it's my 2nd time here,the first one was before pandemic . I had my pedicure & facial done and it was an excellent experience after 2 years I'm finally back with my daughter for a haircut. It's the same person who helped us and her name was Rina I like how she was so friendly and attentive and like your talking to a friend I waited a little bit but if you are not rushing it's definitely tolerable I love my haircut and my daughter haircut the place was not as updated but clean and not as busy as the other salon around .definitely will be back for sure. read more

She's not only my nail tech now, but she's also my trusty hair stylist! Yvette managed to get my virgin jet black hair to the level of blonde in the picture in just 3 sessions. I'm ecstatic because my hair is still strong & healthy! She's also very honest and will tell you her two cents on what would look better on you. I appreciate someone who makes you feel like they genuinely care about how you're gonna look afterwards. My 3rd sesh today lasted about 5 1/2 hours because she takes her time to make sure that everything will turn out great. I suggest opening up your day when you schedule your appointment so neither of you guys feel rushed. May I also suggest to get a mani/pedi while you're waiting for your hair because why not? I was working in Starbucks and realized how gross my nails looked, and decided to search on yelp for a nail salon. Found Pro Spa Nail & Hair, and called in for an appointment. I arrived and parked on the street (they don't really have a lot or anything so you can park in front on the street or around the corner). I stepped in, and there was just two or three clients and about 3 workers. I was given a ring holder of nail colors while Vannie (sp?) got my chair/table area ready. There were a couple flies just hanging around in the salon. Vannie took my previous polish off. She is very charismatic and sweet, and will chat with you about her favorite TV shows. She was really helpful in assisting me in choosing what nail colors I wanted. I'm pretty picky/non-committal so it took a lot to finally choose. I ended up going with a light pink with a rose gold glitter on one finger (see the pic). Vannie worked quickly but patiently. Only one finger had a little bit of extra polish on my cuticle, but the other 9 digits were just fine. It was really close to 5 stars, but the curing machine they used for curing the gel polish is superrrr dirty. I could see the dust, old polish, and other marks all over it and it made me hesitate to put my arms on it. Otherwise, customer service is good, they do a good job on the nails, and I will probably be back :) read more

UPDATE: My experiences keep getting better and better here. Som is a nail goddess. She can recreate any nail idea you have in mind, I've loved every single design she's done on my nails. These are by far my favorite (the pic holding the bottle of lotion) Just a few things she should work on is not rushing when she has customers waiting. I set my appointment a week and a half in advanced so I expected her to take her time on me and I noticed she was rushing a bit because she had 1 person waiting(who was a walk-in). I understand she tries to accommodate all customers in a timely manner so I'm not too upset because my nails came out bomb either way. If you think about it- you're there for your nails & as long as they look as you expected (if not better) then you're good to go! :) I will continue to come here as long as Som is here! I remember posting a detailed review before but when i came back to read it to a friend, i see it was not posted. Anywho, i visited this shop in spring of 2017. I wanted an ombré French tip full set. The final product was decent, the quality of the shop isn't. The cleanliness of the shop isn't questionable, i know it's below standards. It's a hair shop and nail salon. One stylist was brushing, cutting hair and since the fan was on, it was blowing everywhere. I just had a pedicure so my moist feet were collecting so much unwanted hair. I immediately complained to the nail tech besides me who sweeped around me and sat back down. It was so gross! Picking someone's else hair off you?? The entire salon floor is just full of hair. Everything just looks worn out as if someone wiped everything down with a baby wipe instead of actually cleaning. read more

They were precise, efficient and reasonably priced. Both my services were done in less than an hour. And to think I decided late to get my manicure as well. I haven't had anything done to my hair since the pandemic started. The salon I go to is currently closed. I found this place and I gave it a try even though I was hesitant when I walked in because this place is NOT following safety protocol. Not once I saw them disinfectant or wipes any areas as customer leaves. Thankfully I have hand sanitizer handy. Anyways, I will not be wasting my time going to this place for anything. I was overcharge and Rina did not even delivered the color, highlights and haircut I wanted. Mind you... I showed Rina pictures of the haircut and color/highlights I wanted prior to starting the process and she gave me a price of $180.00. I was charged $180.00 for something I didn't want. I wouldn't mind paying more if it's something I wanted. With that being said. I paid $180.00 and gave Rina $20.00 tip. Again, I would have tip Rina more if she did a good job on my hair but she didn't. read more

Sanitation Warming!!!! The girl who did my pedicure did a good job. That's why it's not a 1 Star review. However, I don't think I would return to this place because of the following reasons 1. They don't use a sanitary liner in the foot bath. And when we were done she sprayed down the tub with water and sprayed some disinfectant and THEN wiped it down with the dirty towels that my feet had been on during the session... 2. They do not use an autoclave to sanitize tools. The girl opened a "sterile" package in front of me but after we were done she took the dirty tools and rinsed them in the sink, sprayed them down somewhat with a disinfectant, then PUT THEM BACK INTO A NEW CLEAN PACKAGE. No barbicide, no bleach, no autoclave, just right back into a new clean package which was then sealed as if it were sterile. 3. The single use file that she used on me went right back into the holder with a lot of other single use files...which I am assuming will be getting some more uses. A cheap and nice looking pedicure is NOT worth getting a potential infection for life. Viruses like HIV, Hepatitis C, HPV, and other fungal and bacterial infections can all be transmitted through unsafe practices like this place. read more

Gave this place 5 stars the first two times I came here, but I'm docking off 2 stars cause I'm really disappointed in the service I received. I made an appointment for 11:30am a week before. I came in at my scheduled time, and the stylist I scheduled my haircut with was busy with another customer. I'm a patient person so it was no big deal to me that I had to wait. BUT the stylist decided to stop in the middle of her service with her current customer and move on to me. I felt like she was in a rush the whole time she was cutting my hair and didn't even show me the end result when she was done!! I have to say that I have been very satisfied with my service. she is very patient and attentive to the specific details that I like to be done to my nails She is very very good at getting the nail shape right!
