neon signage which made it easy to spot this stop from the street. Prices were comparable to my other loaded tea shop. All in all I loved my loaded tea, very refreshing, hydrating and just overall tasty. Nice staff work here and they have a great extensive menu. Even though I am loyal to my tea shop on the other side of town I am happy that I was finally was able to stop in and would honestly be back if I found myself needing "a pick me up" drink and running errands over here. It came in a large size, but I finished every drop possible of that smoothie because it was so delicious. The smoothie tasted fresh and natural, not too sweet. It is probably one of the best smoothies I've ever tasted. We returned here the following week to buy another one, and the smoothie still had the same fresh, delicious-tasting consistency. They have other smoothies I might try, but I'm in love with the strawberry banana one for now. They have some tables if you'd like to eat indoors, or you can walk to a park or the collection nearby while enjoying your delicious treat.

She truly makes every visit enjoyable. That said, we've had a different experience on other days. At times, the service can feel less welcoming, and during our most recent visit, we were told the location was only offering to-go orders and closing early. When we mentioned the posted hours (which showed closing at 9:00 PM), we were informed they were closing earlier and that the hours online may need to be updated. We understand that things come up, but clearer communication and consistency in service would really help maintain the great experience we know this place can offer. I do use the gift cards and reload them to get the $10 off but it would be a lot easier to do an order ahead and manage my rewards and visits that way.
