I always go Swedish with a new therapist. I can always ask for more attention to specific areas. A therapeutic massage can be too aggressive to fast. That just leaves you sore and aching. You have to be verbal. What you like and don't. It's like scratching a pet. You just guess. They lean into you if they love it,or turn away if they don't. Clean space with no odd smells.
