All I needed was the labor for the install to save some time, since I'm perfectly capable of doing the job myself. They refused to use my parts, even though they were OEM. The policy is apparently no customer-supplied parts, period. I understand not wanting to use customer parts for more complex repairs, but for a simple tune-up like spark plugs and coils, it really shouldn't have been a problem with genuine OEM Motorcraft parts. It felt like it was purely about marking up the parts themselves rather than any real concern. For something as basic and straightforward as plugs and coils, this rule is ridiculous and frustrating. Ended up doing it myself. If you're capable of handling a basic tune-up yourself and just want to pay for labor to save time, this isn't the place their inflexible policy will waste your time instead.

I had vehicle towed to Accurate Automotive. They said it would be $89.92 to do an engine…read moreanalysis. After doing the engine analysis, Accurate Automotive informed me the timing chain was broke. They informed me it would be 1400.35 to complete the repairs. I gave consent to proceed with fixing the car by replacing the timing chain. After starting the repairs, Accurate Automotive informed me the engine was damaged from the timing chain breakage. They offered to put in a new Jasper engine at a cost of $7200. I declined to have new engine installed in car. I inquired how much it would cost to repair the existing engine. They informed me they did not know without taking the heads apart, at a cost of $200 - $300. I declined further analysis. When I made arrangements to have car towed elsewhere, I was then charged $269.73, and they could not give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair the engine. My authorization of additional labor was based the understanding that they could repair the car by installing new timing chain at a total cost of $1400. Additionally they did not even put the car back together. When I went to discuss the bill, I was told to get the "H" of his property.

Not a big dent, but it was literally a Brand New Car and some idiot decided not only to dent it, but to not leave a note or anything. The dent wasn't, like, huge or anything, but it was on the driver's door, so every time I got in the car I'd see it. After enough time passed and I had enough extra cash, I decided to get it fixed. I drive by the Dent Doctor pretty regularly, so it was a no-brainer. I emailed the Dent Doctor a couple pictures of the dent and they sent me a ballpark quote of $150 to fix it. Easy enough. They generally book a couple weeks out, so when my appoint came along I was there at 8:15 a.m. Kaden was busy working on someone else's car, so I said "Hey, I can just sit and wait". He said there was no need, that the other car could wait, and by 8:25 my car was in the building being worked in. I figured it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half, but I brought my laptop so I could work while the dent was being tended to. They've got a small waiting room in the lobby with a table and a couple chairs. I didn't need a lot of room to work and that was just fine. Imagine my surprise when, at 8:55, Kaden walked out and said "Ok, you're all set!" Holy WOW! I was not expecting it to be done in, literally, 30 minutes. I settled my $150 repair charge and I was on my way. Total time on site was less than 45 minutes and there is, 100%, no sign of the dent any more (see my Before and After photos). I know it was a 'me' thing more than it was a necessity and didn't impact the care at all, but it tasked me, so I had to do it. Front end ball joints wear constantly. Short cuts were made on paint under replaced fender, unpainted area showing. Rim that was replaced is rusting away, the other 3 oem wheels are still fine. I ended up fixing this problem myself as I was already home before I discovered the problem. I let 1/2 quart of oil out from oil pan in 35 degree temperature and had to dispose of messy oil. Added one cup of distilled water into radiator because I didn't have the manufacturer specified coolant on hand. Anyone who knows anything about cars should know that any oil overfilled more than 1/2 quart can cause engine damage. I tried to get a partial refund for the cost of extra quart of oil charged to me and the labor I had to perform myself to fix problem but was denied. They are called stealerships for a reason.
