i'm new to the Brazilian jujitsu. So I've decided to start looking for a spot to train in Orange County I went to few places and Neezam was one of them. The first thing that I was happy with is the The cleanness and the Ascetics of this place. The place is clean bright lights, and man afternoon training it's a whole different vibe with that large L shape class window and sunlight going through give the place LIFE The second thing coach Saeed service, I felt a little intimidated to start the sport but he explained me everything about how to start and what to expect about it and give some time and you will love it . I wanted to workout at the same day , I got so excited after that chat . The coach told me next class in 20 min and you more than welcome to be part of it . I got my Gi from the academy , and started rolling . And that when I wanted to see how good of a coach Coach Saeed is , by the way I forgot to mention I'm a 7 years experienced health and fitness trainer I been in many gyms meet lots of people different personalities deferent needs and wants different understanding so to speak . Coach Saeed had Great quality's he instructs clearly and was Patient .made us take our time and not feel stupid when mess up . Keep to reminding us it's a mental game also and that's major when talking to athletes. Truly a beautiful jiu-jitsu academy in every way. I've trained at multiple academies and none have offered such a supportive environment as Neezam. The coaches here Said & Juan are class acts. Both BJJ black belts and champions. They make you feel extremely comfortable when training and are honest with you 100% of the time. Whether you are new to the sport or experienced the environment at Neezam is perfect for you. Even though you're in a class with multiple other students Said & Juan do a great job of making you feel like they are working directly with you. After a few weeks you'll become addicted. I've been coming to this school for months and it's crazy the immediate bond created between with the faculty and peers, they make sure everyone is like family. They teach discipline, strength, and attention. All skills that I use outside the gym. I appreciate everyone at Neezam since they've helped me grow as a person mentally and physically. I have never been a fan of going to the gym and jogging or lifting weights. Then, I came across Neezam Jiu-Jitsu School, and finally, it feels like I've found my people! Everyone here is so nice, there is no discrimination and we all just focus on staying healthy and creating a community. People check out this place: it doesn't matter how old you are, get in here and get some good training. The coaches are amazing, people attending are great and overall the experience is worth it. There are kids classes, women classes, beginners and advanced classes throughout the week and aside from the skill the coaches have here the place is very clean. Literally the best BJJ gym in SOCAL yes in SOCAL. Ive been to several BJJ gyms across Socal and none of them are as clean as good as this one. Saeed is amazing and kind and i enjoy coming here. Also the aesthetics of the gym are 10/10 read more
