    Super greens vegan kale
    Andi P.

4 Stars for friendly staff behind the counter and a healthier option in concourse E! I happened to walk behind a pilot who was ordering at Nature's Table and heard him opt for the super greens vegan kale salad. They have big bowls of the salads on display, so I quickly took a peak and that salad looked FABULOUS. I love the orzo, chickpeas, dried cranberries, Brussels, and thinly-sliced carrots. Plus, it was a hearty amount! The price is decent and the salad thoroughly filled me up. Overall, glad to have a healthy option at an airport.

This is as close to a healthy ish option as you're going to find in an airport food court. Overpriced dishes & lackluster quality, but it's fried

If you're navigating ATL and in need of a quick preflight bite, Nature's Table Bistro might be your best bet in a pinch. Tucked into the busy airport terminal, it's not trying to wow you with ambiance--but it knows its lane and sticks to it. First Impressions & Ambiance: Think classic airport food court vibes--functional, fast-moving, and no-frills. It's the kind of spot you eye while checking your gate info and watching the clock. Not cozy, but definitely convenient. Service & Staff: The staff was all business, which I appreciated. They were clearly focused on keeping the line moving, and for that, they delivered. No chit-chat, just hustle--and that works when you're racing against boarding time. Food & Drinks: I grabbed a croissant sandwich with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese--a solid preflight fuel-up. Not gourmet, but it hit the spot and held up better than expected for airport food. Great for grabbing something handheld that won't fall apart at the gate. Wait Time & Efficiency: Timing here really depends on what you order, but the line moves, especially if you stick to their grab-and-go or simple breakfast menu. It's not a place to linger or custom-order ten substitutions. Menu Variety & Dietary Options: You can swing by if you're watching calories--they have some healthier bowls, smoothies, and light options. That said, not a ton of dairy-free or gluten-free alternatives, so plan accordingly if you've got restrictions. Price & Value: Let's be real--it's airport pricing, and that croissant sandwich didn't exactly come cheap. But given the location, that's par for the course. You're paying for speed and convenience, not culinary artistry. Pros & Cons: * Location, location, location (steps from your gate) * Fast-moving staff and service - Prices are higher than average for what you're getting - Limited dietary variety for DF/GF folks Final Thoughts & Rating: 2.5 stars, but I'd return in a heartbeat if I found myself in the same preflight scramble. It's not winning any awards, but Nature's Table Bistro is exactly what it needs to be--a fast, accessible option with familiar food that gets the job done. The people are very nice and the food is mid. The E terminal doesn't have many good options. I gave it a try Chicken and Beer (Lisa's restaurant).

It was okay, lots of selection here. Lots of salad, sandwich, and soup options. Maybe a bit of a healthier choice than all of the fast food spots. Salad and sandwich were both okay but weren't made fresh. Not bad either, but I didn't expect anything great. Also a little pricy but it's in the airport so that's expected. Overall just okay. Thanks

Pretty great healthy and fresh selection of items in Concourse E with live jazz saxophone music. Impressed. I got a fruit smoothie and a veggie wrap and kale salad to go for my flight. They have combos for about $14.99 for salad and sandwiches and wraps or a warm entree which isn't too bad considering the quality of the food available. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and easily answered my few questions. Line moved quickly and the food was great! Might be a new fav while transiting through. Airport food is usually awful and all bread and carbs so this was a rare gem.

So I came by here Friday near close since this was the closest thing to my gate and my flight was at midnight. I got through security quickly and wanted to grab food before everything was closed. I didn't want fast food but there weren't many options. This place seemed to be a little fresher but it was really not great. Usually, I'd go back and try a place again but since this is a specific place located in one terminal of the airport, it'll be hard to go back haha. But if you're near gate E, I would honestly just recommend McDonald's. It's right next to this spot and much cheaper. We all know airport food is expensive but 15$ for a wrap seemed reasonable for a good one but this one didn't have any of the ingredients listed on the menu and it was wrapped so tightly in Saran Wrap it was hard to get it out of the plastic. It tasted a little old, they definitely aren't freshly made. It's not a subway - like ordering situation. The sandwiches and wraps are pre-made. Usually anything veggie is fine to me but this one had only very dry lettuce and a hard tomato in the center. There was no cheese or any type of sauce or dressing or anything. I couldn't finish it it was so dry. The lettuce wasn't even wet from water, it was really scratchy like eating grass lol I just would recommend maybe a different item on the menu or to just grab McDonald's and eat somewhere better at your destination haha On the other hand, the chicken noodle soup side was actually very good! If I were in this terminal I would come here for the soup alone. Still overall expensive, but it was actually good! Conclusion - I would rather spend less money on McDonald's next door even if I didn't want it. For an expensive place, I would prefer just that I liked it a little more but the soup was good. I just wouldn't recommend the wraps. Not a horrible place but not friendly staff and very over priced, that would just be the main issue. Worth a try maybe for a sandwich or just soup!

    Roast chicken salad.
    Christie E.

I'm always looking for healthy nutritious options when I'm in airports and Nature's Table delivered. I wanted something filling that would hold me for a 4 hours flight and the roast chicken sandwich and super food salad hit the spot. The salad was excellent and really exceeded my expectations Sandwich was as well, I had it toasted to melt the cheese a bit...would recommend. As a plus, pretty much all of the food is preprepared (but not in a sitting out all day way) so it didn't take forever to get food. The line moved very quickly and I was able to get my food and get to my gate on time. Highly recommended this place for a bite to eat in the airport. And one you won't regret eating later.

The salsa was great and the queso was surprisingly good. I did not have it in my bingo card that they would have great queso but they proved me wrong. For my main meal item I had the Truffle Chicken Salad Sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a flavorful yet healthy option. I was only able to eat half the sandwich and I was full, so if you don't mind having more delicious Brake Pad cuisine To-Go, then I highly recommend. We parked behind the building and a woman who worked there had the door open. She had on a shirt that read Legalize being Black. My husband had on a Black Lives Matter shirt, & I had on a Juneteenth shirt. She smiled and raised her fist at us as we asked to enter through the door and we responded in kind. I love us! She toke U.S. to grab a menu as we walked in to the right of the bar. We found a high top and found what we wanted and went to the counter to order. The prices are reasonable until you get to adding the sides. I overheard another worker tell a couple who ordered after us to order the veggie plate if they were getting 4 sides as it was cheaper. I wish the person who took our order had told use that. The entrees are à la carte and priced reasonably. The sides are $5 each with a few exceptions, a hoecake is $2 and mac & cheese and a couple other sides are $6. Keep that in mind when you come. Our total for our inside dining with a can of ginger ale, fountain Diet Coke, & tip was like $70+ & the to go order for our son's meal w/o a drink was ~$30. It's definitely a good value if you only need an entree and have sides already. The food is good and has large pieces of meat & decent portions so there you go... I ordered the fried green tomatoes as a starter, smoked beef brisket with the barbecue sauce on the side, smoked turkey cabbage, dressing, & the lemon pound cake. Ironically, the fried green tomatoes came out last. They were piping hot though. They could've used a dash of salt but that cornmeal batter was perfection on the tomatoes. You get 3 and 1 was cut a little too thick and it was slightly mushy maybe cause it had to cook longer? But it was still good. The beef brisket was good. It's sliced thin and had that good smoke flavor and was seasoned well. The thicker slices could've been a bit more tender but overall it could rival some barbecue joints. The dressing was good and so was the cabbage, though it was almost tad bit saltier than I'd like. I'd order everything I had again. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my food. You know not everyone who claims to cook southern food can do so. Oh the pound cake was good and moist. It reminds me of Sammy Chhesecake pound cake. My husband ordered the 3 pieces of fried chicken, collard greens & they do have a lil kick as the menu suggests, green beans, & yellow rice. He was pleasantly surprised with how big the pieces of chicken were. Nowadays people give you what looks like pigeon parts ‍. He said it was a tad salty. He said he also enjoyed his meal otherwise. I forgot to get pictures of the food for our son's takeout order of fried pork chops, collard greens, mac & cheese, & a hoecake. He liked his food as well but also said his pork chops, which were nice size center cut, were well seasoned, but a little too much. He enjoyed the meal and his 1st hoecake. They also do catering and seemed to have a large catering order being prepared to go out. The restaurant & woman's restroom was clean. The staff were friendly and quickly acknowledged us. The music was good but it would've been good to hear a mix of old school with the hip hop since it was Juneteenth. They have a full bar. The only thing I didn't like was Fox News & another conservative news channel on; at least not on JuneteenthZ a generic movie or TV show would've been better for me anyway. They had a steady stream of to go orders and in person dining. I guess we're just late to know about
