Dr. Shea was my guide in my time of need. When the final day came, Dr. Erica came to our home. She is this beautiful angel, with the most kind and gentle voice. She helped us walk our precious Stella over the Rainbow bridge in the beauty of silence, reverence, and peace, it was so beautiful. Dr. Erica sent us the most amazing sympathy card a few days later that touched my heart deeply. Honor Pet has not only been there throughout this difficult journey, but their kindness, compassion, professionalism and guidance have meant more to me and my family than they can ever know. Today, Stella is back home at her final resting place, where she belongs...they sent her home to us in this incredible Honor box which carried her remains, a mini glass bottle of her fur, a candle to burn if/when I need to feel her presence, a digital print of her beautiful little "chocolate chip nose" we all loved and adored, a package of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant in her honor, and a letter conveying their deepest sympathy for our great loss. It was all so overwhelming and thoughtful. If anyone is faced with such a difficult decision as this, and you are like me, confused and doubting whether you're making the right end-of-life choice, I cannot recommend Honor Pet enough. I promise, you will be blessed and given the truth and confidence as to when that right time comes. Stella never suffered, because Dr. Shea went over her symptoms/behavior, but when she started showing signs that she was ready, I recognized them and knew. My Stella no longer is suffering... The devastation over losing a beloved pet cannot be fully described in words, other than this: "Grief is the Price we Pay to Love." I love you my sweet girl, wait for me.

From my very first phone call, I knew we were in the right hands. In full transparency, I wasn't my best self when Don answered, as I had been dreading making that call. Yet he met me with nothing but patience, kindness, and compassion. He answered every question without ever making me feel rushed and quickly replaced my fear with peace. His care didn't stop there. On the day of our appointment, he kept me updated on when to expect Dr. Nicole, checked in afterward, notified our primary veterinarian of Dodger's passing, and handled every detail with incredible thoughtfulness. He truly provided a white-glove experience, allowing us to focus entirely on loving Dodger instead of managing the logistics. The handwritten note we received afterward meant more to our family than he'll probably ever know. Dr. Nicole gave our family the most beautiful gift: a peaceful, love-filled goodbye at home. From the moment she arrived, her expertise and emotional intelligence were evident. She took the time to get to know Dodger and our family before anything else, allowing what could have felt like a heartbreaking appointment to instead become a meaningful celebration of his life. She thoughtfully explained every step, intuitively meeting each of us exactly where we were in our grief. She somehow knew when to speak, when to sit quietly, when to gently guide us, and when to give us space. She made sure each member of our family was truly ready before moving forward, honoring that everyone grieves differently. What impressed me most was that she never allowed the experience to feel clinical. Every detail was handled with remarkable tenderness and intention. Even something as routine as placing Dodger's catheter was done so thoughtfully and discreetly that our focus remained entirely on loving him instead of the medical process. Afterward, she lovingly swaddled him with such care and respect that it felt like she was caring for one of her own. Every interaction reflected dignity, compassion, and genuine love. As heartbreaking as that day was, Dr. Nicole gave us the incredible gift of peace, allowing us to be fully present with Dodger in his final moments and leaving us with the comfort of knowing we had given him the beautiful goodbye he deserved. This was the best possible outcome for an incredibly painful experience. It has been a month since Bella's death and I finally can write this without crying. My dog was SO less stressed. She ran around in the backyard while vet and I talked. There wasn't the stressful 30 min wait in the lobby, then 20 min in waiting room. The experience was so much easier. Pricing is hard to judge at this point. The med prices were pretty standard. I am now on a monthly plan so we will see if it works out financially in the end.

She didn't try to force anything. Instead, she worked at his pace, building trust and helping him feel safe. For the first time ever, not only was I not called to come get him, but he was fully and beautifully groomed--completely unmedicated. Deanise is one of those rare professionals who doesn't just do her job--she truly cares about what's best for each dog. She tailors her approach to their needs, and it shows in the results. My dog now walks into her salon with noticeably less fear, and that's something I never thought I'd see. Whether your dog has behavioral issues or not, I would recommend Deanise 10/10 times. We came in because his allergies had flared up and he developed a hot spot. From the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel so welcome. The customer service was outstanding! From the receptionists, to the veterinary assistant, to the veterinarian herself. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, including the medications, recommended vaccines, why they suggested them, and provided a detailed cost breakdown with different options. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. While I wasn't able to do everything I wanted during this visit, we were able to get the medications my dog needed, and I truly appreciated how understanding and helpful everyone was. One of my favorite little touches was the personalized letter board in the exam room welcoming my dog. It was such a thoughtful detail and immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. We will absolutely be returning, and this will be our primary veterinarian going forward. I wish I had remembered the names of all the wonderful ladies who took care of us, but we visited on the morning of June 30. To everyone who helped us that day- thank you for your kindness, patience, and exceptional care. You made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one, and it means more than you know.

Late Thursday night, my neighbors' 14-year-old dog, whom I walk every morning and absolutely adore, suddenly took a horrible turn and was unable to move. We were terrified and honestly feared the worst. His owners didn't want to put him through the stress and pain of trying to move him, so I became determined to find someone who would come to the house. We called approximately 15 different veterinary hospitals and mobile vets, and no one was able or willing to come out. Finally, a friend recommended Salt & Sea, and I am SO incredibly grateful they did. Not only did Salt & Sea come to the house, but they arrived with such compassion, kindness, and professionalism. They were incredibly efficient while still taking the time to make him feel comfortable and cared for. They assessed him, treated what they believed was causing the problem, and gave us hope during a really scary situation. I am beyond happy to say that just TWO DAYS LATER, he is back on his feet, walking again, and on his way to recovery!

At that first visit -- Rufus was 11 weeks old and hadn't finished his parvo series yet -- the husband (this is a husband-and-wife practice with no front desk staff) asked to weigh him on the floor scale out in the open lobby. When I asked how recently it had been cleaned, he apologized, ushered us into a treatment room, and sterilized a smaller scale instead. Small thing on its own, but not a great first impression on basic biosecurity for an unvaccinated puppy. That visit came to $713, itemized down to the office visit, vaccines, a tech fee, a biohazard fee, a fecal/Giardia panel, dewormer, Simparica Trio, probiotics, ear cytology, ear cleaning, ear drops, and a cone for an ear infection diagnosed on the spot. Most of it was legitimate care. Parts of it felt like a menu. Before we left, we scheduled two follow-up vaccines for 7/23: his final DA2PP (parvo) booster and his second Leptospirosis shot. Both the invoice and the clinic's own reminder email confirmed exactly those two -- nothing else. Today (7/23) I sat down in the lobby and the husband immediately pulled out an iPad to pitch an additional influenza vaccine before we'd even discussed why we were there. When I asked about the two shots we'd actually scheduled, he told me the DA2PP shouldn't be given until Rufus turns 16 weeks -- reversing what his own clinic had scheduled three weeks earlier -- and then said there were three shots on the books for today, which matches neither the invoice nor their reminder email. When I calmly asked for clarification, he kept steering the conversation back to the upsell, then raised his voice and told me there are "plenty of other vets in the area" who could take Rufus -- in the middle of the lobby, in front of another client waiting with her dog. The medicine itself may well be fine. But a solo husband-and-wife shop with no front desk, vaccine guidance that changes appointment to appointment, and a vet who literally yells at a client for asking questions is not where I'm bringing my dog back to. We're finding Rufus a new vet.

The prices are extremely reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of all the keepsakes I received: wooden urn w/engraving and photo, bamboo paw print, and fur jar. Within two weeks, my bunny is back home in her new form. Oliver kept me posted every step of the way and I'm so happy I chose him for this! We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

My husband got in contact with LeNay about pricing and LeNay encouraged us to bring the pups for an evaluation with Andrea. We went and met with Andrea and immediately I fell in love. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. There was no smell and the facility was spotless. It was a huge difference from the last place we went to. Andrea spent over an hour with us evaluating the dogs and talking about how they run their daycare. Andrea explained that they like to take the dogs on 2-3 walks when they are at the daycare full day. Andrea asked us to go on a walk with the dogs so she can evaluate how they are on leash. I really appreciated the thorough evaluation because it made me feel that Andrea cared about our dogs and that every other dog that will be coming into the facility will be appropriate. Andrea told us since they are new they are offering 1st daycare for free so we tried them out and decided to buy a 30 day pass. So for we've taken the dogs 3 times and really appreciate Andrea & Brittany. Andrea texts my husband throughout the day and gives us updates about the dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend Ruff Life for pawrents who need a trustworthy place to drop of their dogs. They also offer grooming and baths at a great price. I can't wait for their hours to extend so we can start dropping them off on the weekends :)

Penelope has been here 2 times already and she loves it. They sent me photos and even a video throughout the day of her playing with another little dog and it made me so happy. She comes home and sleeps the rest of the evening because she's so tuckered out. It's great socialization for her to play with her kind and great for us that evening at least...it's like a free night for the hubby and me because she just sleeps. haha. Puppies have so much energy! Love this place! Wish I could send her here like 3 times a week.She always comes back happy, and the place is spotless. They take them on multiple walks a day, and are always supervised.

He did love the doggy daycare but when I picked him up from Bone Adventure Boarding where he stayed two nights on Sunday evening my dog was very ill. He got two ear infections, paws red itchy, and bloody. He seemed traumatized and very ill. I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills. It is worth it to pay for a dog sitter.

"There can be no rainbow without a cloud and a storm" That was a hard lesson to learn as Dr. Leah Feldman assisted my baby into a peaceful, painless, and most of all dignified manner into the other realm of life. Dr. Feldman was gentle and courteous over the phone as I asked many questions. When she arrived to my home she was on time and demonstrated angelic love towards my beloved companion. She never met the love of my life until that moment, but the way she showed concern and tenderness towards my boo, you would think they knew each other for a lifetime. Mikey always distrusted strangers but the way he responded to Dr. Feldman warmed my heart because he accepted her and seemed ready and grateful for her service. Before Mikey was euthanized, Dr. Feldman communicated with me the process and how his body would shut down. I was especially grateful for her talking me through the steps. It was rather quick but I was able to hold him in my lap as we sat in in his favorite spot in the back yard. Dr. Feldman made me feel relaxed and eased my stress so I was able to talk clearly to my best friend. It was important to me that he heard just my voice. I elected to have his ashes returned to me and I was so impressed and very pleased that Dr. Feldman returned Mikey in person. I cannot explain the gratitude and relief I felt as she handed him to me. I cried more and she comforted me and allowed me to gab more about everything. The day Mikey died was dim and very sad but the method was perfect (he hated the Vet's office) and now I can appreciate the grandeur and brilliance of the rainbow as I reflect on the beauty of our last moment together. I know he went to rest in a celestial garden and the pathway was the rainbow Dr. Feldman provided. I can't think of any other way I would want to say good bye. THANK YOU DR. FELDMAN!! Making the decision to say goodbye to my beloved 17-year-old Shiba Inu was one of the toughest choices I've ever faced. Reaching out to A Pet's Farewell to schedule the appointment was incredibly difficult, but I found their staff to be kind, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. Dr. Leah came to our home on a Sunday afternoon, taking the time to explain the entire process in detail. She was especially patient with my Shiba, who shares her name. At no point did it feel rushed; Dr. Leah sat beside Leah, gently comforting her as she resisted the sedation. Once Leah was calm and sedated, Dr. Leah lifted her with great care and placed her on her favorite bed. She allowed our family the space to say our goodbyes, patiently waiting until I felt ready to share my final farewell. When the moment came to an end, Dr. Leah wrapped Leah in a soft blanket, and I placed her in what she lovingly referred to as the "doggie hearse," adorned with beautiful flowers. The depth of compassion Dr. Leah showed throughout the process was truly remarkable. She made sure that we felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Feldman is an OUTSTANDING person. I had to make a very difficult call to schedule humane euthanasia for my Boson Terrier, Rayban. He was ready but I wasn't. I knew it wasn't right to keep him alive for myself. Judy answered the phone and she was kind and patient as I asked questions about the process. (Judy also accompanies Dr. Feldman to homes) They came to my house on time and with understanding and love in their countenances. It really solidified my feeling that I made the right choice not to take him to his regular Vet. As sad as I was; the familiarity of home, and the fact that Rayban wasn't stressed comforted me. Dr. Feldman gave him sedation under his skin and he relaxed. We waited about 20min until the final medication was given in his vein in the back leg. I wanted to carry him to her car. She has a very sweet set up in the back seat. I placed him on a soft clean blanket and kissed him for the last time. Dr. Feldman came back with his ashes and I really appreciated that gesture.I think it is exceptional. You will be relieved and grateful for Dr. Leah Feldman's service. read more

They respected my request to avoid phone calls, which I really appreciated because I just was not in the headspace for that. Amber was also incredibly responsive to every update I sent, whether it was texts, photos, or even videos of TamTam. I even shared photos of him when he was younger and of the rest of our pack, and she was so warm and engaging about all of it. It never felt transactional at all, which meant a lot during such a heavy time. We didn't end up needing their services since TamTam passed peacefully at home with us by his side, but talking to Amber genuinely helped me through the process. They also offer ScratchPay, which is helpful for those concerned about cost. I will always appreciate the empathy Amber showed us during such a difficult moment.

I was in that place just a couple weeks ago, sobbing while calling around to find the "perfect" veterinarian...someone who would be compassionate, caring, calm, and patient, all while our beloved dog with a history of anxiety would feel safe to be around as she takes her final breath. I finally had my mind set on a vendor, but their schedules didn't work out at the end. As I cried uncontrollably feeling like I'm back to square one, our dog's regular veterinarian reminded me the most important thing was to do it quickly in order to ease our dog's pain. So I took a leap of faith, chose the first available veterinarian I could find, and prayed the yelp reviews were honest and accurate. And I'm so glad we found Dr. Charlie. He not only had all the qualities I was looking for, but was so supportive in guiding our family through those moments of vulnerability and grief. When it was close to our pet passing away, we found Only Cremations For Pets and spoke to Kayla…read more She answered all our questions about the process and services they would provide to our beloved dog, Ronni. She explained how we could watch as little or as much of the cremation process as we wished. She also explained the "Private Viewing" and what the entire package would cost and entail. The morning Ronni departed our life, we brought her to Only Cremations and they kept her for us until the viewing, which was a couple days later. The day of the viewing, we were already an emotional mess, but Brittany was there right away to show us the presentation of Ronni in the viewing room. She was beautiful and had a blanket laid over the lower half of her body. Ronni looked like she was peacefully sleeping. There was ambient lighting and somber, relaxing music playing, a vase of flowers nearby, a sofa, and of course a box of tissues for our use. We were given up to two hours to spend with Ronni in the private viewing room for us to say our last goodbyes. We felt grateful to see her beautiful face one last time. During this time, Aldair came in and took her clay paw prints and we also had some ink paw prints done. He did a great job capturing the definition of her paw prints. Both Brittany and Aldair made this time more supportable with their patience and compassion and the gentleness they had with our baby girl. When it was time for the cremation, we had to leave the viewing room and go to another room, as our 86 pound Ronni needed a larger cremator chamber. We were able to sit in this room and watch through a window as Aldair placed her into the compartment. We had previously viewed the entire cremation process with another pet of ours and wished to ensure we received only their cremains, with little chance of a mixture or unknown other pet being switched out. Sounds a little paranoid, but we've heard stories, and this way gave us peace of mind knowing we were definitely receiving Ronnie's cremains. After the cremation process, approximately 90 minutes later, Aldair carefully and thoughtfully prepared the cremains for us to be able to take our Ronni home with us in a nice wooden urn provided as part of the package. Brittany presented us with a fabric bag with the urn inside, along with the clay and ink paw prints, a certificate note of sorts, and a packet of flower seeds. We are so thankful for this experience your establishment provided. Some of the "mom and pop" stand alone facilities have been bought out by big chain corporations, and they do not provide this same service as you have given to us. It's almost as if they have something to hide or don't want you to see. You've provided us with the best farewell we could give Ronni and are so appreciative Dr. George Katcherian founded and created this location for us to give a compassionate goodbye to our loving pets.

Could not look cheaper or tackier. They used a label maker to put our dog's name on the frame. We also asked, specifically for our dogs fur, she was a black and tan Doberman and, well, again, the pictures speak for themselves. We wrote on the form, when they picked her up to make sure that they gave us both black and tan fur. She had a lot of tan fur in her paws that we should have clipped ourselves in retrospect. We got a tiny amount of black fur (it doesn't even look like hers). We had our last cat cremated at her vet and they did a much better job with the paw print and glass vial (filled with her fur). What's done is done. Also, it should be "forever in our hearts" with a "s" because "our" is plural. Just sloppy and cheap.

This has prolonged me and my family's grieving process as the anxiety of having to wait with no definitive date, or communication on progress made, has been given. If you are going to advertise having a certain memorabilia available, then make sure it is available. The excuse of our rings not being completed due to one being a smaller size is unacceptable. Furthermore, if delays are to occur, there should be consistent communication with the family, as we have entrusted you with the remains of our beloved pets and should be reassured consistently that they are being handled with care throughout the process.

He suggested we give her something fun to eat while the sedative took effect. She gobbled down some birthday cake cookie dough and a raw egg. He gave her another injection while she ate. She was oblivious to the shot. She gradually slowed down to a deep sedated state. The vet draped my lap with a comfy blanket, I held her on my lap and he gently put down a pad in case she relieved herself and covered the pad with the rest of the blanket so you couldn't see it. He always asked if I needed more time and was very considerate. He shaved her front leg and injected the final dose into one of her tiny veins. Her breathing slowly stopped, he listened with his stethoscope and quietly nodded and said she had passed. Again, he offered to excuse himself if I wanted time with her. When I was ready he wrapped her in the blanket like a baby, offered his condolences and left. He brought a very nice camera and asked if I wanted any pictures but I declined. I did ask that she be cremated and have her remains solidified. I had no idea this existed but you can have the ashes turned into smooth stones that you can display, share with family (my son asked for a stone ) etc. you should check it out. I was thrown off by the idea at first but then it grew on me and apparently it's pretty popular because the turnaround time is about two months. It's pricey but she was an integral part of our lives for almost 15 years and knowing she will be returning to me softened the sting of losing her.

The day Shadow passed away, they were able to pick him up the very same day. I was surprised because I expected the process to take much longer. They treated him with such dignity and respect during pickup, and they showed that same level of care when they returned his ashes to me. It has been months since my beloved dog Lucky passed, but I figured I should share my review any…read moreway. I want to start by saying that the package I ultimately received was very beautiful and I am very happy with the physical products I received from this company. They did well in honoring my best friend and providing me with cherished mementos. The mementos were the main draw for me when I chose Angel Paw/ Loving Pet. My dog Lucky had cancer, and although I was starting to emotionally prepare myself for the end of his life, his death came suddenly. I was alone with him when it happened and I felt panicked and anguished about what would have to come next. I should have stopped and called our vet and asked them to hold his body for me while I figured things out, but instead I immediately started trying to find an aquamation service that had the mementos I knew I would need to grieve and remember Lucky. So I turned to Loving Pet/Angel Paw. Their website looked so clean and modern! I was impressed so I filled out a form and they called me very quickly. A van was dispatched to my home and arrived in 2 hours. The driver who picked up Lucky from me told me the process would take 2 weeks. Loving Pet/ Angel Paw promised cutting edge technology that would keep grieving pet parents in the loop every step of the way of the cremation process. It's proudly proclaimed in their About Us story that the whole point is to keep families away from the nightmare of not knowing. I was stuck in that nightmare of not knowing for a month. If you're stuck waiting, please know you will get your pet, but it will take a month. I was in agony thinking I had chosen wrong, or that I got scammed and I would never get Lucky back ever again. I did get Lucky back and so will you. You unfortunately just need to keep waiting. The app never updated with any of the steps of Lucky's aquamation process. After 2 weeks I started calling and calling and calling. I left messages with my phone number asking for a call back that never came. I had more success with emailing them. I would recommend emailing if calling isn't working. The explanation for the delay was The Weather. Southern California was experiencing torrential unrelenting rain earlier this past spring. Fair enough. 3 Weeks after they picked up Lucky from me, someone responds to my email saying Lucky would be shipped to me. They don't provide me with a tracking number even when I ask. At this point I am having slightly more luck getting them on the phone. A few days after I asked for the tracking number via email, I call and a Lovely man who said his name was Jeff answered. Lucky had not been shipped out yet after all, BUT Jeff does reassure me that Lucky's cremation package was ready to go and would be shipped ASAP. And it was. So shout out to Jeff for that one. I get a text message later that same day with the UPS label. Overall this experience was unpleasant. Complete lack of communication with grieving pet parents. I would not recommend this cremation company to anybody in the future. But if you've already chosen Loving Pet/ Angel Paw, please just wait it out. Your baby will be home soon.
