We wanted to do a simple job and convert a 240v outlet to 120v in the office of our documentary studio. We scheduled it to happen on a Saturday because the nature of our business and need for computers. Upon inspecting the panel, Brian saw that our box had major arc burn damage due to the old and discontinued panel using newer breakers which another electrician had installed. It was an emergency situation and fire hazard so we shut down the system right away. Brian was able to come the next day and completely replace / upgrade the panel. Now it works perfectly and looks so much cleaner than it used to. We didn't have to shut down the office and when Monday rolled around, we were able to get to business as usual.
