I walked in and there was no one there so I'm like ok perfect, I asked for a pedicure and they had me chose the color which by the way they have a horrible selection and repeated colors , I went with a simple black because I didn't like the color. Took my daughter so we could both get our nails done and they were busy so I asked how long and they said 10 min, took us 20 to get in. Don't lie just to keep us there waiting so you don't loose our business. So a male did our nails and he either didn't care or that's the way he works but he was taking his sweet time mind you he was doing a horrible job! I had to ask him to fix my daughters nails because he left nail polish on the sides of her nails didn't bother to clean them up before finishing her nails! And I had to leave without finishing my nails as they didn't have the color I wanted..that's after trying 4 other nail polishes that were also EMPTY bottles! Found this place near my house as I was passing by. Came for a pedicure and the lady did a great job. The big toe was bugging me because most likely I cut my nail wrong but ones she fixed it felt great instantly. So I would recommend it. read more

Okay, so! The customer service in this nail salon is above others! I've been getting my nails done here for about a year. I always appreciate family businesses because the atmosphere is always comfortable. The manicurist actually like building relationships with their clients, and I've noticed that they are welcoming of kids! I'm a licensed cosmetologist, and have always had trouble sticking to one place due to crappy nails, but I'm always proud showing off my final results coming out of here! Even if what I'm asking for is a bad idea, they will let me know it's a bad idea, but will give me what I want anyway. And I say that because sometimes I should listen to what they say is a bad idea because sometimes it is! Anyway, love this place! ... I should also mention that I'm able to stick with the same full set of nails for a a few months at a time without any of them popping off! Used to come here all the time from Rialto till I got my nails don't by the newest guy working there don't let him do your nails he left them soo crooked the worst nails I ever got done . acrylic application was so sloppy ! I decided to try out this nail salon as it's walking distance from my house. Kinda busy for noon on a Thursday. They remembered the order of clients and was seated for a pedicure within 15 mins. This used to be my spot to get my nails done but man oh man did they start being rude. I always had a preference to one girl and whenever she wasn't there and I would go I'd get the sloppiest, rudest, and fast work. On top of that my nails would always lift within a week. I have been there four times, the first time I went in for a manicure, I was assigned to table 2, the lady didn't even soak my finger nails, she said they were fine and just filed and polished the, then charged me $20. I knew right then it was an unfair price, I still paid and decided to give them another try a few weeks later, this time asking to be seen by the young girl in table 1. I asked for a full-set and was completely happy with it and the price was reasonable, $25. Not so long after I went by to get my armpits waxed and was once again satisfied with the work and the price, $15. Now just this past Saturday, July 11, 2015, I went in to get my armpits waxed, again, the lady did a good job but when I went to pay she was charging me $21!!!! I thought she made a mistake and asked her for what, "for wax", I was very disappointed. On the board it say's $12, are they dyslexic? I brought up to her that the last time i got a wax there I paid $15, they started to talk amongst themselves, of course in there language which i find extremely rude and then the lady turns to me and says, "no! it's $21". I'm not good with confrontation but with an attitude told her to go ahead and charge me, I walked out very upset, seems like it must have been a slow afternoon since they were all lounging around and even doing each others nails, must be the reason why they charged so much, slow day means take advantage of whomever does walk-in. read more
