Terrible how kids are treated here. 2-3 weeks ago my son had a problem here and was asked to leave after paying for tickets and refreshments for a incident where no proof was presented to me upon request. The manager's only solution was to give me the corporate office website which you can only email. I'm still waiting 2-3 weeks later for a response......Wow! What a way to treat your paying customers! Love this theater! Right when you walk in the concessions are on your right. Here you can get your movie tickets and food. The popcorn and drinks are filled past the concessions. Two tickets on a Saturday night and a bottle of water were $20, not too expensive! The theaters and bathrooms are always really clean! Refills on drinks and popcorn is great! Went to see Trainwreck last night (hilarious!) and the theater was pretty busy. It's a roomy theater though, the seats aren't too small and there's enough room where the people behind you aren't constantly bumping the back of your chair. Haven't had a problem any of the times I've been. Definitely recommend this theater! read more

A bit weird of a theatre that can be confusing at first. They don't have separate booths to buy tickets, it is right at concessions. The concessions don't have the popcorn, you buy the popcorn there, but have to pick it up in another location. The popcorn people had quite the attitude when we tried to get the popcorn. They were having a serious conversation about some girl that was dating 2 guys. Big news. The theater itself was fairly clean and the sound system was decent. Love the closeness of this theater and the free refills on popcorn as well as drinks. BIGGEST PROBLEM, every time I've viewed a 3D movie here, something is off. Mad max, people had to walk out and notify staff to fix the largely noticeable problem. The final straw was yesterday when being stuck in a sold out show of Star Wars and all I could focus on was the blurriness of the background. I could latterly see the shifted 3D lines in the background of every scene and it honestly killed the movie for me. Now do I go back and chance that the 3D will be on point of just see it in 2D. I used to love this cinema. However, it's been going downhill for over a year now. The staff seems to only be getting younger and cares less and less about customer service. They don't clean the facility as well as they used to, and will just let anyone into any movie. Honestly, I'm getting tired of watching R rated films there as they seem to always have kids. Not just talking about mid-teens here. At 50 Shades of Gray and Deadpool there were kids from 3 to 10 year olds! How on Earth they weren't stopped by someone is beyond me, and I don't even want to think what goes through the mind of someone that would bring their kids to see 50 Shades. I'm sure their future therapy sessions will be interesting. Back to the point, the rewards program they have now is a joke compared to the previous one. I used to earn between 2 - 3 free movies a year. Which wasn't all that bad, and definitely kept me coming back. Now I'm lucky if I get a free popcorn within a year's time. Yaaaaaay. If they don't do something different soon, I'll have to start looking else where. read more

Usually this place is awesome but there are some deceptive pricing that is different on their site than when you arrive. When my children and I planned to see Captain Underpants we budgeted for the matinee first show. When we arrived we were told that even though it was the first show in regular theater because it was 12:15 the price was higher. They deceptively mentioned the first show being shown in a 3d or Xtreme theater which doesn't qualify for the matinee price. I asked to speak with the manager Elaina who wanted me to believe that she had no authority to make any modification and was not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. As a matter of fact she said that she just had the same conversation with another customer which proved that I wasn't the only customer who felt deceived. Movies are a luxury and for families who budget I recommend $6 Tuesday early at regular theater showing. Otherwise it's clean and has great snacks. We love to eat at Poblanos before or after they are best. read more

My family and I enjoy this movie theater and have been here many many times. My visit on 11/27 I found from a great employee that they offer a $1 popcorn bag as well as drink upon a combo purchase. I was surprised because out of all the times we took the kid there not once did someone offer that as a option for us. I was disappointed finding this out this late! read more

This is my local movie theatre and I love going there. The FREE refills on popcorn and drinks are worth the ticket. Plus they still have a reasonable ticket price. Staff is friendly and they do a good job in keeping the theater clean. Glad that they enlarged the parking lot. read more

Moved to Acworth 3 years ago and had been going to the AMC on Barret(- on a lark one day I kept straight on summit and saw this awesome theatre) now it's here or the dollar theatre but at that point might as well wait for it on redbox. I would like to say yesterday was on off day... but it wasn't one... at all. This location needs to learn how to multi-task and delegate. We stood at the counter for 6 minutes, no one else was in line. One person was receiving 2 slushies and a pretzel. There was 2 people behind the counter. A girl who was refilling a popcorn bin inside of the pop corn machine (from a trash can full of kernels) and the guy who was giving tickets. Neither welcomed me or said I'l be right with you. My nephew and I stood there for 3 minutes before the guy said I'll be right with you. He continued to fix the pretzel and the slushies. 1.) Why was the girl not doing this. Was refilling the bin that pressing? You have 2 customers in front of you and you are ignoring them. The girl didn't smile or look up once. The guy eventually finishes heating a pretzel in the microwave and comes to give us or ticket. We were going to see Jupiter Ascending at 1:10, we got to the theater at 1:05 so 1:11 we were finally able to buy the ticket. The lights were off and we had to find a seat in Theater 6. It was DISGUSTING. There was popcorn in the seats and isles. Empty popcorn buckets and drinks in the isles as well. After we find a semi cleaned up spot we sit down to notice the curtains are covering the sides of the screen. No one came in to move them back. I had to get up and walk out to the middle section to ask the concessions guy (who was the only good thing about this visit) to come and move the curtains. He apologized and said he would be right there, and he did exactly that. (He was a black gentleman in the main section, not the Xtreme section where we had the beginning of the problems.) The girl should have fixed the concession items for the guy and refilled the pop corn while the guy continued to allow other guests to purchase tickets... and your cleaners are not doing their jobs. I am really considering going back to AMC and Regal where they too have redone their theater. the extra few bucks might be worth it if i don't have to sit in 10lbs of butter and popcorn and other filth. read more

This is my favorite theatre. its quaint, and cheaper than the other major theatres in the area. I love unlimited drinks and popcorn. They also sell cotton candy at the snack bar. awesome. I forget my loyalty movie card, but thats a nice concept for repeat business. 10 movies credit= 1 free. Its always clean, the seats are nice and comfortable. Two things though, theres only one womens bathroom at the front of the theater and the teenage staff can be rude sometimes, but are definitely not deal breakers. read more

I love seeing movies here! It's a very comforting environment, there are plenty of lines, the theaters and bathrooms are always clean, the food deals are amazing (unlimited popcorn/drinks), many different types of seasoning for your popcorn...everything. The chairs are extremely comfortable and rock back and forth, so it's like you're sitting in a chair at home. Arrived tonight for the 6:50 showing of Logan to find out it was sold out, wasn't a problem just purchased tickets to the 8:00 showing. We then continued down to theater 11 sat by the door, then asked a staff member if this was the right place for logan and if we should be in the roped off area by the theater he said yes. This was at 6:45 pm at which 15-20 employees passed by. Two other guest join us in the line shortly after we got in line. At 7:30 the movie lets out, staff comes to clean out the theater, thats when they told us we needed to go to the lobby where a line had already formed. I said we werent told to go out to the line, and we were told this was the line by a staff member and 15 employees walked by and no one told us until 7:30, and we were not about to go to the end of the line. She said fine went back to cleaning. They Then started letting in the people from the lobby and we tried to get into the theater, thats when the employee blocks us and said we need to wait until everyone else gets seated, we said no and walked in. I then walked out asked to speak to a manager who was rude and didnt even listen to me. I said no one told us until 7:30 there was a line formed and a staff member told us this was a line. I also told him his staff member blocked us from entering, he said it was all just a misunderstanding and that she probably didnt mean to block us with the door, i said no she blocked us physically from entering, not by the door I can walk around that. The manager didn't apologize for the treatment. I am 27 years old and was treated like a child. There were 2 other people in the line that were also upset over this! I will not be coming back to this theater ever. You could clearly hear the people out in the hallway and outside in the parking lot while the movie was going. Staff was rude, theater was ok they just need new policies for new releases and to treat people with RESPECT! If I could give 0 stars I would, I almost walked out. read more
