Pedicure is mediocre at best. Very minimal when it comes to providing service when only getting the basic pedicure. Natural nail used to be my go to nail salon. I came in tonight with my mom to get our nails done for my wedding day this weekend. I wanted a narrow square white pearlescent nail. Showed Mickey a picture. She said, "got it." She rushed through the appointment and started giving me coffin shaped nails. As soon as the appointment started going south, I mentioned I was getting married this weekend several times in hopes she'd slow down and take her time. She didn't seem to have any reaction. I asked her to just round out the nails instead because I didn't want coffin shaped. Mickey continued to rush through the appointment. I walked out with pointy pink nails for my wedding day. I've been asking around about where to get a good manicure and pedicure and a few people have suggested Natural Nail. When I initially called to find out pricing and make an appointment the person who answered gave me the pricing then hung up on me before I could even ask to make an appointment. I called back and made and appointment but was basically hung up on before I could ask about other services. It seems like they are pretty busy and a popular place in the area. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and was quickly brought to the pedicure chair. Jenny was friendly and showed me what kinds of pedicures they have there. I picked the one with the heel treatment and we were off! She did a good job and I felt like it didn't take too much time. Jenny did a good job on my manicure as well and again it didn't take too much time. I was disappointed I didn't get a massage while my nails dried but I'm not sure if that is something they do there. I might ask next time as I saw some other people getting them. The place is clean and they have great hours. I feel like the prices are pretty average and reasonable. I'd come back again. read more

I got ANC done the woman cut my nails way too short and continue to file my skin which is very painful I will not be going back she did a good job on my toenails but the pain today is just not even worth anything at all. I'm so sad about this! read more

This my absolute favorite nail salon. Mickey and her crew hook me up every time. I always call before I go in because sometimes I'm a little extra and they need to prepare. It's unfortunate to write a review so poorly of a place because I rarely do but, I've been to this place two times and both times had poor experiences. I've been cut on every nail, but my sister has been cut to the point where her nail was dripping blood onto the paper towel. She came out crying because it hurt so bad. Not friendly. Juggle you between other clients so you are waiting longer at each stage. Filed my nail beds down so low I feel skin underneath. Give coupons to some people but not others - why. Don't have the buy 10 get 1 free card like every other shop. Pretends to clean them but just puts back in same sanitary bag and sticks in microwave like thing. I have gone 4 times in a row because I wanted to just find a place that local. Instead of going somewhere a friend goes or a coupon leads me. They hurt me so bad the last time when taking off my anc. Short cuts and try not to have to do all the steps ... yes cuticles. Yes at least clear polish. On the best day ... 3 anc nails chipped by day 5. 3rd time got a nice woman who did so much better. My girlfriend was excited to get her nails done and when she left she was rather disappointed. Not just in the awful job the woman did but in the unnecessary comments the woman made about her appearance. Her nails look like they just went through the blender and she is even more self conscious about her body now. I wanted to love this place. I've gone twice. The first time the ANC was too thick and snapped off my fingers within a week. The second time I went the woman, Celine, seemed very angry that she had to do my nails and cut every. single. cuticle. It was so painful and my cuts are still healing. If you choose this location to try out ask for Mickey or anyone else but not Celine. There is a chance that she'll change her name tag after this review but I just want to put it out there for everyone to be warned. Also - everything is covered in plastic wrap. Instead of washing and reusing or buying new things everything is just wrapped in plastic wrap to be "sanitary." read more

If no stars was a choice, that would be my rating. I went in with a friend of mine who yes, is overweight but that shouldn't matter in a good place of business. Especially, a salon where clients go to get pretty and feel good about themselves. This is not the first but SECOND time that my friend has left there crying because the staff was making fun of her in their language. Unaware of the fact that she can in fact understand their language. She had an appointment for a mani/pedi, they did her pedicure and then left her sitting waiting on her manicure, which she never received by the way, for an hour. She finally said f*ck it, left her payment for the pedi and left IN TEARS! As someone who works in a salon, how can you as a business owner allow you're clients to be treated like this, let alone let them leave feeling worse then when they left?! When I called on behalf of my friend, who was too upset and embarrassed, the woman who answered the phone lied and said her manager wasn't there when I asked. so I asked for Jenny, and she lied again and told me Jenny doesn't speak English. Mind you, I've had plenty of full coherent conversations with Jenny. When I called her on being a liar, she said "oh okay hold on" and put the manager on the phone. Remember the manager she had just told me wasn't there today.. so yeah, I'll never be spending my money there EVER again. went here for a simple acrylic fill. listed on their prices $23. the woman rushed over to me choosing my color and encouraged me to pick this one color saying it was "pretty with my skin" the color was not labeled as the gel color which i knew was a slight up charge so i listened to her as she never told me it would cost me 15 DOLLARS extra to have that one color. she then asked if i wanted my nails the same shape and i said yes, she never mentioned an up charge for that either, later she charged me $10 just for filing them. they were very fast and the lady was nice but she apparently was just looking to charge me wherever she could. personally will pick a new salon next time. read more

Have loved this place for a very long time - clean and friendly - they just expanded and there is 1 pedicurist in particular that needs to go (Jason) he does not do a good job - he literally has no pressure in his hands and your feet do not get that clean feeling that every other employee provides. There is no taking off of dead skin or cuticles and he takes forever. You are basically getting an overpriced polish change. I have many friends that love this place but have all now had Jason 1 or 2 times and we have decided that we just can't go back because you are rolling the dice going there possibly getting him. Nice, clean and friendly establishment, but do not get eyelash extensions here! I requested short and natural and received medium and extremely unnatural, not to mention there was way too much glue used, and lashes poked me in my eye. Actually had to return the next day and have them removed. No charge for the removal but a waste of money to have them done. read more

Overall a positive experience. I had the hot stone message pedicure. My friend had the honey message pedicure. I think in the future I too will do the honey massage. The honey massage was longer or it could be the young lady that was attending to my friend spent more time on the message. I will be going back to this salon. read more

I took my daughter here while she was visiting from Florida to get manicures together. The experience was fine, and little neck and shoulder massage that's included with the basic manicure was lovely but even though we paid the extra money for the longer lasting Opi nail polish, both mine and my daughter's polish was totally chipped and wearing off at the tips 2 days later. They clearly skimp on both the color polish and the finishing layer. I did notice that while it was being done, my manicurist only dipped the brush a total of 3 times to cover all 10 nails. I went from thinking it was a good deal ($12 for a basic manicure + $2 for Opi long lasting polish) to definitely thinking it wasn't worth the money. It looked good for 2 days and then was completely destroyed. Don't bother. read more

One of the best ANC nail salons that I've been to. My nails are consistently done beautifully and with attention. My ANC, on average, lasts a month without chipping at the tips. Worst experience I've ever had. Going here is like throwing your money out the window. Broken pedicure massage chairs, unorganized and my nails look horrible. Received a wonderful ANC ombré French manicure here! The staff was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated that they took their time removing my previous ANC - I was not left to soak in bubbling acetone as seems to have become more common practice.
