She is very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I also like that we had a natural conversation as she did it. I was sufficiently distracted and it barely hurt. And amazingly she includes the tummy strip for free! The spa is very clean and well decorated. Loved the ambiance. I also love that it was just me and her. No waiting and I got that 1:1 attention.
