It offers a men's and a women's locker room with shower. If you're local to La Habra, I HIGHLY recommend it. The kids class is a great environment for all levels of skill set. Being a newbie in MMA, I'be searched far and wide (because I'm very picky about where and who deserves my business) and let me tell you, Manifest MMA on all facets get 5/5 stars. FIRST OFF; the instructors for the striking class know what their doing. From the tiny details needed to root your foundation of martial arts- the BEGINNER class is great for anybody who wants to starts from day 1. The instructor for beginners is willing to watch every detail of your technique so you get it right. The ADVANCED class is perfect for anybody willing to ante up on their striking. The coach I had for the advanced class was really great at explaining things everyday knowledge to really get his point across!! When it came down to sparring (since it was my first advanced class) the other students where kind enough to take their foot off the peddle so I can get some work in, but they knew when to apply pressure to keep me on my toes! For the JUJUTSU class, the owner (Coach Kevin) was leading the session. Coach, was very open to my questions and was very open to showing me examples. (Also I believe they have a females only class or a female friendly class? Idk I'm a guy.) SECOND OFF; the vibe at this gym is very warm and welcoming. If want to make friends and get into incredible shape- you've come to the right place!! From asking your partner to critique your form, to real conversations from one to another, this is definitely a great gym for that socialization! FINAL AND MOST IMPORTANT! Working in healthcare I'm always in the hospital so I'm very keen and conscious about microbial growth, additionally My gf is 5 months pregnant. She's VERY sensitive to disgusting odors and cleanliness. So we were both shocked when we experienced walking into the bathrooms and noticed how clean it was!! Everybody respected the cleanliness and keep to their P&Q's!! The mats are cleaned everyday, everybody is very respectful when borrowing equipment and wiping it down. This is my first time taking Muay Thai lessons and I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone was at this gym. I thought I'd feel intimidated, but that hasn't been the case at all at this location. I've been showing up to the Saturday Muay Thai sessions for all levels and Coach Isaac has been so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable to work with. I haven't felt out of place at all and eased into feeling comfortable from day one. It's also great to see the gym do dedicated event sessions for women. I value a place that is inclusive for everyone, and this gym is truly a home that welcomes people of all backgrounds. The gym is new, clean, and well-maintained. Locker rooms are spacious and it's nice that showers are included. I also had a chance to meet the duo dynamic owners, Kevin & Gretchen, and they're great people.
