The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly and it was easy to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The office is very clean and pleasant. The best thing was the selection of glasses available. I have been wearing contacts for many years and find it disturbing that she told me she would rather me wear a certain brand. Maybe they get kickbacks for selling certain brands? Dr Vitta was very thorough, addressing some eye health concerns I had and putting me at ease. I followed up with a purchase of frames and lenses, working with Ms Colette Mack. She was patient with me while I tried on nearly every frame they had, helping me find just the right glasses. I was equally impressed with her when I picked my glasses up. They were not able to get my glasses or contacts made for w week!!! Guess the point of me going there was mute, since I had a weeks stay. Took Rx to Lens Crafters in Citadel mall nearby and they had the glasses done in a couple hours!! Also I told receptionist I was only in town a short time and to call me AS SOON AS CONTACTS ARRIVED.
