When she did my gel French manicure, I noticed a bubble on the white tip and mentioned it to her, but she tried to tell me you can't notice it and it's fine. I was going to let it be as I did not want to make it a big deal. However, she did my toe color change and removed my prior color which was blue. It wasn't until I stepped outside right in front of the nail salon that I noticed bright blue around the edges and sides of my toe nails that were supposed to be French white tips. I politely went back in and spoke with the owner Vy and she told me that I asked for a color change not a pedicure. If I knew they were going to leave blue under my pedicure because I asked for a color toe change than I would have taken my own nail polish off and not pay for the service of toe color change. The sister who did my nails than proceeded to say "Oh my God, really you are so annoying," she than offered to fix it but continued to make comments to belittle me and offend me as a customer in front of their clients due to the fact that I spoke up about not being satisfied with my service even after paying $70 for the services. I told her after calling me annoying that I do not feel comfortable with her fixing my nails. She responded, "well do you want your money back?" I honestly wasn't even going to ask for my money back but after she got confrontational I told her yes actually I would like my money back. She than threw back my bank card and receipt on the front desk and told me "now Go home and don't come back". Please don't go to this place because they clearly do not know how to treat their customers. I have been going to this place every two weeks for the past few years and have never complained. For the owners to not intervene and allowed the sister to continue to be rude and disrespectful to me was disheartening and inhumane.

I started having Michele do my hair for the past year and everything was fine. She said she was happy I was always on time and never cancel. I was happy with her color and haircuts. On 9/5/2023, that vibe, ended. I don't know why she didn't just cancel my appointment. I could "feel," the bad vibes when I arrived. She was snippy and weird. I brought up "Bridge of flowers", and she started screaming; "one place you couldn't pay me to go to is JAMAICA!" This went on and on...talk about awkward. Then we go to the sink, 30 minutes later. She always puts a neck support down, because I had a surgery this past February and she ALWAYS does this. She offered to do it last year, and I was very grateful. The owner sat me in her chair and asked me what services I needed. There were three or maybe four other stylists sitting in reception area, using their mobile phones. One was supposedly the manicurist. My haircut was progressing. I had a BAD feeling. The owner keptloading me up with hairspray throughout the cut! What the ...! When I paid and left ( very overpriced ) my hair looked and felt like an NFL helmet. Haha on them I never went back.
