I came in as a walk-in for a haircut and Lisa was so wonderful! She was very attentive to how I wanted my hair and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. The cost for the cut was reasonable and fair but it does depend on the length but they are very transparent with their customers. The inside is very clean and they also offer nail/pedicure services! I requested partial highlights and even brought a picture to show exactly how I wanted it done. However, Lisa seemed to just eyeball the measurements for the bleach and later did the same for the color. Unfortunately, the result was no noticeable difference in my hair. During the wash, she was extremely rough, digging her nails into my scalp so hard that it was painful. I kept waiting for her to ease up, but eventually, I had to tell her it hurt. She said she was being thorough to remove the product properly. When it came time to pay, she charged me $155, even though the salon flyer and website both listed the service at $85. Lisa explained that those were outdated prices and there's an additional charge for toner. Shouldn't any extra charges or price changes be discussed upfront with the client? This lack of transparency feels like bad business practice and comes across as dishonest. Interestingly, a review from February 2022 mentioned the same issue, with Lisa being unnecessarily rough and digging her nails into the customer's scalp. A salon visit should be relaxing, not painful. After this experience, I won't be returning. This was a bad experience...waste of time, waste of money and to top it a PAINFUl experience! read more

Came here for a wash and blow dry with a lose curl hairstyle. They accommodated me right away. Coming in the place itself is new and clean. They have pedicure stations and manicure stations with separate hair washing stations and hair booths. The lady who was helping me made sure I was comfortable and she was nice. The hair washing itself was a bit uncomfortable. She scratched my scalp so hard. It wasn't relaxing at all.. I can only imagine how much hair I lost during that wash. after the wash. No sprays for heat protection. No oils. Nothing.. was used on my hair. She combed it out and immediately started blow drying... I was hoping she would blow dry it straight using a brush like how most hair stylists do.. but she just blow dried it and left it. She asked me for a picture and I showed her of LOOSE CURLS. And she curl my hair in tight ass springs and I left with frizzy horrible hair. The top of my head was the worst.. it was frizzy. She didn't even bother straightening it? Idk... I was literally appalled. I was charged 45$ and I still tipped her. I would like to come again and try their nail services. But I'm not sure if I should. read more

Yesterday, my wife, mother, and sister all went to Bellavie for pedicures to kick off my sister's birthday. We walked in a little early for our 10 am appointment and were immediately greeted and seated. We had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lisa (the owner), Kim, and Autumn. These women were so incredibly kind, professional, funny, and just an all-around joy to work with. They made us all super comfortable, had us pick out what we wanted, and immediately got to work. I personally have only had one other pedicure before, but this one completely blew the other one out of the water. These ladies really knew what they were doing and weren't super rough like the first one I had. It was just an overall really great experience. The place was super clean, the massage chairs were very comfy, and we even got a free bottle of water. I know I'm not the most experienced with pedicures, but I can't recommend this place enough. Go here, get an excellent pedicure, receive outstanding customer service, and don't forget to tip (because they will certainly earn it)! Thank you, ladies, for the wonderful experience! P.S. I decided to get a spur of the moment hair cut and was recommend this salon by my sister. I was able to book an appointment online and was seen the next day. I didn't wait long to be seated or for Linh to get started. I opted for the wash, cut and style which starts at $45. Linh used an extra conditioning product to make my hair shiny. I showed Linh several photos. I wanted a layered look with curtain bangs that are not too short. Linh gave me exactly what I wanted plus tips on how to style the bangs. She even demonstrated for me. My hair is shiny, healthy and ready to go to the new year with a new fresh look. Highly recommend this salon. The salon is clean. They offer nail service as well. I moved to EG about a year ago and it took me forever to find a nail salon I love. It's clean (and I don't say that lightly - I'm a picky one), spacious (plenty of pedicure chairs), prices are reasonable, music is relaxing, and the ladies are wonderful! I love how depending on the pedicure you choose, you can pick what scent you prefer. Tons of color and powder options. They offer free water and tea (there are signs saying to just ask - they get busy so aren't free to always offer, but that's ok because they're so focused on their attention to detail). Autumn is my go-to - she does my nails exactly how I like (I'm really picky with my acrylics - they have to have the perfect shape and be as thin as possible in terms of thickness) and gives the best foot massage with my pedi. She also has amazing attention to detail and I love that she takes her time. If you're short on time and if they have the capacity, they will book you with two ladies at once, but I recommend booking separately because I imagine it can't be comfortable for the person that's standing. Nevertheless, I appreciate that they're willing to do that for customers. Lisa and Ann are great too! Lisa did my mani before and Ann did my pedi - loved their work too. Thank you to these lovely ladies for squeezing me in on short notice! I sent out a Yelp project probably 4-5 days before the weekend and got a response from them within an hour(?). The owner was attentive and continued our conversation in a timely fashion. I was booked for a 10:30 am slot. I was seated right away and got to see the color palettes. I came at a pretty busy time, so I waited about 5 minutes before we started soaking for the pedicure. Then other 10-15 minutes to soak. I got a dip nail manicure and deluxe pedicure. I would say it is fairly priced for the service and treatment you get. The little details were what made me want to recommend this place. First of all, the shop has high ceilings and lots of space in between the stations. This space helps diffuse the smells in the shop and there are literally no chemical smells. Second, the cleanliness of everything makes you feel safe with COVID concerns in mind. Lastly, the ambience is so relaxing. Spa like music, open lighting and relaxed staff. I am so happy with my hair. I looked through Yelp and decided on this salon because of availability and good reviews. I came in and met with Linh, who I believe is the owner. First of all, everyone who works there is so friendly. The place has a family atmosphere and lets you bring your doggie in. Second, I noticed how modern and CLEAN it is. No smell of nail or hair chemicals. I had photos of the cut and color I wanted. Linh explained that with my hair tone I wouldn't achieve the color in the photos. I greatly appreciate when hair stylists (who know their craft) are able to "burst your bubble" with some hard truth. She said low lights would do the trick. I was honestly skeptical but after seeing the results, I LOVE it. She knew what she was talking about. Then I wanted this shag cut. again, I had pictures. My hair has been long & all one length for a looong time so she talked me into not cutting into it as much as I was thinking. She said "let's start with these longer layers and if you want more cut next time we will do it." She was right again! I love the longer face-framing layers. I have tons of volume, it's healthy, easy to style and I can still put it up in a bun! Again, she was right. I trust her completely with my hair now. Next I got a pedicure and was very impressed with the massage chair. The best I've been in while in a nail shop.
