It seems like there are some new employees, and the way I was treated made me extremely uncomfortable. One employee in particular, a heavy set white woman with short blonde slicked back hair and several piercings... was noticeably rude and unfriendly toward me. What bothered me even more was watching her immediately smile, become friendly, and happily help white customers, while giving me a completely different attitude. I don't like automatically assuming someone's intentions, but when you can clearly see the difference in how you're being treated compared with customers of another race, it feels discriminatory and is extremely upsetting. As a Black customer who has supported this theater multiple times, I should receive the same basic respect and customer service as everyone else. Also, the chairs seriously need some attention. Some of them are worn out and need to be repaired or replaced. For a movie theater where people are paying for a comfortable experience, the seating should definitely be maintained better. I really hope management addresses this because I actually enjoy this theater and would hate to stop coming because of the behavior of new staff. Every paying customer deserves to feel welcomed and respected regardless of their race.

I usually go to Regal Atlantic Station or IPIC at Colony Square, but I'm definitely adding this spot to the list. The theatre was clean, ordering food was straightforward--kiosks, then pick up at the main bar. There's even a full bar on the right if you want a quick cocktail. The seats? Super plush recliners. They've upgraded well at this location. Since I'm in Buckhead Village, it's too convenient to ignore. The only snag is the parking at Phipps plaza--it's a maze. But with patience, you'll figure it out. Overall, I'll definitely be back--it was a solid movie experience.

Once our server, Diamond, greeted us, we learned they were dealing with a few operational issues, including a limited food menu, a nonfunctioning call button, and unfortunately, no working AC in the theater. Despite the circumstances, Diamond was excellent. She was attentive, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the movie. Management also handled the situation well, coming into the theater to offer guests a full refund and a pass for another movie. We were also given the option to wait about 20 minutes and move to another auditorium showing the same film. I decided to stay and was still able to order a pepperoni pizza and some candy from the limited menu. The pizza was good, but that ranch deserves its own mention because it was surprisingly delicious. Technical issues happen, and I appreciated how both Diamond and management handled a less than ideal situation. iPic will definitely continue to be my theater of choice, and Diamond's service made a big difference in the overall experience.

For a theater to market itself as a premium experience, the service standards and condition of the theater fell short of expectations. To start, there was no air conditioning in the theater (specifically #6). It made it difficult to relax and enjoy the movie with no air. It would have been helpful to receive correspondence well before showtime about the condition of the theater, but we didn't find out until we arrived. After driving an hour and coordinating childcare, etc. this was a major inconvenience to our evening. The customer service was also seriously lacking. The call lights apparently didn't work so getting assistance was difficult. Also, there is a limited menu. A serious downgrade to what the menu used to be. Another major issue was being required to settle our tab before our food even arrived. That was extremely frustrating and made our entire experience feel rushed and poorly managed. Hopefully management is able to address these concerns and takes them seriously because this is not the level of service IPIC is known for. Otherwise, I don't see this location lasting long.

It's usually decorated with something so they are big on themes but it's always very well kept and very clean so that's a plus for sure . I haven't really eaten a lot there but what I have had has been light bites, like tater tots or something like that. Nothing major but they do have actual food and not just wings and fries. Just keep those expectations in mind because it's not like it's a full menu. If you're sitting for an hour and a half in a movie theater, you don't need a pork roast LOL. They do have food and it's more than just popcorn there, like other theaters. Just keep that in your head if you go and decide to eat there versus eating elsewhere . All in all because I'm not too far from it, it's a really good theater and it's a really good choice if you're looking for something that's kinda tucked away .

When you walk in there's a bar and a counter to order concessions and food. They have a nice sized cocktail and food menu. You can even order food/drinks to be delivered to your seats once the movie begins. I love that they carry alot of movie merchandise like popcorn buckets, cups and blankets. They also have the movie themed backdrops for photo opps. I really enjoyed the seats, they reclined and were very comfortable. This place is somewhat hidden, but there's tons of available parking.
