Cute spot with fun decor. I like that they have a seasonal menu with summer specials, and that's what I ordered from - appreciate that the orange creamsicle latte wasn't too sweet, surprisingly well balanced. Note that they use Torani syrups. The menu also has bagel sandwiches, we were told they were fully out of bagels when we came in at 1PM so we went elsewhere for lunch. They only had one staff working at the time, and the ordering and drink process took a bit longer than expected. They do also have ice cream! read more

Stopped by Mojo's on our last trip to Cambria. It was early on a weekday, the cafe wasn't busy and we were greeted and served right away. This review is mainly for their matcha. DO NOT GET IT! Very bland with barely any matcha flavor, and the syrup they add is wayyy too overpowering. I wanted some lavender syrup and the entire drink tasted like chemical-y. I unfortunately had to throw it away after a few sips. The lemonade was solid though. Again this review is only for the matcha, but I would revisit in the future to try the ice cream. The place itself is tiny and cute! Minimal seating. Located in downtown cambria so a great stop for shopping. There was only one person working but she was really quick and efficient. read more

Great coffee, cozy vibes, but wishing for a classic. I stopped by Mojo's Village Cafe recently and really enjoyed the visit. It is definitely a "cozy" spot--it's essentially standing room only--but the vibe is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It feels like a true neighborhood gem. I ordered the Mexican Mocha, and it was delicious! It had a great balance of spice and sweetness. However, I do wish they offered a traditional Café de Olla (coffee with cinnamon and piloncillo) without the chocolate element. Sometimes you want those warm spices without it being a full-on mocha. Overall, a lovely spot for a quick pick-me-up. I'll definitely be back next I'm driving through to try more of the menu! read more

This place is such a refreshing spot, very homey, welcoming, that good ol mom and pop feel. Good food, good prices, friendly staff with even better coffee than your corporate Starbies. I highly recommend this place. The espresso coffee here is nothing short of excellent. The brekky bagel was also top quality. A true gem. Let's not ruin it folks. Be mindful to treat the staff with courtesy. When I walked in I interrupted the friendly giant who works there and I apologized for it. In the moments proceeding I could see why that was taken the wrong way. I can also imagine that this post could be read to be passive aggressive. I assure you it is in earnest. My critique is to us, The Tourist. Based on personal experience I imagine that tourists have behaved badly in the past. This was confirmed when I detected a thinly veneered disdain for tourists when overhearing comments from whom I imagined to be the owner. Make sure you wait for your coffee inside, because if you are sitting outside and don't hear the call, they will kindly and patiently bring it to you with a justifiable grimace. It is not table service here. And fair enough. These businesses need tourists and we need excellent coffee and food. The days when we lied to ourselves with the statement "the customer is always right" are decades passed. Give these men and their counterparts at all the gems scattered around as much love as they put into the yummy coffee and food we enjoy. Otherwise we'll ruin it. read more

Traveling through town and went in after reading the reviews - the person working the counter was not friendly, did not seem like they wanted to answer my questions and obviously did not want to be there. The matcha - which had great reviews tasted like dirt (and I love a good matcha!) and the strawberry smoothie was seriously strawberry pure' juice blended with ice. I couldn't finish either drink and proceeded to pour both (and my $15.00) out - all around experience gets two thumbs down from me, and I was disappointed. read more

Honestly - I wanted to like the place really bad. My friend and I had both ordered matcha, and they came out two different colors. We had both ordered a double matcha (to be fair one w almond milk & one w whole milk) - but they came out completely different colors. -- one was EXTREMELY light despite both being double matcha My real issue: When I went up to the counter asking (wanting more matcha) - instead of focusing on me liking my me drink - they said how they had already put in enough and it is right.... I also had 2 peanut butter cookies that were very rich and not overly sugary sweet. Friendly staff and although there is not much seating it was very cozy. Me and my daughter got up earlier than the rest of our family and decided to go out on an adventure. Of course mom needed coffee stat so we googled local coffee shops and ended up at this little spot. We were not disapponted by it either. I ordered a regular coffee and my daughter ordered an iced coffee... We sat down and played the card game 21 and enjoyed our view of the outdoor sitting by the window. We talked to one of the ladies who worked there. She was nice and friendly. She recommended their banana bread... and this is the reason we have to go back. Check this place out! read more

Wow!! What a great find for yummy decaf mocha, extra chocolate, no ice...So chocolatey and so reasonably priced. They even tossed in a free pup cup for my excited Corgi, Fergus. Great little coffee shop on Main Street in Cambria. They have the best Dirty Chai EVER!!! I have to get one every time I'm there. They have great baked goods too. The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you don't know what you want. They also have gelato here!! They have a cute sitting area where you can read a book or play one of the many games they have there. I usually grab my dirty chai and roam the cute little streets of Cambria. read more

How can you not give pet friendly ice cream and coffee 5 stars. They could probably sell a lot of ice cream after 5pm especially weekends but they close at 5pm. The taking the order isnt as cheerful as the girl kind of inpatient but I guess that's what happens when you wait on a line of picky customers all day. The I cream had some ice chunks in it I wouldn't expect when you're paying 6$. But my dog was ok inside and people sat out front on sidewalk with dogs yet. I haven't tried their coffee yet but people seemed to like it. read more

The sign on the door said 7:30am open, it was 7:15am and she was open. Yay! We got dirty chai and mocha, both are coffee based. Perfect sweetness for me on both. The dirty chai was delicious and the mocha tasted more like Mexican chocolate. Mary was very nice, she was observant and saw me taking photos and said "Hold on, I got the perfect sign". Indeed. I had the best caramel macchiato I've had a verrrryyyy long time here. So much that we went one day and then before we headed out we had to go again. Both days the service was amazing! Everyone was so nice. We sat outside and drank our coffee in the tables the have and it was nice to just relax and drink coffee. It's super cute and welcoming inside just like the staff.
