BUYER BEWARE. We checked out the vehicle thoroughly, including Car Fax. It wasn't a week off the lot and I was losing oil and three weeks later I found out they sold me a car with blown engine which had been diagnosed a month before I bought it. i am a senior citizen who is handicapped but I still have a brain and they took me for $19000. Tried to sell me a warranty and told me it would cover Pre-existing. Called the company. NO WAY. Thought they could get me for another $5000. Two days after the repair the warning light was on again. This happened 3 more times! There carfax report was green as in ok. Even his 3 loaners had warning lights!! One excuse after another. Best purchase ever here at Naz! Naz was great - the staff got me appointments right away to look at cars, were always responsive on the phone, and they are just super nice, salt of the earth people. I had a great test drive, and I did not feel pressured at any point. The Carfax was all correct and had no problems at all with the transaction. My car is originally from Canada and I have not had any rust problems whatsoever - it was well maintained and had some small repairs which were very well done. I am super satisfied with the car that I bought and I have had it for 2 months and love it. I took it on a long road trip throughout the month of June and is has been an awesome car. Naz was even kind enough to give me a small discount, which was so appreciated. I can't recommend them enough!! read more

As others have said rusted out Canadian vehicles. Also no better than buying from a private party when it comes to financing. No options from them and they aren't even on the system with credit unions so you have for bring all of you paperwork to the Bank/Credit union yourself. Overall I had a pretty negative experience with them. Not recommended. read more

I (25F) was really excited about this place, and I was really wanting to buy a particular car from them. My sister (22F) and I came in for a test drive, and I was really pleased with the vehicle. I was completely prepared to come back that weekend and buy it, but I wanted to talk price and trade-in options, which should have been standard for any dealership, but once we got the price down to one that I was happy with, I brought up a trade-in, and negotiations changed completely. The man I spoke with (Anis, late 30s) said that it was a completely different conversation, and he offered me $500 for a car that could easily get $3500-$6000. I would still had to pay full price for the car that I was looking at buying. Not to mention that, the entire time our conversation was going on, Anis's partner (unnamed) sat at his desk laughing about our whole interaction. It made me feel like Anis was trying to run me. That was frustrating sure, but the thing that really sealed the deal for me was when I turned around to speak to the other salesman, Anis secretly asked my sister for her number, and he called her on the spot to make sure she hadn't given him a fake one. She later told me that she felt really uncomfortable but like she had no choice or I wasn't going to be able to buy the car. Overall it was a very sleazy interaction, and I will NOT be going back there. Which is a real bummer for me and for them because I really wanted the car, but I'm not about it but it at the cost of sister's or my dignity. read more

I have never had a more disgusting and fraudulent experience than I did with Naz Auto Sales. I went in to test drive a car. It seemed to drive okay, and I decided to put some money down to hold the car for me while I got a loan in order. The next day I took a second look at the CarFax report on the car and realized that the reported mileage was NOT the same as it was on the odometer. The CARFAX reported 126k miles on this car, yet Naz's website and the actual car's odometer read 90k. They clearly rolled back the odometer on this car, which is FELONY FRAUD. I was pissed that they tried to even sell me this car under that pretense. I called them the next morning and told them I wouldn't be purchasing the car because of the odometer discrepancy. Over the course of the next 3 days, NAZ tried to charge my CC 5 different times for varying amounts (which is ALSO FRAUD). Needless to say, I've reported them to the state attorney general's office, the Lynnwood police, and the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your time (and possibly your money) with these people. They clearly do not have the buyer's best intentions at heart. read more

First off the dealer wouldn't give me the Carfax (im in Idaho and needed it before i had my poor father drive an hour out of his way to look at the vehicle). The salesman promised me he had records of maintenance and the vehicle was in excellent condition so I had my father drive down to see it. Well the dashboard was lit up like a christmas tree, the brakes weren't working that well and there were ZERO maintenance records. My father nicely declined the vehicle but what gets me is the salesmen had the audacity to call me (after lieing to me and having my father drive and hour) and ask why I didn't buy the vehicle. He then told me I will never find a 2004 vehicle with maintenance records. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP PEOPLE!!! read more

sells faulty cars, stay away. guy seemed really nice when me and my boyfriend went in to look at a car. we test drove the car and everything seemed fine. car fax reports were clean and it seemed like a good deal. the car came as is but he told me and my boyfriend that since he "liked us" he would give us a free warranty if we both left him a good review. so i bought the car and after a few weeks i took it in to get the oil changed and to see if anything needed to be fixed since i had a warranty. they told me that the timing chain was faulty and needed to be fixed right away. they told me to get it fixed it would be about $5,000 and the crappy warranty that was given wouldn't even cover half. there's no way that the man who sold me the car didn't know about this. i texted him and told him he sold me a faulty car, which is illegal, and he needed to help me fix it. he basically said he wouldn't help me fix it and that i had been driving it for almost three months when i had to car for two weeks so i must've done something to make it happen. i then threatened to take him to court if he didn't pay for it and he basically said "go ahead i have a great lawyer". he then proceeded to say that he was going to take the warranty away because he only gave that to me to be nice (which is also illegal since i signed the papers for the warranty while i was buying the car). this place sells faulty cars and they bribe you into giving them good reviews. needless to say do NOT buy a car from here they are a scam. read more
