I just purchased a hot chocolate 12 oz for $4.50, well my husband hands me the cup and it feels horrible light. I open the cup and is full of foam...I believe it was 3/4 down n where the foam started...and the foam was at least 2 inches..that means that she probably gave me 3 max 4 oz of hot Chocolate. I walk in to tell her my cup is almost empty n fool of foam, she does it again and again gives me a cup full of foam. Maybe she added another 2 oz of liquid. If you own a business show your bariatas or provide the tool needed to hold foam back. Not coming back anytime soon. If I pay for something I want something in return n is not foam... read more

Love this spot in the middle of oceanside harbor, they have great selections for coffee and tea with good quality. You also have a beautiful view to drink to! Customer service is also wonderful, there was one person taking orders and making drinks so it might take a few minutes but they are worth it! THE SWEETEST STAFF! Stopped here before going to church on a Sunday while traveling. They were so quick to get us our drinks and also to share details about what to note on the menu. The result is what your coffee tastes like here. I've been here a few times and each time it's the same so I stopped drinking diarrhea. The only thing this place has going for it is the ambiance. This is definitely one of my favorite places to get coffee in Oceanside. The people who work there are so polite and usually very fast. Sometimes they will forget something of mine, like if I ordered a burrito or something as well. I will occasionally need to ask them when it is coming out and they said they forgot. This is a cool little place to grab a coffee. I ordered a 20 oz. iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and sugar free Carmel.. it tasted really good. I held back on the 5th star because $5.50 is a little pricey for a simple coffee concoction & size (less ounces), but it's also normal for a shop on the marina to be more expensive, and Cali is home state so I get it $$$ ! (being used to Starbucks 24 oz. Venti size at or under $5 generally for me is getting more bang for your buck) nevertheless when in the Cali @ Oceanside Harbor, I will definitely come back and grab a coffee or try something different.. it's totally worth spending a little extra. Location and ambiance are the best things going for the Nautical Bean. It's not Starbucks, 2 shot Cappuccino and 2 shot Americano were both on the weak side...maybe it's the espresso beans they use. A really nice spot for coffee, kombucha, and kefir! The food is pretty standard coffee shop fare. On this visit they were still setting up the tap room, so I was only able to get the GTS Trilogy kombucha, which was pretty reasonably priced for the area. The outdoor seating area is really nice and has a great view of the harbor. The owner, John (or Jon?) was really nice! Can't wait to come back when the kombucha and kefir soda selection expands, and to try the cold brew coffee! read more

Came from LA to visit my sister that lives near by and we came here. I love this cute little coffee shop. Great views of the water and boats, friendly staff, good coffee, and had a breakfast burrito and it was pretty good too. I love that they have Jamaican blue mountain coffee (my husbands personal favorite) I'll definitely be coming back again when I'm on the area. Self serve condiments outside is a plus :) read more

Excellent coffee! They have some tasty sandwiches and pastries as well. We had the Jamaican Blue Mountain which is typically expensive and it was, but 3.85 a cup worth it for bean that costs $30 to $40 a 12oz bag. They also had a pure Kona coffee too. His latte was great, my mocha horrible, the first one I sent back as it was loaded with cinnamon. The second tasted like water with a hint of dirt, so I tossed it, waste of money. This place has been in my bookmarked on Yelp for a while now, I decided to stop by as I was in Oceanside last weekend. I walk up to the door, with my mask on, and immediately saw a sign basically telling me that wearing masks brings a much greater risks of spreading toxins. Needless to say, I took this business out of my bookmarked, and walked away. I won't ever reccomend this place to anyone. Decided to give this place a try this morning since I would pass by it in the evenings when they're closed. My husband and I both ordered a caramel latté with coconut milk. We took a sip and both of us looked at each other like what is this garbage?! It literally tasted like warmed up coconut milk and that's it. No coffee or caramel flavor at all. We tried their ice coffee Kona blend today, very smooth and perfect for a stroll around the harbor. 3 bucks for 12oz, can't complain about that!
