The salon was very clean, spacious and everyone seemed friendly enough. I was taken right away, which rarely happens even when you have an appointment anywhere. The girl who did my gel manicure was friendly. It seemed like the person at the front desk who seemed to be in charge did not like how the girl doing my fingernails was filing them, sounded like they were arguing but I don't speak their language so who knows. The girl doing my nails cut and filed my already short nails past the point the should be. On almost every finger the fleshy part of my nail (the skin under it) is sticking out And my fingers are now sore. I didn't notice until the end of the day. I have a finger I injured when I was little so it looks different and the nail grows kind of crooked. Well I think she wanted it to look straight so she cut the corner out and filed it. Now my finger is pretty sore and even a bit swollen. The manicure also seemed like it lacked structure. I got the deluxe gel manicure and deluxe pedicure, but it seems like I got a basic manicure with a mud mask at the end. Also the massage we all look forward to at the end was nice but she did not massage my palms or hands. One of my nails is starting to ship, and I think that's because after she was all done with my nails she got the file out and filed my nails again. The pedicure was good. It was a different gal, I got the pedicure and manicure done simultaneously. She got my in growns, she also made my feet feel nice and soft. The pedicure included a salt scrub, mud mask, hot towels and a massage which she also used hot stones. Unfortunately she didn't massage my feet or the bottoms--which to me is 50% of the reason to get a pedicure. I'm pretty sure I was one of their first customers of the day, so it's a bummer the service turned out the way it did. The salon seems really clean and like an otherwise nice place to go. read more

I usually go to VIP Nails but they were not open. I paid $40.00 for a pedicure and I was in and out in 25 minutes. Massage took maybe, 5 minutes. They did have protective protocol in place but that was the only plus with my visit. I won't be going back. read more

Nancy did an amazing job with my pedicure. Detailed and careful, my toes never looked better! However, the lady who didn't understand any English questions was sloppy with my manicure and nail polish application. I might as well ask my 8 year old nephew to apply my nail polish for me. read more

I have always bounced around to different nail salons, but after going to Natural Nails, I will not be going anywhere else! I have been here twice and both experiences have been amazing. The first time I went by myself and the nail tech, who's name is Ne, was incredible. I have never had such a fantastic gel manicure before! She took her time and payed a lot of attention to detail. The manicure also lasted much longer than the ones I have gotten at different salons. The second time I went I brought my friend in. We didn't have an appointment but luckily Ne was available to do my manicure. The lady that did my friend's nails did a wonderful job as well and we had such a fun time. I love this place! read more

I stopped in today after seeing this new salon next to Jimmy Johns. I loved that everything was super brand new! So clean and comfortable with an enormous selection of colors, yay! Everyone was very attentive but not intrusive, which I appreciated. I got a pedi and gel mani for $53... and they did an excellent job! I especially liked the hot stone massage that I got with my pedi... oh yea I'm coming back for that for sure. They also gave me a frequent stamp card after 5 visits I get a free mani and after 10 I get a free pedi. They accept credit/debit cards which is great because I never carry cash. This place sucks. I went in for a $60 Luxury Pedicure and left very unhappy. The Luxury pedicure comes with a 6 minute massage, when it was time for the massage the lady doing my nails brought out an old dingy and barely working (no pressure) massage gun instead of giving me a real massage. When I asked her why she's using the machine and that I have a massage gun at home that I use myself her response was "at home you do it on yourself, here I'm doing it for you, enjoy." The sugar scrub lasted 30 seconds on each leg and she didn't even scrub my actual feet. The clay mask was also a big disappointment, looked like it was purchased at the 0.99 cent store. When I couldn't open one of the nail polishes to try and asked her to open it she looked at me with a blank stare and said "no, you're stronger than me." To top it off she berated me about my teeth asking if they were real. Save your money and go to somewhere that gives you what you pay for and respects you as a customer. read more

Natural Nails is a highly recommended nail salon. I had a mani /pedi done and I walked out of there with no complaints. The salon is very clean, organized and staff is very kind. I went in at 12 to get my nails done for a party at four. It took an hour to even get a seat and then after the tech started, he got up and took care of another customer in the middle of my full set. I was then taken to another tech who started at 1:30 and then at 4:30 , being 30 minutes late to my party left without any color on my nails. Overall bad experience. read more

Tried this place only because it was close. Whole staff was rude and had a terrible experience. I have never even given a review on yelp before but I feel like I have to. This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. They ripped off my acrylic nails without a care and when I told them it hurt and to stop, the guy tried to keep going. My nails are in so much pain and feel paper thin. I had to leave before they were even done. Way better places for way better price, I encourage you to not come here. read more

Either way she did a much better job for me than the other lady did for my sister. My nails are clean, glossy, three coats, cleaned by cuticles, and put 3 coats of gel. She really took her time. I've seen some pretty unprofessional behavior in the form of loud foul language from a technician talking to her boyfriend from the back room. Now if it slipped out once, okay whatever, but it went on and on for about 15 minutes. I'm sad that the quality of the services has gone down somewhat since I first went there, but they were still pretty good but I don't want to sit in a place listening to someone curse loudly on the phone. People here are super friendly. The salon is very clean and big. Vu did my gel manicure and he was very thorough and pleasant. Ling did my deluxe pedicure and she was the same. My sister and I went and had a great experience! Bought the Groupon and thought we'd give it a try tonight. Both had great manicures and pedicures. I have been here twice and have enjoyed my experience both times. Firstly, very clean salon and of course all utensils in sterilized packets. I have always walked right in, but that's because I go between 9:30 and 11 on a weekday. I think if you coordinate with a technician by name you won't wait but if you just call in and want an appointment on a Saturday with whomever is available , you could be left with a wait. Please remember, these ladies don't get paychecks, but a commission per client. If you don't have a time with a certain one and they are not working of course they will take a walk in to pay their bills. Be honest, would you gamble on someone you never met making their appointment with a Groupon? IMHO- you want that, make an appointment with a $40/$50 manicure person at a salon/day spa. Not a good place to get a manicure. I am a doctor and I want my nails to look clean, so I went in for a manicure. The lady that did my manicure was rude and nasty. I could tell she didn't want to do a men's manicure. I paid and got out of there. Also, the shop is dirty. They cut nails and they are all over their floor. People go somewhere else. I walked in for a Mani / Pedi around 5:30pm. The receptionist was a tad startled. I think she may have been falling asleep. I asked to explain the different Pedicures but she just said "do you want regular or deluxe?" I guess I was supposed to know the difference. She asked a gal to do my manicure and she rolled her eyes. I had such a great experience here! Not only did they do an amazing job, I felt incredibly pampered. I brought my 2.5 year old with me, and they painted her nails with some Piggy Paint I brought with me and treated her like a little princess! If I could give this place zero stars I would. My gel nail polish chipped off twice in the first two weeks, when I went for a fix it the second time, the staff was rude and mean. When I asked the lady fixing my nail why did she think my polish kept peeling off, she replied "I'm not responsible for your nails", I couldn't believe my ears and when I asked her "what did you say" she said "Never mind!" Staff there always just stares and don't make you feel welcome. I will NEVER step foot back in this place. Enter at your own risk! This newer nail salon in Newbury doesn't know how to manage their appointments. The first time I came with an appointment they were running 45 minutes behind. They constantly had customers coming in to fix manicure issues and would stop what they were doing to take care of the problems. It was so frustrating and that they barely finished my gel manicure. I decided to give them another try and scheduled another appointment for a manicure/pedicure requesting that 2 people take care of me at the same time. To my disappointment they were 30 minutes behind and the lady that did my manicure also did my pedicure. The excuse was "we are short staffed and sometimes run behind." Very frustrating! Plus, they had another customer complaining about a gel manicure that was chipping after 2 days. When they asked her to come back over the weekend, she got upset. They delayed my manicure to take care of her... not coming back and warning my family and friends. Terrible management! read more

Nancy did my pedi and Ne did my gel mani after removing the acrylic nails I had on. :) I had never had a white nail polish and although it's not easy to apply, Nancy did a nice job in my pedi.
