When the bed was delivered on time, I hoped for the best but was truly skeptical. My wife and I drove down from Sedona to Phoenix to search for organic mattresses. We are very happy to have found this naturepedic store and to have received the truly excellent service of Anita who worked so very hard and educated us so very honestly. Shopping for mattresses can be challenging. Anita and the naturepedic products made it easy. We really really love the triple layer organic latex mattress we got and the top of the line adjustable base (so worth it to us). I think we spent 6 hours in the store across 2 visits and Anita was so patient and moved so many things around for us. So many good things to say about this store. Have been looking for a healthy, organic, Latex mattress. There are many with an online presence but no physical store where you can actually lay on a real mattress until I saw Naturepedic on Scottsdale Road next to the Lexus dealership. What many people don't realize is that Latex is a natural product that has no petrochemicals or the nasty out gassing that happens with most "plastic" mattresses that are sold in a BOX. Being a senior with Rheumatoid Arthritis I looked at many mattresses and when tried reclining on a real latex mattress I didn't want to get up it was so heavenly. The store totally represents it's product with a serene and beautiful interior and Anita, the sales Rep, was patient and knowledgeable about her products. I highly recommend trying out a mattress for anybody who has health issues or for that matter anybody who wants 8 hours of great, restful sleep !! read more

Anita was just the nicest person to work with. She didn't rush me and, while I was only purchasing a waterproof mattress pad, she took all the time that I needed to help me make my selection. After arranging to return our current organic mattress because it was too firm, I did some research and discovered the Naturepedic brand. Everything I read about the company and how their organic mattresses are made convinced me that I needed to give them serious consideration. The Naturepedic store in Scottsdale was a five hour drive away and I decided it would be best to try their mattresses out before ordering from another online company and hoping for the best. I drove down and met with Anita, who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the entire product line. She was attentive and focused solely on my needs and expectations. I spent the entire afternoon with Anita and all throughout she was very kind and patient as I attempted to decide which of two mattresses would be best for our situation.
