In addition to this, Jay was extremely knowledgeable in pool vacuums and most especially on the Maytronics high-end M600 pool robot (I heavily researched for a while prior to purchasing this product), and as I asked him to explain the product to me and how it compares to others, he was on point giving me details on different products and their uses. I can tell you, Jay knew a lot about all of his products, not just Maytronics. Once done, Jay asked me what I was looking for in a a pool vacuum/robot and what was most important to me in a pool vacuum or robot and as I gave him my response, he highly recommended the M600 for what I was looking for in a pool floor and wall cleaner. Low and behold, I purchased the M600 and made sure the chemicals in my pool were IDEAL before putting it into my pool and I was able to get my M600 in the pool to work and it does exactly what it is supposed to do! After trying different potential fixes unsuccessfully, he ultimately called a pool heater specialist who came out and diagnosed the problem as an inadequate gas supply. I had the gas line replaced and now the heater works great. I appreciate the fact that Clay has the resources to get the problem solved if he can't do it himself. I was very pleased with their work; it was quick, priced fairly, and the worksite was kept super clean. We had never had a "pool guy" for maintenance/service, but I was so happy with their re-surface that I thought I would give them a try. I can't tell you how happy I am with that choice.
