Really nice people, after years of living here I found the perfect place ever since I have been coming here!! They are clean , professional, I never have problems with my nails. Customer service is horrible! Every time I come in here they always do something wrong. I've tried to give this place many of chances but something always goes wrong. Prices are also a little higher for the crappy service and job that they do. I just came in here earlier today and this will definitely be my LAST TIME here. My nail already chipped and one of the ladies cut my finger with the drill. Go at your own risk or don't at all, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

This is a UPDATE ON MY PAST REVIEW went in today again and I wanted to give another good review because I am super happy with my nails .. so I made an appt this time I didn't know the owners name but he answered the phone so I said book me for you lol his names ken and he does an amazing job with acrylic he told me he actually started doing nails to help his wife who owns the shop as well so that's why he takes longer then normal but honestly the time he spent on my nails was well worth it the shape came out flawless BUT ONE THING TO ANY NEW CUSTOMERS MAKE AN APPT because walk ins will most likely wait longer then normal because they do not rush your service like other nail salons to try and get the next customer and then you get a shitty job !!! If you don't want to wait call and book an appt !!! Thank you ken and your wife who painted my toes

The customer service here is awful I know when i came here 2 yrs ago they were better with customer service i guess its called job burn out mann use to do a great pedicure now he sucks i wanted a pedicure for my 8 yr old niece no one ever helped her the one lady that was here said i have an appointment that was it the other gentleman just kept walking around doing nothing smh felt bad for my baby girl will not be returning here it seems they cater to certain customers!!!!!

Please make an appt for a pedicure. It is not an upscale place, just simple, hardworking and kind people. Love it here. They DO NOT take walk-ins. You have to call, leave a message or text a time and date and they will get back to you. read more

Update to my previous review: we were super excited because we had great service and they were able to fix my nails. However, my friend just sent me this picture and one of her nails broke a week later. Disappointed that they did not last longer. Unfortunately she's out of town so we're unable to go to the shop and see if they'd fix it but after having this happen we might need to find a different place to avoid paying for nails that will break in a week. Great service not sure about the quality. Note: we have careers that do not affect our nails and it's pretty impossible to break them because we don't do any manual labor or lifting of heavy things. My friend always gets her nails done from a different shop and they have never broken before. read more

fair warning, they will not allow black women in their shop. when I knocked on the door, they ignored me. they proceeded to let 2 Hispanic women in the shop. when I asked why I couldn't come in or make an appointment, no explanation at all. he just said "sorry no" and locked the door read more

Salon opens at 9:30. I walk in at 9:45. People are getting services. There are 3 people working. 1 person is waiting. I was told (by the older bald man with glasses) that they are booked for the day and to come back in the evening. I asked if they took walk-ins. I was told yes, but right now I can not wait. I said "wow thats a first." The old man replied "well there's a first time for everything...bye." That was my first experience walking through their door. I went up the street to Renaissance Nail Salon where I walked in. I was greeted with a book of colors and spa chair to wait 20-30 mins because the salon was packed. I didn't mind waiting or paying a little extra for excellent customer service with availability for walk-ins. read more

I've been coming to Lynh for about 10 years now and rave about her. I can no longer get a Pedi with my mom or mother-in-law as we all want her. The service is always great, my nails are always fantastic and I will continue to give them my custom and praise this place as long as she lets me! If people are disappointed with this place I truly believe they were the ones with issues, not the other way around! read more

It's the only place I go to. It's nice, clean environment. I went today and they seated a girl that came after us, so they do need to be more organized. Overall, it's a good place. You do need to be specific in what you want, so they can do their best job. If they make a mistake and you point it out they will fix it. read more

I like it here. Quiet and clean. Tam's is a good manicurist. I've actually has them all 3 ladies. I don't bother with the male one. He smokes a lot and his cigarette smell stayed on me a day. Yuck! So I don't chose him. Other then that small downsize I like it here. Close to my house and friendly. read more

the the first time I came to the ladies were obviously talking about me in a different language I let it slide because I noticed that use new tools when I went to pay for my pedicure. The lady asked me, are you gonna tip? Don't get me wrong I always tip but shouldn't that be the customers decision whether or not they should tip I thought that was very rude and blunt of her to bring it up like that and desperate. Second time I came, which is today may thirtieth. I came and sat down. There were 2 people ahead of me, I asked how long the wait was, she didn't even give me a specific time. She just said 3 times very, very long. Wait. Won't be coming back because of the attitude displayed in this place. read more

I first came to this nail shop due to an emergency! (broken nail, ya know?!?!) Well being that it was a Friday evening, I did not have an appointment but waited about 30 mins which is not bad. I found if very refreshing that most of the employees spoke english, always a plus!! Like I said I had a nail catastrophe this day and my nail was basically broken near the tip. Mai helped me out and this girl did not hurt me at all! She was very careful and detailed. She definately earned her $6.00 tip!! The ower was very professional and was even cleaning the pedi stations which is surprising since I never witnessed anyone doing this before!!..... Kuddos to them for cleanliness. Im very picky and this place is by far one of the best!! read more

Its 3 miles from my home but ive been going with them for years. Ive gotten my overlay here and my pedis here too. The staff is always interacting with me and my sister when we go. I bring my mom my sister and an aunt. They dont leave any bubbles on my nails and they even do two-towned acrylics very nicely. I have two fingernails that are more sensitive to work but they always manage to take it slow not to burn from the filling. The wait times are not bad and they even accomodate if your running late they will stay open for you. read more

I highly recommend that you give this nail salon your business. They are clean! They use new nail files and buff blocks on each customer, and sanitized tools out of a package. Their work is very good, and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back. Cindy did my nails; I love them! read more

If you get the right nail tech you're golden. Unfortunately the girl I was seeing is no longer here and I've had the worst service from the other staff, chunky gels that chip same day, cutting corners on pedi services. They no longer have my business, which is such a disappointment having it right around the corner. read more

This was my first time here and I was a little skeptical about it because of all the reviews on yelp. This was the MOST AMAZING service I have ever gotten! Ken did my nails amazingly and took so much time to pay attention to detail. That is really rare now and days so if you want great customer service and some laughs this is the place for that. I was dreading righting this review because I had a chance to meet the owner and he was the nicest person I was sitting in my chair the entire time trying to have a conversation with the woman doing my full set she kept ignoring me and yanking my arms and the worst part she kept cutting me and watched my cuticles bleed and proceeded to do it . She was in such a rush because she wanted to go home I can understand that but at least respond when a client is speaking to you after she left and I waiting for my Nails to dry myself and the other last client had a full on conversation with the owner sweetest man but I have only had my nails for 3 days and my entire left hand have all broke from doing simple things like washing my hair in the shower ! I grabbed my pinky nail just to see why they were snatching of like it I bought them at the 99 cent store and I just grabbed it a little tight and entire mail snatched it like the rest I paid $50 to have nails for 3 days they looked nice while they lasted . read more

I made a 930 appointment for this place and when I went and was treated so rudely I told him I had an appointment they made me sit down and they took other people are walk-ins so after about 35 minutes and left. Someone professional would never ever go back there again read more

First visit: $109 for a gel manicure/pedicure. Within a couple of days, two nails split at the sides and the gel started lifting and peeling. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back. Second visit: $114. The gel started lifting the very next day, and within a week several nails had completely peeled off. For context, my gel manicures typically last 4+ weeks, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never experienced gel failing this quickly. For the price point, I expected much better quality and durability. Really disappointing, especially after giving them a second chance. Will not be returning.

I have gotten cluster eyelash extensions there for special occasions, that last 2 to 3 weeks. Convenient location and they are open seven days a week. Recommend!

I've been coming to L& L nails every two weeks for many years. I love the time and effort they put into their nails and designs. I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been coming here. They are busy and I would recommend to make an appointment. As in ANY businesses. If you don't have an appointment. You will have to wait until they can squeeze you in. So, I recommend you making an appointment. The new designs are awesome and Caan can basically do any design if you have a picture. He did my nails in the Los Angeles Dodger design. I received so many compliments at the shop and after. I've had this design for a week and I'm getting constant compliments. People taking pictures of th designs etc. Hmmm. What design next? The best part of L & L is how professional and clean they are. Not to mention. They know you by name after a couple visits. Went 2 have pedicure and Nails Horrible pedicure, not a good job Told owners I wasn't happy with the service they didnt do anything 2 accommodated The nail guy didn't scrub my feet good at all he didn't massage my feet long he messed up on the polish three times. This is not for the walk in community. They take care and time with each customer. Appointment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND IMPORTANT. They will not rush you because walk ins arrive. FINALLY a nail salon that respects the value in customer service. They use autoclave and new files on each person. They should change their name to THE PROFESSIONALS read more
