This is a really good salad spot. The breakfast looks like an afterthought... because it is. If you're here during prime time hours you'll likely be happy. Don't order breakfast, go somewhere else, don't order the last bit of salad, it won't be good, and for the love of God, if you don't like an item try something else. Some reviewers have left multiple negative reviews for the same single item they always order. They have a dozen salads. I got a triple salad with Greek, Green, and the Fresh Vegetable salad. Everything was fresh and well made. Atlanta seems to like salad dressing more than salad so I was glad that they default to putting good quality salad dressing in containers rather than serving a sad overdressed salad. I've had far worse at high end hip restaurants in town. Give this place a go, it's worth the trip to Terminal E and way better than the grab and go salads you're walking past. read more

At 6:00 am you don't have much of a choice at Terminal E. After circling around I ended up at this place for their breakfast burrito. They have a veggie option. Yay! However, the salsa that comes with it is way too spicy for me. I ended up having a bland burrito but that's fine with me. I also got the cheese grits which didn't have much flavor either. This is for the one in Terminal E Atlanta. I went to the store and quick line we got to the front but no one came to take our order. Finally after ten minutes they finally asked what we wanted and we got our food and asked for dressing. They didn't give us the dressing we asked for. In Concourse E we found a big food court. We assembled breakfast from three concessions: Line 1: McDonald's. Egg McMuffin for $2.56. Line 2: Nature's Table Bistro. Side of scrambled eggs for $2.13. The menu looked a lot like McDonalds, but there was a steam table up front where they assembled the orders. Margaret's scrambled eggs came from this steam table. Line 3: Caribou Coffee. A single latte, a green jasmine tea, and a muffin for $7.00. The egg McMuffin was a little dry, even though it was cooked and assembled before my eyes. Margaret said the scrambled eggs tasted like they had been powdered. Her muffin was just wrong. The tea and the latte were perfect. Stick to the beverages. read more

Frickin' delicious. In a sea of fast food options or a table at One Flew South, Nature's Table Bistro offers a welcoming selection of hot entrees, soups, salads, and sandwiches. The sandwiches lacked excitement for me so I opted for their entree (balsamic chicken), served on a bed of brown rice, and a generous side of their vegan salad. This cost me a little under $10. Wow. The balsamic chicken was a little too "balsamic"-y for me, but the flavors from slow roasted chicken breast were very multidimensional and satisfying. The vegan salad was the star of the whole plate. Creamy chickpeas and garlic infused dressing with soft tender kale and collards with cabbage and hints of lemon! WOW!!!!! SIGN ME UP! I SHOULD'VE JUST ORDERED THIS! Frickin almost made me a vegan convert right there! The portion was way too generous-- I could barely eat half but totes the rest for the plane ride. There is a ton of garlic in the vegan salad so you will be "that" person smellin' up the plane. read more

Not bad for a healthy alternative. We were on our way to catch a connecting flight and was very limited on time, when I just happened to notice this place on route. It appealed to most compared to the remaining fast food options it was sandwiched between, which quickly lead me over. They seemed to have had some decent, visually appealing options to choose from. I ended up just getting a small cup of their Tomato Basil Soup to go. The soup turned out surprisingly delicious and was quite reasonably priced. You can get sandwiches, wraps, soup, salads, etc. They have a nice vegetarian selection for those who 86 on the meat. I sampled the pesto pasta salad and it was amazing. Normally I am coming through the A or B terminals in ATL (and doing a full sprint to make a connection). The other day I had 1 1/2 hours between flights so I yelped to see if there were any options better than the normal fast food. Checked this place out based on reviews - I was very pleased. Hands down healthiest and tastiest airport food I have had in awhile, and I used to fly weekly. Worth the tram to E Concourse. The chicken dishes everyone raves about I avoided due to the high dark meat content (not a fan), so I went with brown rice and steamed veggies. I also got a medium lemonade. First off - the steamed veggies were perfectly cooked - some crunch, not too overcooked. Good selection as well - not just broccoli. There were at least 5 types of veggies in there. The brown rice was also perfectly cooked. GIANT portion (even it it is brown rice, lots of calories there..). Portions of everything are gigantic it would seem, just looking at others orders. Because I didn't order a meat entree, the friendly woman behind the counter said I could select a salad. I went with the spinach pasta thing, which I would rate as just ok. I am not a fan of pastas loaded with a ton of creamy sauces - this was a cold fettucini with a feta based (and some other flavor - mayo?) that drowned it. I tried some, I wouldn't order it again, but that is more a preference thing on my part. The lemonade was fantastic. I ordered it with lots of ice, and used that as the rationale for me going back to get another one ("I'm still thirsty!"), plus a rice krispie treat. Of course this undid any benefit of me eating steamed veggies and rice earlier in the meal. The cashier did tell me the rice krispie treats are homemade onsite every day. Don't know if that is true, but it was tasty enough. The staff were all friendly and helpful, service was prompt. E Concourse does have a nicer food court area (and depending on the time of day, can be quite deserted), if you have time to get down there, check out this place. Side note - I enjoyed my meal at a table with flowers on it and someone bussed my tray away! This wasn't Nature's Table Bistro-related, but added up to the most positive experience I have had in Atlanta's airport in the 10 years I have been flying through there. read more

The food I had was good enough to garner attention outside an airport, too, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is a successful chain, or about to be. On the advice of other yelpers, I spent my lunchtime layover here with the honey mustard chicken. It comes with rice and you can add a salad to make your healthy-ish airport meal ~$10. I went with the fruit salad but they had many cold pasta, tuna, and lettuce salads to choose from - Cobb, Greek, Caesar, etc. I like the mix of dark and light chicken in the honey mustard chicken and the portion was quite large for airport food. Too bad its in the E concourse, so unless you're traveling internationally, you'll need an extra few mins to catch the train down here. read more

What a pleasant surprise to find healthy & tasty choices in an airport food court! Of course I did expect to have more choices in the Atlanta airport since it is so large & busy but I wasn't sure what would be available in the International terminal. Fortunately my husband & I had over 4 hours between flights so we had time to look around first & not just settle for the closest choice which is usually both tasteless and unhealthy. We were both sold on Nature's Bistro when we saw a large assortment of really good looking salads, sandwiches and wraps. They also have made to order hot sandwiches but there was a longer line there so we both chose to get one of their many combos. My husband got a turkey wrap with a Caesar salad and enjoyed them both. I choose a veggie wrap with fresh fruit salad. My veggie wrap had too much lettuce in it which made it a little bland for my taste but the large portion of fresh fruit was very good. I let my husband eat my cantaloupe since he loves it while it is my least favorite fruit. I enjoyed the honeydew melon, grapes, pineapple, orange, and strawberry. Also good for travelers needing to go items, they had lots of whole fruit - bananas, oranges, and apples wrapped in plastic. Nature's Bistro also has soups, fresh juices, muffins, cookies & pie slices. Since we made healthy choices for our meal we both splurged and got a piece of key lime pie. We are key lime lovers and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! It had a nice tart flavor & light graham cracker crust and was even better than some key lime pie we had in restaurants in Florida. If your connection allows you time, head to the international terminal E food court for some good & healthy food. read more

It's so much better than the others around from the cost and flavor and freshness point of view. I don't wanna be judging, but it's really cheaper and ore worthy and a good option in the airport. I had a rice & chicken bowl. The chicken was half mustard chicken and half sth else (forgot... but yummy, you can ask for a bite if you are not sure of whether or not you would like it). As for the salad, I had the tuna pasta. I may not be a big fan of the salad as it is too creamy for me, but they definitely gave me a big chunk of salad. i may order some more sth more veggie-ish next time. Airport food is typically just a more expensive version of a mall food court- same food, adding two or three dollars. Nature's Table is still a stall along the wall, but the options are healthy, delicious and you get a really big portion for the 8 bucks you pay. I mean, it's enough for two people. I got a hot entree and a salad, and was impressed by the quality and pleased thy my flight took me through concourse E. If I ever find myself with a 2 hour layover here again, I'll make the trip over here even if my flight doesn't leave from this gate. Side note- I did get the Cayenne Chicken (delicious) and I did punish the passengers around me on the plane. Be warned. read more

4/5 based on expectation My go-to place in E/F for good grub. Bistro chicken, brown rice, pesto pasta salad. Serving sizes are E-normous. (Heh, heh...E concourse). The selection of meats/proteins offers a nice choice (and they provide small tasting samples) but the selection never changes (that's why no 5-stars). And, although the selection of cold salads doesn't change either, there is a HUGE selection between pasta-based, fruit, healthy, etc. Add to it that you might be able to listen to someone play the piano while eating...nice place to sit and eat some good food. read more

Good healthy food in an airport... Who knew??!!! Located in terminal E About 10-12 different salads to choose from. Also, 4 soups, 4-6 hot entrees, and about 6-8 different sandwiches, wraps, and pitas to choose from. All portions are huge!!! I've had all the meals here, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. All are very tasty... and did I mention that the portions are huge??!! The salads are my favorite!! So many to choose from, and all are very good!! Usually airport food choices are of the ubiquitous fast food or chinese express variety. Greasy, unhealthy, and not too satisfying. I was quite pleased to experience Nature's Table at ATL as a healthy alternative to standard airport fare! First off, the Cayenne chicken dish was freaking hot! I was sweating after eating half of the gigantic portion that was provided. Plus, the bistro serves brown rice and steamed veggies. This simple combination was perfect in re-directing my diet after a week of gorging on sweets and pizza, and steak on a cruise. It's an airport get over it. And for airport food, its not fantastic, but does the job with some sense of satisfaction. Not every airport has clean facilities and a food court that may be as impressing as a mall one, but with this place, at leas the food's on par with the price margin. And with the variety of chicken and pasta and other mix of salads and sandwiches, one can leave with a satisfied stomach in between flights for less than $10. The fresh vegetables, the assortment of prepared cold salads--fruit salads, a ridiculous assortment of pasta salads, and some green salads as well. We had a really long layover on the way to DR, and I ended up getting both breakfast and lunch from this place. I had the breakfast burrito and a tuna panini with a chicken pasta salad combo. The portions were enormous and totally mediocre, with the panini being better than the burrito. There wasn't a lot of flavor to anything, but they were really generous with things like cheese, butter and mayo. Barely edible. The grits weren't fully cooked, the biscuit was chewy and crumbly on the outside, which means it was cooked with an oven too hot to speed it through - and then was left out long enough to dry and be flaky. The eggs did t taste like eggs at all. I'm suspecting "Nature's Table" includes some unnatural ingredients like powdered eggs. Everything fried is smothered in paprika probably to hide how old the bell peppers and onions are. You can hide the taste, folks, but not the texture. The whole breakfast was sad. You know you're screwing up when McDonald's has better food than you. All for the prince's ransom of $16. Jesus everloving Christ. read more

Ordered a salad and a wrap from here in hopes of having a healthier option; total bill (with no drink) was $21. Salad was ok, not bad but nothing great. The wrap had old lettuce that was turning brown and slimy. I opened the wrap to see if I could salvage any part of it by removing the piece of old lettuce, but there was too much to remove and the old lettuce was throughout the wrap. The receipt stated I should have had chips with the wrap, but I was not give any or told where to get them. (I was not looking to have chips, but should have been given the option of declining or taking them since I paid for them.) I ended up paying $21 for some lettuce with a couple of peppers, tomatoes, and Greek dressing. Disappointing. read more
