As someone that has experience working in the service industry, I totally understand being busy on a weekend morning. But failing to warn incoming customers of the current wait time, and failing to acknowledge or apologize for the wait seems like bad customer service and bad business for a place that charges so much. I hope this was truly just an off day, because I love Nederland and all the surrounding small businesses. But this was a really bad experience.
