Brian came out to scope out our sewer line and quickly found the issue that had been plaguing me for most of the year...roots clogging a couple areas in my 65+ year old sewer. Brian efficiently diagnosed where the clogs were and got my permission to use his reaming machine to remove the problem. He let me watch the screen of his video inspection camera during the process and showed the before and after view of my sewer. It's now cleaned and working great.
