As if that weren't enough, James told me he wanted to call the salon I had previously come from to advocate for me to receive a refund for the corrective work (which I was much too shy to even consider asking for), and they agreed to do so thanks to the photo evidence he collected from my hair. On top of that, he offered to share his expertise with the stylist at the other salon to help address some of the technical issues he had seen on my hair. I was seated with Angie, showed her an inspo picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted, a trim and quick style. After seeing the final results, due to my hair type she recommended trying a new style/cut and I was in the mood to try something new so she went out of her way to re-cut and style my hair. She showed me two styling options and was very patient even though she basically had to redo my hair. She said they also do pre-event styling so if you have an event where you want your hair to look a little nicer, you can schedule with them starting at $45+. But I left feeling confident and ready to go out even just with the cut I received In total we paid $65 for two haircuts (no washing, just trim and styling) which is a steal in my opinion!
