The car had gotten to the point where the brakes were squealing, with completely worn pads, so there was metal pressing on metal. The car is old, and I figured it probably needed additional repairs to make it safe. The staff drew up an invoice of items that needed to be fixed, sorted by priority. I wasn't certain about one top item, so a staff member showed me on the car what was wrong and explained the dire consequences that could result if it were not repaired. They were able to complete all of the requested repairs the same day. (I noticed that they asked their parts distributor to make a speedy delivery.) The staff members seemed honest and knowledgeable, and they were friendly and pleasant. I would take my car here, and I recommend it to others. I recommended it to my son.

Seriously took you 6hrs to evacuate the refer line, pull vacuum and then recharge to find out the compressor is bad. Took it to a Mercedes Shop the next day and they gave me a call within 2hrs confirming the Compressor which again 2hrs acceptable vs 6hrs WTF were you doing. Then on top of all this nonsense the Mercedes Shop stated the shop evacuated the line so there is no Freon. Called the other shop and the guy said oh well I'll give you back $6.00 when I was charged over 200.00 for the Freon. This Company is a scam artist and rip off BE AWARE go somewhere else not here.

The point here is that Fred whom I worked with did not try to sell me on repairs that would merely get it running, but objectively looked at the vehicle and the prospect for needing additional work and HONESTLY recommended that I not make that investment. You heard that right! A repair shop that said "we don't want your money if it means that it won't make financial sense for you the customer" Clearly, their reputation means more to them than a few dollars to repair a hopeless vehicle.
