Such a cute place- my hubby and I were walking off dinner and enjoying a beautiful sunset when a couple came out of the shop and suggested we would like it there. The gentleman said it $3 ice cream on Thursdays- and it's super yummy. We decided to check it out- it's our last night here, so we were down for a treat. The 2 ladies working were delightful, super genuine in their friendliness. They gave us several ice cream samples, and my hubby got an apple turnover to pair with his morning coffee. I loved my mango sherbet- the only non dairy option, hubby had moose tracks We had been here years ago for the doggy treats they sell. Our pups really enjoyed those as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Especially if it's a Thursday for the ice cream special

We've been coming here for years, and now that I have a daughter who like their ice cream it is more often. The people who run this are so sweet and do such a great job of taking care of their customers. Good prices on everything and a great selection of pastries, treats, dog treats, coffee and ice cream. When we found their $3 hot dog deal my daughter was pretty excited, as was I. Great stop for a snack, a coffee or dog treats. Decent seating inside with a fun decorative fireplace centerpiece.

We love coming here. They have great espresso. Sometimes I get their affogato shot with vanilla ice cream. My daughter gets the giant single scoop and never finishes it. They have several flavors and it's only $5.50! This is our go to spot for ice cream.

This is the cutest place with so many different options of everything sweet! You feel like you're at home here, the vibe is cozy and very unique. My daughter was very happy with her massive single scoop of ice cream!

Our daughter was in from out of town so we went to a local Thai restaurant for dinner. Of course we had to have some dessert and a nice hot cup of Joe since it was pretty cold this evening. We both enjoyed our coffee and ordered apricot pop over and a pineapple carrot cupcake, which were both quite delicious. We shared the sweets. Nice vibe very attentive staff pretty busy on this evening since it was cold outside.

Came across this place 2pm on Saturday as we were walking along the shops and decided to stop for ice cream. Interior was spacious with a good amount of seating but it seemed like most people were taking pastries or ice cream to-go. Service was efficient and both people I talked to behind the counter were nice. Ice cream is from a creamery in Oregon and they let you sample some flavors. I ended up getting the huckleberry and rocky road, and picking up a couple of dog treats as well. Free wifi, great place to drop by or sit for a while.

Service here was great. You walk in and it's a very friendly Hello! And Welcome! We got a couple of treats to take home with us for later and a coffee and lemon bar to have there. The lemon bar had the perfect ration of lemon curd to crust and the lemon were picked by the owner herself in Visalia. There was a steady stream of folks coming in to order ice cream. I got a peach almond turnover and my husband got a snuggle. Both were very tasty and recommend this for a nice little stop if you're in town.

They also sell home made.. fudge (in Over 6 flavors) , cinnamon rolls, caramel apples, cotton candy, peanut brittle , chocolates (8 varieties); and hard candy, lollipops, soft serve and a full coffee menu. But on hot or super cold days, the taffy can get that sticky stretch. Ok now to the ordering protocol. There are two walkup windows, two separate lines. The day I dropped in, folks were making up lines. Line cutting, very chaotic. And near customer taffy raging. Like these folks need more sugar. The cashier was in a bit of a frazzled mood. I was surprised how flavorful the smoothie was, I don't know why I thought that but it did taste good, a bit pricy. I'm good with pricy and this was backed up with quality ingredients and stellar service. Ah...yes and supporting local business is good for everyone Thanks, I'll see you again! Foodguy-Martin

We were lucky enough to snag the last almond croissant, and what a treat it was. The exterior had a sweet, delicate crunch, and with each bite, rich almond filling oozed out for the perfect balance of texture and flavor. It wasn't overloaded with powdered sugar, and the sweetness was just right--indulgent without being overwhelming. I also tried a slice of the salmon and leek quiche. It was light and fluffy while still feeling substantial and satisfying. The combination of savory salmon and sweet leek worked beautifully together. Whether you're starting your morning or looking for a midday pick-me-up, the quiche is a must-try. I was excited to try the house made mango-infused black iced tea, but unfortunately, there was nothing mango flavored about it That said, this bakery is still well worth a visit. Between the pastries and quiche, it is an easy stop to recommend when you're in Morro Bay.

I purchased the pain au levain, in lieu of a baguette, for $12. The price is pretty steep for a loaf, but seems to be the going rate for these smaller boutique bake shops. The bread itself was warm when I purchased it, which was awesome. Enjoyed it with my coffee, but did find it to be a little doughy on the inside. Good flavor, but not something I would come back for. I'd rate it a solid 3.5. I also purchased the chocolate chip cookies. I think I completely went brain dead when I bought these, because I did read they were gluten-free and vegan, but still bought the pack of 6. Man, they looked like chocolate chip cookies, but didn't taste like chocolate to me, at all. For a regular chocolate chip cookie lover, it's a 1 star. For someone looking for a gluten-free and vegan cookie, this could be a winner. Maybe.

Being from Seattle, I'm nothing but used to the rain. But this little visit to the bakery warmed my heart. As we drove to the bakery we stopped at Morro Rock, , so I could actually see the amazing 23 million year old monolith. So fun to see the surfers out there! As we started driving into a neighborhood to get to the basket, I was like, "What? Am I going to Gramma's house?" And then, we pull into the freaking cutest little beach house with a garden that made the bleakest day make you feel like sunshine and rainbows. Upon entry, the baked spices and smells blow your olfactories! Yummm! We felt the young lady was very overwhelmed with all the baking!! And maybe our dumbfoundedness was overwhelming. Or maybe I was overwhelmed with so many amazing options and goodies!! She had just pulled something out of the oven. We ordered lemon curd and raspberry tarts, brownies, curry croissants, ham and cheese croissant, french onion soup croissant and some other cookie that someone snuck in on the sly. Sadly, there was no seating there, so we had to take everything to go. Luckily we were only 10 min away. Everything was epically delicious. Especially the flaky curry croissants!!!! They really know how to do it!!! If we had more time we would try their bread. I can't imagine what this place is like when it's peak season but it must be crazy! It is a must visit!!!

When we entered the dog-friendly patio with our little Goldendoodle, Bailey, a large dog seated at the table closest to the only patio entrance lunged toward her and bared its teeth. Since it was the only way in and out, I let the staff know I was concerned. They immediately spoke with the owners, who moved their dogs farther under the table, and after our meal, the owner's father went above and beyond by opening the rope barriers so we could exit another way and avoid walking past them again. Both the father and son were incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Once we were settled, we were able to enjoy the beautiful patio. It's a quaint waterfront spot with gorgeous views, a relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect setting to enjoy fresh seafood. Bailey was promptly brought a complimentary bowl of water, and we loved seeing so many other well-behaved dogs enjoying the patio. It's easy to see why this restaurant has such a great reputation for being dog friendly. We ordered the King Salmon Quesadilla special, and it was absolutely delicious. It was packed with generous portions of fresh salmon, plenty of melted cheese, and vegetables, and it was more than enough for my mom and me to share. My brother also really enjoyed the tri-tip sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. While we wish the aggressive dogs had been seated somewhere other than the only entrance to the patio, that wasn't the restaurant's fault, and they handled the situation as well as they could.
