Ordered another one (Black Prodigy 14-22 Weatherproof). I had an appointment for Service to deliver, remove the old one, install the new. On that day, I unexpectedly couldn't be home. But the Hot Springs technicians did exactly what was required without me being here. Got the new cover installed and took away the old one. Surprised me when I got home. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

Now there's a different gentleman who manages this location and doesn't seem as on top of things. There are some younger employees there that seemingly have an unpleasant attitude (at least most of them) and that's if they speak to you. Have gotten inaccurate pool tests recently. So with all that said first my wife and my daughter went to the Pinch-A-Penny Pool store to get what we needed to clean the pool which was some chlorine and the employees there were really awesome my daughter was looking @ some thermos cups they asked her which one she really liked and they gave it to her for free because it was her birthday. We brought back the chemicals and used them on the pool and for some reason something wasn't working because the pool wasn't turning the right color. My wife and I went back to the store with a water sample to se what was wrong and why the water wasn't cleaning right, so Parker tested the water told us what was wrong and recommended what we needed to get the pool ready for our daughter's birthday and he also gave us a discount on the chlorine that we bought. I really love when associates go above and beyond with their customer services, it means they are dedicated to their job and they want to give you the best service possible. I would really recommend this Pinch-A- Penny Pool store because they provide great customer service.
