During our consultation Ms. Connie explained everything about sisterlocks to me, she did such a good job I didn't even have any questions leftover because she had answered them already. She put in 2 temporary locs to see how they would do, gave me an estimate and booked our next appointment. Fast forward to the installation day... Connie spent 12 hours on my hair, she is very accommodating when it comes to taking breaks and making sure I was comfortable. The long install went by fairly fast we had a good time chatting about different things and watching tv. Connie is so silly we had a good time together. This was my first visit to see Connie and I was in DIRE need. I needed a loctician badly because my regular loctician was unable to see me. I scoured the internet and came across NATURALLY YOU...it was like a Godsend! I left a email message on her site (this was a Tuesday) and within a couple hours she called me! I explained I really needed a retightening ASAP. She said give me until Thursday because she might have a cancellation on Sunday around 2 ( I was shocked she even did work on Sundays! That's rare). She contacted me as promised and she said she actually had a opening on Saturday at 10am! That was so much better. I explained I need to make sure I could be available at that time and she had no problem with that. So its Saturday and I get to her super cute and cozy shop ( it was very clean and organized) she had a client in the chair but I was a bit early. Connie got to me within 10 minutes. We had consultation I shared my frustrations with my hair and she was very reassuring everything would be good. If felt like the time just flew by! I was out of there in UNDER 2 hours which was fantastic. Her rates are really great in my opinion and she has a flat rate if she gets done in under 2.5 hours. Another plus is that she has some great products she also sells and she'll give a demonstration if your unfamiliar with them(which I was lol).
