Flight of pistachio, blueberry lavender, chocolate peanut butter and coffee black chip
    Winnie L.

Pro-tip: They offer samples and have the option to do a flight! The little signs have cows and sheeps on them to indicate if its made with sheeps milk or cows milk - how clever!! Highlights: I take every opportunity to order a flight when I can. It was my first time trying sheep's milk ice cream and it definitely won't be my last. I thought it was going to be too icy since it's less fat, but I actually found it to be really refreshing and just creamy enough. The flavors are fantastic and I would come again in a heartbeat. Lowlights: The flight itself was actually very difficult to eat out of because the ice cream is a bit on the harder side and it was hard to scoop out of the small bowl without holding onto the ice cream itself to prevent the whole thing from tipping over.

Negranti Creamery keeps Downtown Boise cool with sheep's milk ice cream. The folks at Negranti use milk from pasture raised sheep and blend it with farm fresh ingredients to create their unique ice creams. I do believe that there is still lactose in their ice cream, but it is easier to digest than regular cows milk. I'm not lactose intolerant per se, but I do often feel bad after consuming too much sugar and milk together. The sheep's milk ice cream here does give off more of a healthy alternative vibe, which I can see some folks not being fully on board with- but I dig it! I got the ice cream sandwich made with both an oatmeal and snickerdoodle cookie, with their Thai tea ice cream. The cookie was on the harder side, making it hard to eat as a traditional ice cream sandwich- but I enjoyed eating it out of a cup with a spoon. The decor here is bright and whimsical. There's outdoor seating, or you can take your ice cream to the fountain nearby and enjoy it there! There's also a selection of natural sodas- you can even make an ice cream float with them! Next time I come here, I'm trying out their cold brew float!

A must get is the flight option where you get to get 4 scoops. We got the blueberry lavender which has the perfect amount of lavender flavor, the black coffee chip which has good sized grainy texture, the peanut butter chocolate which was very peanut flavor and not so much peanut butter which is great, and the pistachio which is not like those other artificial flavored and neon colored green options out there. Love this place! Seems very new and a must try!

WOW a flight of ice cream?! Amazing! Everything is made from real ingredients and you can taste the quality! Ashton helped us decide which to try and made us an INCREDIBLE! Coffee! Was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product and made our experience great! Fantastic customer service, very clean and beautiful environment, I feel like I'm on vacation!

Stumbled upon this adorable shop while walking through the farmers market. Sheeps ice cream??? Yes please!!!! I had to google what the difference was between cows milk and sheep milk. Although both have lactose, most humans are more tolerant to the lactose in sheep milk. I got one at lactose intolerant and was all about that sheep milk ice cream! They let you sample all the flavors, but I only needed to try one before I knew which one I was getting. Thai iced tea flavor it was!!!! It's definitely not as creamy as traditional cow milk ice cream, but it's still super yummy! I got a kids scoop and it was plenty enough. The workers there were so sweet and helpful! I definitely will be visiting again!

Split scoop (thai tea and salted brown sugar) and a brownie sundae with strawberry basil ice cream (cow's milk based)

Negranti Creamery has delicious icecream at a fair price and super kind service. When we went in, I asked like fifty questions and the lady serving us was patient and explaining everything. Their system doesn't ask for a tip when you pay, which made me really sad because the service was just so nice. I got the split scoop, which is slightly more expensive than one scoop of a singular flavor, but definitely worth it. Negranti has cow's milk offerings in addition to sheep's milk. The sheep's milk ice cream has a higher protein content, less fat, less lactose and a different texture overall. I would say its a super unique experience. The brownie's and cookies are okay, I wouldn't get them tbh but focus on the ice cream instead. Their coffee based icecream also has a huge caffeine concentration, so I would not have it if it late at night!

The store features a rotating menu of flavors. They will let you try out the different flavors. A small gets you two flavors. The ice cream is all rich and creamy and high quality. We had the honeycomb and Carmel which had big chunks of honeycomb. It was our favorite. I paired it with the Déjà vu which had a strong almond flavor. We also had the Idaho bourbon flavor which was perfect! Give this place a try! It's amazing!

The other person there was great though! I was drawn in by the array of unique flavors and vegan options. I had really wanted to get something boozy and vegan, but they only had one flavor on at the moment that fit the bill and I wasn't particularly interested, so I sampled a few of the dairy boozy flavors and went with a vegan non-boozy ice cream for my actual order because a full scoop of dairy ice cream does not sit right in my stomach. I liked the boozy flavors more but that was only because of the flavors offered - the vegan ice cream itself was great, very smooth and creamy, not overly sugary. I got the float season vegan ice cream: blackberry ice cream with salted dark chocolate. I did still enjoy this flavor a lot. I really liked the crunchy bittersweet dark chocolate bits. I didn't get anything to drink but I was kind of tempted. The ice cream + beer or wine flights looked interesting. I don't know wine well enough to comment, but it looked like they had a good selection of beer with quality brewers and a good variety of beer types. This is technically a Warehouse Food Hall vendor but it's only accessible from the street outside the food hall. I wasted a few minutes wandering around the food hall trying to find it before I looked outside. They have a fair amount of seating inside and outside.

I was actually supposed to meet my nephew at the new location in Eagle. It's actually closer to us but my sweet nephew got confused and headed down to the downtown location. No problem, I made my way downtown to meet my baby for some aunty/nephew time. It's been a few months since I have been in. The shop is a cute as ever. Merch is now available. The pink t shirt they have available was calling my name! It's the perfect shade of pink and sooooo soft. I will have to come back and really check out the merch. My nephew had already been waiting for me to arrive. He's ready for his ice cream! I noticed that they had pistachio as a flavor at the Eagle location. Kinda bummed that it wasn't available here but sweet cream and chocolate will always be a winning combo here. So today I grabbed a kiddie swirl. My nephew grabbed the medium cup with sweet cream, cherry sauce and brownies. Our ice cream was fantastic. My nephew polished off his big cup. Not gonna lie, all the extras he added made his cup look sooooooo good! I as well polished off mine. Can't leave any behind. We got to hang out with the other customers that were enjoying their treats. It makes me heart so happy seeing all these folks come and support a small local business. It's the best! I am going on another ice cream date with my neice next week. Looking forward to checking out the new venue with her. Still happy that my nephew and I got to come here today to enjoy our sweet treat. It didn't have the vanilla flavor I was craving. My husband got the chocolate which I tried and it tasted much better. The mini size is plenty big by the way. My biggest issue was the parking here. Their parking lot has two spots, that's it! The only parking is on the street...kinda, because there were signs all over that said you had to have a permit, so my husband circled around the block while I got our ice cream. I told the gal at the counter about the parking situation, not that she could do anything about it, but she did say you can ignore the signs in the evening and park anywhere . I guess it's more enforced during work hours. If I lived in the north end I would come back and try their other flavors but I don't so it's probably a one and done for me. Definitely a try for those that live walking distance.

I have checked their menu online before so I had a general idea of what kind of goodies they had. I was excited that I finally get to check out the place I drive by all week. I came in late afternoon so it was pretty chill. The gal behind the counter was helping someone in the drive thru window which gave me a minute to look over the menu. I also got to check out the venue while I was waiting. The little shop is so cute! I adore all the Valentines decor everywhere. After scoping out the joint, I headed back to check out the menu again. Everything on the menu looked tasty. Some of the soda combinations looked really good but I didn't know if some of the syrups they had were sugar free. So after the gal was done, I was able to get a couple questions answered. The only sugar free syrup they had was vanilla. Such a bummer since they have so many other flavors to accommodate their drink list. Doesn't give sugar free drinkers many drink options. So, I ordered a custom dirty soda of diet Dr. Pepper with sugar free vanilla and cream. I also ordered a kid's size of chocolate and vanilla swirl custard too. I am in awww at how much custard you get in a kid's size! You are truly getting your money's worth. My drink was wrapped up and I grabbed my goodies and made my way into the side room to enjoy my goodies. I had to sit in the side room to eat my treat. It was fun sitting next to the colorful wall. Whoever painted it did such a great job! My custard swirl was so good! It was creamy. Chocolate and vanilla will always be a winning combination. I ate about half and really wanted to take the rest home but I wasn't going home anytime soon. Sucked I was getting rid of it. I did take a sip of my dirty soda on my way out of the door. I didn't really taste any flavoring in it. I thought maybe the sweetness of the custard was still present on my taste buds so I waited to take another drink. My drink was disappointing. You can taste the cream in it. I don't know if the soda syrup was out but the Dr. Pepper taste was very light. I didn't really taste any of the sugar free vanilla. I did finish the soda cause I didn't want to waste it but I'll just stick to the frozen treats the next time I'm in. Happy I got to stop in today. The custard was so good! I can't wait till it gets hotter and can come here with my husband. Their shakes sound great and my husband is a sucker for a good milkshake. I have a feeling he's going to love this place. I am looking forward having the churro dessert with the custard on top time. That combination just sounds fantastic and it will be a must have the next time I'm in.
